Openrice這裡標示為$801以上的餐廳,以為佢係好高級的食府,本來就諗住提前一個月就book母親節當日同家人食飯慶祝,所以就問佢地有無母親節套餐,佢地答話menu準備中,然後我就再問可否訂位先,佢地就話暫時未接受預訂,因為當日會以套餐和分段用餐為主。人地其他真正嘅高級食府,唔會一個月前連節日套餐menu都未有準備,亦唔會分幾輪用餐,亦唔會唔接受提前預訂枱,分明就係想趕客。其實只係普通餐廳嘅,就唔好係度扮到自己係高級食府啦!…Read More

蛇年年初二開年飯,我用Openrice訂咗同家人去銅鑼灣世貿南海二號。我地下午一點去到,已經好多人,場面熱鬧,有過年氣氛。本來想吃點心,但家人希望食套餐,所以就另外加了兩個點心。首先上嘅係套餐的蘿蔔絲酥和脆炸椒鹽魷魚,碟魷魚係$128,但分量比我預期中少。然後就上蟹肉花膠粟米羹,其實我覺得係湯羹食到嘅係魚肚而唔係花膠薑蔥花雕燜斑頭腩,魚塊係新鮮的。唯一美中不足嘅係,侍應上菜時,佢唔小心隻手掂到我個匙羹,又倒瀉我杯茶,搞到成枱水...地下都濕咗。然後就到野菌腐皮時菜,煮得很清淡,沒有油,家人滿意。脆皮燒乳鴿,肉質細嫩,燒得剛剛好。食到依家先上番套餐嘅蝦餃和另加嘅牛柏葉。而牛柏葉最搞笑嘅地方係,當你以為有好多件...點知原來下面係放咗四件蘿蔔係底墊高啲牛柏葉最後,就係美極和牛崧炒飯,炒飯亁身,水準之作。農曆新年佢地應該請咗唔少炒散,埋單同侍應講,過咗10分鐘到無人理,要對住經理講埋單先埋到。後記:最痴線嘅係,一個有大陸口音嘅職員,可能唔識用Openrice個app,第二日(年初三)打黎問我,點解佢地會見到我訂咗年初二午餐,我話係你地唔記得confirm我昨日已經到咗,個系統提你地確認番。新年流流,少少嘢都搞錯,唔睇清楚就打俾個客問,搞到我要寫番出黎。唉,其實啲食物好食,但服務唔得,都係會趕客架!…Read More

早前係會展出席大型會議,分別享用了一次早餐和兩次午餐,因為之前幾次黎都係食晚宴,所以特此分享一下。第一餐係午餐,由於有大量賓客,所以沙律和甜品一早已經放係枱面。本身不太喜歡食用花,所以無食,同埋下面面嘅薯蓉味道怪怪地。另外,個甜品亦唔好味,類似啫哩裝嘅物體,我食咗兩啖就已經放棄,只係食咗旁邊伴碟啲水果。個主菜係魚,普普通通,有少少灘凍咗,都可以入口,但旁邊嘅汁又係唔識形容嘅怪味...到第二日嘅早餐,麵包、水果和沙律都係一早放咗係度,我食咗個牛角包 (Croissant) 同丹麥酥(Danish Pastry),味道唔錯,水果都新鮮,但沙律我就唔敢食,驚肚痛。然後無耐侍應就上個早餐,就係腸仔薯餅奄列,因為仲熱嘅,所以好好味,比昨日嘅lunch好好多,而且賣相都唔錯!之後就到午餐啦,首先就係沙律,唔知係咪又放咗好耐,所以啲綠色蓉嘅旁邊竟然出水,同埋又係放咗啲好討厭嘅食用花...主菜係牛扒,但塊扒好厚,又煎得比較熟,同埋分量細咗啲,我食完覺得唔係好飽,好在早餐時我食多咗,先頂得住。最後就係甜品,朱古力摩絲蛋糕,呢個比昨日個唔知咩嘅甜品好好多,我有食完,味道不錯。其實,我究竟係黎參加會議,定係黎試食?!🤣🤣🤣…Read More

早前在堅尼地城嘅呢間小店和友人吃午餐,發現原來水準很高,所以要寫番食評贊下👍當日點咗個是日餐湯,係南瓜湯,南瓜和cream比例合適,味道濃郁。主菜點了煙熏安格斯肉眼,我叫咗medium,煎得剛剛好,沒有overcook,保持肉質鮮嫩,以呢個價錢,比高級餐廳還要做得好!除了叫咗杯凍檸茶,我地另外叫咗個雪糕Brownie,都係好好味。slow house係性價比好高的餐廳,當附近幾間西餐廳都已經做唔住而執咗嘅情況下,呢間餐廳仲可以做得住,就當然有佢嘅理由,大家多多支持下啦!…Read More

Jimmy's Kitchen搬到新地址後,第一次去試,想不到和以前的感覺有很大落差。印象中的Jimmy's Kitchen係以吃西餐和牛扒為主。想不到現在卻變成了主要吃印度菜?!和友人約了在此吃午餐,但午餐套餐並不太吸引。所以改為要散叫的lunch menu...點完菜後,除了給我們麵包,第一個上的菜居然是這個印度薄餅拼盤,我們見到每一枱都有一盤,但感覺很疑惑,因為我不吃辣,早知道餐廳已變成主打印度菜,我是不會來的。另外,因為不知道如何食用,而其他客人亦沒有人在吃,我們問了兩次侍應點樣食,佢地都唔知,就求其答我地應付一下就算。後來,我點了的French Onion Soup來了,中規中矩,沒有特別。友人則叫了Borscht羅宋湯,但忘了影相。然後,主菜我點了Pork Chop, 配菜放了炸豬皮,食落感覺很油膩。友人則叫了Chicken Madras,但等了很耐先上菜,差點令我們誤以為個盤薄餅係佢嘅主菜,所以亦係無影相。因為我揀了坐大廳,而啲枱編排得好密,所以好嘈,另外食物味道亦不合我們口味(真心講:好難食),所以吃完主菜後,連甜品、咖啡和茶都無叫就埋單匆匆離開。試過呢一次,以後都不會再去啦!…Read More

2025年的第一天,想有一個新開始,所以帶家人去了高級粵菜館棽粵吃點心。估唔到下午一點去到,餐廳已經滿座,係呢度,你完全感受唔到因港人北上,而令餐廳生意收到影響,而且好多係一家大細和老人家一起聚餐,仲有一枱係慶祝生日。我地點了“中午點心套餐”:第一個係百花釀魚肚,足料而且魚肚沒有腥味。菜苗帶子餃,帶子很新鮮,好味!相比之下,蜜汁叉燒腸啲叉燒就應該係隔夜,已經發黑,口感比較差。因為係新年想食好啲,所以叫了魚翅灌湯餃,味道不錯,湯亦鮮甜。鍋燒和牛生煎包令人很驚喜,熱辣辣的上枱,火候控制得好好,保留到包裡面的肉汁,和牛亦沒有煮到好老,好食!海鮮酥就因為啲海鮮唔係咁新鮮,所以味道稍遜。黑松露蛋白炒飯,黑松露味道突出,炒飯亦沒有太多油,剛剛恰到好處。最後甜品係清香竹葉角及新疆紅棗糕,因為已經吃得好飽,所以飯和甜品都要打包。整體黎講,食物係好食,餐廳樓面職員都很落力,招呼亦周到,如果廚房可以再留意番啲食材水準,應該可以再做多啲生意。…Read More

早前見到網上推銷這間麵家,標榜用本地麵廠生產嘅麵,剛好路過銅鑼灣便入去試下。當日係星期六接近下午一點,麵家依然有許多座位,只有我一人,店員便示意我坐吧台位置。掃了QR code後,因為我想揀三個食材配料,但要搵了一陣,好不容易先搵到三拼麵嘅選項(注意:枱上嘅餐牌係無三拼麵呢個選擇),然後就揀咗秘制慢煮牛腩、牛筋、墨魚丸和幼麵,湯底就揀大地魚雞白湯。坦白說,係有點失望,秘制慢煮牛腩嘅肉係好韌而且無味,亦根本無法咬爛,要整塊吞入口,差D梗親,其實餐廳本身識唔識煮牛腩?另外,餐廳係孤寒到連一杯茶或水都無俾客人,就係想你幫儭佢買汽水和豆漿,但啲豆漿唔係新鮮整,亦無熱豆漿供應,因為係膠樽裝。以呢個價錢、食物質素和選擇,我寧願去番附近麥奀記食正宗嘅雲吞麵和牛腩麵,起碼人地啲牛腩係入味啲和易食,同埋有新鮮豆漿飲。…Read More

第二次再黎呢間餐廳吃晚餐,雖然香港餐飲業蕭條,但發現呢間位處觀塘嘅樓上餐廳似乎無受影響,係星期五晚上依然有多枱客人,氣氛熱鬧。本來安排坐係大廳角落,但由於我怕嘈,所以最後都係去咗VIP room入面坐。因為想吃多啲唔同嘅菜式,所以揀咗 Set dinner + A la Carte,並冒險試咗由老闆親自點嘅菜式...首先係餐牌上有嘅前菜,分別有老闆點嘅「法式慢煮鵪鶉脾配山楂汁」,以及我點嘅「法式香草焗田螺配多士」。兩者都好味,但我偏愛田螺多啲,上菜時個紅色鍋係熱到可以燙傷手,香草味濃兼帶出田螺嘅鮮味。湯我就點咗摯愛嘅「龍蝦濃湯」,味道濃郁,比係馬會Hong Kong Kitchen嘅酥皮龍蝦湯更勝一籌。跟住到主菜,我地係食“隱藏菜式”,包括有「櫻花蝦虎蝦配番茄意大利粉」...(老闆話成日對住已經好悶,但為咗陪我食,勉強地自己叫咗呢個意粉)同埋「阿根廷21日熟成西冷牛扒」,真心推介呢個牛扒,肉質鮮嫩入味,廚師更細心切開,比美國牛扒更為好食由於當晚客人較多,我地又太遲先開始食,到吃完主菜後,餐牌上有嘅甜品都沽清。老闆就特別幫我點咗個「迷你窩夫配意大利雲尼拿雪糕」,但廚房焗個窩夫太耐,變成「石頭waffle」,本來個甜品係用匙羹同叉食,結果出動埋刀都切唔開!😅🤣最後,因為我好失望食唔到個甜品,所以老闆就求其叫多個朱古力泡芙俾我,我先少少開心番。希望你地繼續努力,下次有機會我再黎試其他菜式啦!😋😋後記1:後來我發現,有啲菜式係要週末先有,但當晚係星期五,所以餐牌上無老闆所叫嘅菜式。後記2:今餐係老闆自己撳荷包碌卡請我食,因為我係港島得登搭咗二百蚊的士過黎觀塘,所以嚴格黎講都唔算係試食,不過為免誤導,我都會照openrice規矩declare係接受用餐款待或試食啦。…Read More

用三千元換來很差的體驗

提早一個月前book了這間餐廳慶祝母親節,四人共花了三千元食午餐,但服務與價錢完全不成正比:1. 本人於4月13日係網上訂枱後,餐廳等到於4月29日先告知原來要俾訂金,點解要係人地訂位過咗兩個禮拜後先告知原來要俾訂金?係咪餐廳故意拖延?因為如果一早告知,我可以有時間改去book其他餐廳。2. 餐廳通知訂金需要係5月5日前支付,問可否俾payme,卻被告知不接受payme,反而接受支付寶和wechat pay,完全對本地顧客唔friendly。然後由於我仲同餐廳用whatsapp交涉緊食咩餐(見下文#3),所以我遲遲都未支付訂金,但餐廳卻係5月4日就已打黎。結果我被逼係未confirm到menu嘅情況下,就要先俾訂金。3. 話說餐廳send咗個特價母親節menu係每位$600,但由於家人們不吃鵝掌,問可否轉其他,餐廳居然同我講只可以轉北菇,但因為家人亦無唔食得北菇,所以要轉其他menu。其他餐廳嘅set lunch去到 $600 per head ,客人話有一樣食材唔食得,都可以將成個餸菜改為其他嘢,但呢間餐廳只可以用較平嘅食材代替兼唔可以轉第二個菜,搞到我要自己諗menu。4. 到了母親節,我地準時下午1點去到餐廳,職員問我個手機號碼,輸入系統後,然後話搵唔到我個booking,我心諗我俾咗訂金,你地無我個booking,個網站同WhatsApp係咪造假騙案?然後佢地發現無係system輸入我個手機號碼,所以搵唔到,Fullerton話嗮都係一間五星級酒店,其實我唔係第一次黎呢間酒店食嘢,但點解你地做嘢咁求其,mark booking可以唔入我電話號碼?5. 然後入到去餐廳,我地明明訂咗四位,佢地就求其俾咗張係出菜位旁角落位嘅三人枱,我話我地book咗四位,點解又搞錯?然後佢地先開聲話會加番一位,我地四個人企係都等佢地慢慢加番一位,當時餐廳並未滿座,但佢地加位又係求其擺,唔記得放茶杯,請問這是五星級酒店嘅服務及待客之道嗎?6. 因為餐廳位置偏遠,唔想家人星期日太早起身,所以我地book咗下午1點,及上文#3提過我已寫咗菜單,希望慳咗叫餐嘅時間,但我地坐底後,經理1)無問我地飲咩茶,2)完全無提我地已經訂咗餐,3)無問係咪上得,反而仲遞上menu要我地點菜,然後要我提番經理我地已經點咗,可以直接上菜。轉頭經理又再遞上menu,呢個時候先開聲話係茶嘅menu,問我地要點咩茶。我問番佢有咩茶,佢就話有24款,叫我地自己睇,我話我地唔睇menu啦,你話我知,然後佢好似機械人咁又重覆話有24款,跟住我要再重覆話唔睇,佢先肯講有咩茶。要知道佢地嘅茶錢唔係求其收$10位,而係收每位$45,收得咁貴嘅茶錢,但就連有咩茶都要問兩次先肯講,我真係未見過咁低能嘅五星級酒店服務。7. 小插曲:呢度嘅片皮鴨係$838一隻,但就唔係由廚師負責片皮,而是由侍應用餐巾包住黎片,可能呢間酒店嘅餐巾洗得比正常“乾淨”,但我真係第一次見人咁樣用餐巾包住黎片鴨,另外舉高黎片,好易揸唔實跌咗隻鴨落地。8. 我地係點咗6個菜嘅set lunch,自己再另加兩個菜,但佢地足足用咗2小時先上得到全部菜,仲要最尾個飯同甜品係我前後催咗佢地四次先上到,搞到我地唔可以搭3點嘅shuttle走,結果3點半嘅shuttle爆滿,差啲搞到我地無位坐。9. 整體黎講,如果你有四個鐘食個lunch,要山長水遠搭shuttle入去,又唔怕用高價換來好求其嘅服務,兼上菜速度極慢的話,歡迎閣下去親身體驗下。當日除了套餐,預先額外加了“法式焗釀響螺”,但食嘅時候先發現原來係用咗咖哩,而且係辣嘅,但俾我之前睇餐牌就無寫明係辣,明明就係“辣咖哩焗釀響螺”,又得登唔寫明係辣,我本身唔食得辣,如果知道係咖哩,就唔會點呢個菜。另外,食落感覺食材並唔新鮮,所以先要用咖哩嘅辣味來掩飾。餐廳不但服務差,連寫菜名都係求其咁寫!…Read More

近日發現之前嘅川菜館,已經變身成為"上海小籠皇" , 星期六晚更有不少本地和旅客黎食 我地一行三位女士唔食得辣,終於可以黎試下!餐廳環境很乾淨企理 , 座位寬敞舒適。前菜叫咗海蜇和魷魚鬚 , 但略嫌魷魚鬚味道有點淡。清炒蝦仁炒得清爽,不會有油膩感,而賽旁蟹則加咗乾瑤柱和扁豆一齊炒,有新鮮感。紅燒豆腐嘅口感有啲似烤麩,上海炒年糕就加咗肉絲,同平時嘅做法有點唔同,有啲特色。侍應姐姐介紹我地食油麥菜,師傅火候控制得好, 不會炒得太老,味道清脆爽甜。侍應姐姐很貼心地將松子魚等我地食咗其他菜,最後先上松子魚,所以係熱辣辣,而且甜酸醬味道調得剛好,好好味附近其他食肆都係冰室或茶餐廳,想食好啲同坐得舒服啲,推介你地黎試下。由於前身係川菜館,佢地都仲有保留番一啲川辣菜式,俾鍾意食辣嘅客人添!…Read More

之前黎過這間餐廳吃點心和晚飯,當時覺得食物味道不錯。但自從餐廳提供90分鐘任食點心後,已令整體食物質素下降和用餐體驗大不如前。以下係任食嘅餐單:我們叫了壽眉,但由於人客太多,侍應卻做唔切,上錯咗鐵觀音,叫佢再上過,結果俾咗白牡丹,而且完全沒有茶味。我們因為不能食太多嘢,我又想吃煎腸粉,所以選了單點,結果令人失望。首先,點菜後,經理先話我知無腸粉。然後,春卷好似係番炸過,油份較多,咬落去春卷皮並不鬆脆。另外,肉絲炒麵則放了很多肉絲,反而麵嘅分量偏少,變成其實係炒肉絲條。因為要餐廳要滿足大量任食客人叫嘅點心,導致點心不是蒸得很熱,食材也不新鮮,結果本人食完後便肚疴。以下係賬單,以供各位參考。…Read More

2022年最後的一晚,黎到呢間位於觀塘工廈的隱世法國餐廳,聞說呢度嘅主廚係法國藍帶畢業,果然有意外驚喜!由於小妹喜歡食龍蝦,但兩個除夕menu都分別有唔同龍蝦菜式,真係好開心!頭盤點了龍蝦湯,足料及口感濃郁,大滿足😋主菜我地分別點了焗龍蝦配魚子醬及虎蝦意粉。魚子醬配芝士龍蝦的味道非常合適,魚子醬能帶出龍蝦的鮮味。虎蝦火候控制得宜,意粉入口唔會感到很漏。甜品今次試了French Macorons,味道分別有士多啤梨、檸檬、朱古力和開心果,而且唔係太甜,只係略嫌餅皮有點乾。此外,餐廳環境適合情侶拍拖或與好友相聚談心,侍應服務亦禮貌周到,以平民價享受到fine dining嘅菜式和服務,以後有機會要再黎試下其他菜式!…Read More
