講真,呢度真係幾貴,茶位$12/人,中點$27, 大點 $32, 仲要加一。不過,質量同份量都算令人滿意,上菜速度算快。兩個人叫左以下食物:蟹籽燒賣皇(大點):每隻燒賣有兩隻大蝦仁,搭瘦肉,唔肥膩瑤柱鮮蝦豆苗餃(大點):一籠三隻,皮薄餡多,好飽滿,入面的菜好爽口煎芋絲糕(中點):夠厚身,粉唔多,啖啖都食到芋絲,非常香。無over-fry, 唔熱氣煎蝦米腸(大點):幾大份,蝦米多D會更好千層馬拉糕(中點):中間個層係奶黃,甜度適中呢度嘅茶係用茶包沖的,不過茶包裡面係原片茶葉,兩大包一壺,沖幾次都仲有茶味。埋單總共$192,雖然好食,但飲茶嚟講,真係偏貴咯。…Read More

今天,在書香氣息裡,與知己品茶和細嚼清淡的餐點。我們點左三個set dinner(主食+自選一款茶),分別是薑汁芥蘭鮮肉水餃闊條面+薰衣草紅茶,淨薑汁芥蘭鮮肉水餃+檸檬草綠茶,白菜鮮肉水餃+薰衣草紅茶。另外,仲叫左:耗油菜心(+$10),桂花糕(+$6), 腐皮卷,素雞,和蝴蝶酥。茶是原片茶葉茶包,好真材實料。熱水可以不斷refill薑汁芥蘭鮮肉水餃的薑味好濃,芥蘭也多,有爽脆的口感。呢度出名的素雞食落好似食緊一層層的腐皮,不油不膩不咸,好味。蝴蝶酥也不油膩,甜度適中。白菜豬肉餃、桂花糕和菜心就中規中矩。從石郟尾地鐵站行5分鐘就到,鬧市中的這一片淨土可以讓人渡過愜意的一個午後。…Read More
