新開的台式餐廳,午餐時間約一點食,約等5分鐘便有位了!餐牌選擇不太多,亦沒有午市套餐,我們3人,點了櫻花蝦炒飯$98,酸辣魷魚麵羹$68,雞蛋蔥抓餅$48,蚵仔煎$78。先上炒飯,有櫻花蝦,蛋及紅蘿蔔碎,櫻花蝦香脆,與炒飯很夾,味道不錯,但有點貴!然後來魷魚羹,有幾片切幼了的鮮魷絲,酸辣湯味道適中,沒有太濃味,配上質地較實的麵線,麵線因較實而沒有索得多湯,很幼沒有口感,所以一般般啦!到台灣名菜蚵仔煎,賣相似煎蛋,一夾起,煎蛋下面係一團半透明粉漿,中間夾著蚵仔,少少莞茜同一條條既蔥,蛋還蛋,粉漿還粉漿呢個口感好嘔心,條蔥切到咁大條無口感之餘,搶晒蚵仔既味道,我們都一致劣評呢碟野,重要$78,寧願要碟蚵仔煎蛋!手抓餅,比起台灣街頭風味,較薄身,所以鬆脆同冇咁油膩,都幾好味。總括呢個價錢食台灣菜,但居然最地道既蚵仔煎都整得咁差,其他食物亦沒有驚喜,試一次就夠了!…Read More

chuwaiin 你可以去福榮街218號美居中心41號A地舖-阿賢麵線。台灣菜館,師傅系台灣人,招牌大腸麵線28元/碗,也有肉燥飯一樣28元/碗,大大碗,價錢實惠,很正宗,很好味,這店内的奶茶一樣精彩,茶味香濃奶味重,甜度啱啱好和店內的冬瓜檸檬茶一樣精湛的*之作,肯定不會令你失望的

銅鑼灣充滿各國特色餐廳,想食一個簡單午餐原來不易,途經呢間門口似大排檔,但又掛滿西式廚師推介餐牌,見到坐滿晒人,又到下午茶時間, 就入去試試!室內約坐到20人,而室外就約20-30人,我地簡左坐裡面。餐牌選擇有好多,最後我地簡左:超值套餐$38: 蕃茄湯 出前一丁 吉列豬扒,炒滑蛋 牛油厚多士,熱檸檬綠茶下午茶餐$30: 芝士豬骨湯 肥牛 出前一丁,熱奶茶樓面約有3個侍應,約等左15分鐘先出飲品,我杯所謂檸檬綠茶,完全冇檸檬味,似係樽裝無糖綠茶加熱!👎🏻侍應非常忙,不停高呼售罄既食物:魚柳、青咖哩、茄汁....雖然飲品唔好味但我們還是充滿期望!再等多約10分鐘,炒滑蛋厚多士送到,滑蛋'辣'嘴既,都尚算香滑。食左多士之後成15分鐘,都未見出前一丁,忍唔住問侍應,但侍應一句:「得一個師父,要等下。」期間留意到其他食客食焗飯,反而好快有得食,而餐廳由我們到達時9成滿淨番2成,應該任何一個阿姐都可幫忙整既一丁!點解我地都未有得食,真係幾嬲!再隔左一陣,終於有得食,等左35分鐘既一丁,先黎芝士豬骨湯肥牛丁,一眼就睇得出唔係一丁,淡口味既味精豬骨湯,侍應話芝士係湯底度,真係食唔出👎🏻!跟住黎埋吉列豬扒 蕃茄湯丁,豬扒炸到皮好乾同好硬👎🏻,蕃茄湯好味過豬味湯,有味啲,不過個所謂一丁既口感真係唔得,面較幼同林👎🏻。我地用2分鐘食左半碗就走左!真心嬲等左咁耐為左食碗咁既野😡…Read More

聽聞豬扒米線好味,星期日中午時間去試,店舖面積很細,門口有幾人排隊,我們兩位,約十分鐘便有位,一張細圓枱會安排坐5人,一坐低,店員以超快手腳清理枱面,更表演「徒手執骨」(豬扒骨)!排隊時已點餐,點了招牌炸豬扒酸辣米線$35,同套餐狗菜餃酸辣米線跟熱飲$34,坐低5分鐘左右就有得食。招牌炸豬扒,標明係手揼,唔用鬆肉粉,啱啱炸起,亦的確係出面香脆裡面肉林,不過就冇咩味。而酸辣米線,好大碗,湯太多,食到有啲論盡,酸辣湯加左麻辣既「麻」味,完全把酸辣味蓋過,而米線就彈牙滑口,至於狗菜餃就一般啦!埋單時就出現我最擔心既場面,碗米線既湯好滿,店員送餐時手指公插落碗湯度,即刻閃過徒手執骨既畫面....oh my god都好彩係走先見到呢一幕,總括黎講,先唔講衛生,味道就真係好一般,唔值得encore, 至於衛生既野,可能有人覺得呢啲先係風味呢!…Read More

Happy Friday 試下呢間有得食有得飲既餐廳,因為full house, 所以限左食個半鐘。餐牌上有好多特式英國,德國啤(雖然店員話淨番幾款有),我簡左一款英國Imperial Stout黑啤,酒精有7%,顏色係深啡色,麥味重,甜味都重,所以唔覺得太苦!枝啤酒都550ml, 但店員冇主動俾杯我地!食品方面,試左3款食物:芝士煙肉牛肝菌$82,芝士舖滿兩塊大姑,但我地覺得佢係大啡姑,牛肝菌唔係一大塊?味道ok既,菇加芝士點都唔會難食,旁邊有幾塊沙律菜,係我地黎唔切俾反應時已被收了!小食拼盤$108有4隻雞亦,4個魷魚圈,同芝士薯條,鷄亦好味,魷魚就硬左少少,薯條痴住芝士絲,送啤酒一流。燒牛肋骨$198呢個等左半個鐘,真係燒出黎既,肉好林,肉邊就燒到香香地,個汁唔太濃味,所以冇搶走肉味,不過較肥,大部分係肥肉,切左肥肉,就唔係淨番好多!旁邊有多款配菜:沙律菜,蕃茄,秋葵,薯仔同日式味道既海帶毛豆!我地一路傾計一路慢食配菜,但每次職員行過都問收得未(絕無誇張,起碼5次),其實碟上重有食物,點解要問?而且都是同一樣兩位女職員,最後我地要拎住叉扮吉野食,先可以安心傾下計!指定食個半鐘嘛,時段內用餐,點解要咁趕?呢度唔係茶餐廳!到埋單俾錢,大門口貼住某某信用卡公司推薦,簽卡個folder都係用某某公司,諗住一定收佢地卡,點知店員話唔收!冇原因!餐廳本身食物質素冇問題,但員工影響到成件事好差,一定唔會再黎!…Read More
