愈來愈常見d 商廈成躉都係餐廳,有時唔知食乜好,流連下呢d 大廈,睇下地下d 水牌,隨時有新發現。呢間銅鑼灣L Square o既樓上鋪,係食中菜的,鋪頭唔大間,間o左三個包廂廂房之後,出面大廳其實也只剩下三張檯,帶有私房菜o既格調。先來點涼菜,手拍青瓜($58 未加一) 同開胃雲耳($58) 用上高身一d o既碟盛載,感覺精緻。青瓜新鮮juicy,汁液有助中和辣度,而d 雲耳都幾爽口。都估到作為正式湘菜館,d 食物辣起上o黎可以非常勁!所以我地都特意同o左店方講所有o野食,bb 辣就ok~農家小炒肉($128) 非常棒,用上豬腩片,口感肥美,同埋個醬汁又惹味,送飯一流……窩窩頭我聽就聽得多,食就真係第一次,之前o係d 紀錄片中提到係熊貓都可以食o既食物o黎!農家窩窩頭($68/8 個),佢似饅頭,但自身帶甜,啡啡地色,從英文menu 會揭示佢係由玉米粉造,就咁食已經幾好食;包埋d 餡,會多一種梅菜o既鹹味,但係又好鬼夾~鐵板水晶粉($98) 同埋瑤柱蛋白炒飯($88) 都係掠肚仔之選,前者因為比較多汁,實際辣度都幾高!水晶粉類似紅薯粉,佢除左加入椰菜絲同辣椒、肉片,沉低仲有隻炒蛋的。瑤柱蛋白炒飯同埋清炒萵筍絲($88) 當然就完全唔辣啦~個炒萵筍絲感覺較接近水煮,一d 都唔油膩,味道清新。因為餐廳一由廚房出完菜,會暫時擺一擺o係大廳位置某張未有人坐o既檯,所以睇到好多其他人嗌o既菜式。其中有個乾煸蝦睇落好似好香口咁(雖然應該會好辣),d 蝦又大隻,下次多人d o既時候要叫埋先得。…Read More

開o係始創斜對面、門口毫不起眼o既地庫鋪日式水產專門店,落到去才感受到佢滿滿居酒屋o既風情,帶點隱世小店o既感覺~日本菜往往有住咁多魚類貝殼類,有時都幾花多眼亂,面臨樣樣都想食要揀來揀去o既煩惱。呢d 時候叫個刺身盛合就最為不過喇,組合由廚師幫我挑選好晒,同埋多數都抵過全散叫!我地今次點o左個「松」象拔蚌盛合($398 未加一),雖然只係四款盛合入面最平o個款,但一d 都唔輸蝕,CP 值夠晒高!Menu 提到餐廳o既食材係每日空運到港,裡面o既象拔蚌來自加拿大,食落鹹香爽口;赤蝦大隻起膠,真鯛同埋o黎自鹿兒島o既油甘魚腩肥美肉嫩,全部都好正!個盛合本身已有一份海膽,但我friend 嫌唔夠分,所以另外再單點多一份($98)。海膽總係有股好濃郁o既味道,頭先配搭三文魚籽一齊食,而家則配紙菜,同樣咁豐沛滋味。既然o黎到水產店,點都要開番一兩隻生蠔,餐廳o既生蠔係時令價的,quote o左一款$88 一隻o既日本青花瓷漁牡蠣俾我地。以青檸同埋一隻類似啫喱狀o既汁調味,鮮甜嫩滑之中有d 微酸味道。我friend 似乎好鍾意食海膽,加叫完不突止,再要點埋呢個日本熔岩海膽魚餅(四件) ($58)。實物幾得意,外層呈黑色,食落似墨魚丸,裡面則係creamy o既海膽漿,唔使點沙律醬都已經好好食。鵝肝多士($108) 有住兩大片鵝肝,香氣四溢。擺上多士上面一啖咬落去,享受住一淋一脆o既口感,再來一昧油潤o既after taste,食多件都仲得。再嗌d 串燒,極上牛舌芯($48) 食落都係爽口的,免治雞肉軟骨棒配日本蛋($48) 也比我上次食o既另一間日式串燒店好食,上次o個間o係隻蛋度落得太多醬油了……日式蒜蓉帆立貝($38) 也唔錯,蔥同蒜蓉o既味道好出。最後叫埋個蔥花吞拿魚腩蓉丼($108) 掠下肚仔,d 吞拿魚腩俾得也太多了吧……超棒的冰滑口感,令人好滿足。…Read More

呢間高級西餐廳雖然環境昏暗,但俾人感覺卻好熱情同熱鬧。唔確定係員工定老細o既職員成日wander around,同完呢檯後生仔吹下旅行,跟住就tum 下隔離檯個family o既小妹妹食飯;幫客人揸機影相時又揶揄自己大份攝唔到鏡,非常好客。高級餐廳自然有免費附送o既house bread。一式兩款,o個位職員建議我食o左白色o個隻先。白色o個舊十分鬆軟,而多士呢則係薄脆的,食起o黎估唔到有少少似印尼蝦片!配上松露醬去搽麵包,如牛油般o既texture,但當然香氣濃郁很多!個店員仲話口味如果唔o岩,可以改為黑醋汁,是貼心的~野菌黑松露忌廉湯($78 未加一) 也係一昧松露油o既氣息,而且野菌碎o既量亦都多,令到佢飲落富顆粒感,成件事感覺高尚矜貴!想講香煎帶子配牛肝菌忌廉汁燴意大利麵($188) 個汁勁creamy,杰身掛汁,同埋真係有大大片牛肝菌o係入面,真材實料~佢比其他菇類軟滑,近乎入口即溶,味道輕微苦澀,連埋d 豆芽,是個清新o既菜式。叫埋個自家製甜品,心太軟配雲呢拿雪糕($78) 一凍一熱,一次過滿足晒兩個願望。個心太軟生熟度適中,亦都非常濃甜,滿載幸福o既感覺。…Read More

位於荃灣邊垂地帶o既串燒居酒屋,就算唔係開o係好熱鬧o既地段,一樣有佢o既吸引力。未點o野食之前,已經欣賞到餐廳d 貼心細位,好似有俾客人裝背囊o既籃、檯上裝骨/棄置竹籤o既兜,仲有一來到已免費附送o既沙律前菜。唔同一般o既串燒店,佢唔會o係燒o既時候已瀋滿孜然粉,以濃味蓋過一切,反而會保留食物原有o既味道,而檯上都有鹽、辣椒粉、七味粉同日本胡椒俾你再調味。百福花($14 無加一) 原來即係椰菜花,也許看似係普通o野,但食落口幾juicy,有d 意外~芝士流心蛋大啡菇($28) 有住足料芝士,好濃o既芝士,燒至微燶再加上流心蛋o既蛋黃口感,簡直係正!豬肉荔枝卷($26) 同豚肉雞蛋卷($24) 都係用豬肉片包住一d o野,特別想讚前者,估唔到同荔枝一齊拼搭,咬落去增添一點酸甜,個chemistry 又幾夾。月見免治雞肉軟骨棒($32) 係浸o係醬油同生雞蛋入面,攪拌後蘸o黎食,成個package 感覺好地道!口感有d 似漢堡扒不過係雞肉,當中會咬到粒粒軟骨。不過如果想蘸多d 生雞蛋個汁就會偏鹹,如果少番d 醬油overall 個比例會更佳!明太子雞翼($22) 好香口呀,口味本身帶辣。日式燒豆腐($14) 外面鋪滿飛下飛下o既木魚碎;另外飯團原來都可以燒,櫻花蝦飯團($25) 外層被燒至脆脆的,愛飯焦o既人必試~叫埋下火o野飲(夏枯草/竹蔗茅根,$15),等自己無咁熱氣先。我見menu 仲有燒雞子同田雞可以叫,都幾冷門,有興趣o既都可以試下。…Read More

雖然落得bar 唔多唔少都係傾計吹水飲o野為主,食o野為次,但遇著間decent 又有特色食物o既酒吧,感覺都增值d!先去轉墨西哥,來round 鐵板烤牛配墨西哥薄餅($118 未加一),唔要牛肉可以揀烤雞。個牛肉因為同埋辣椒、洋蔥之類o既配菜一齊整,所以食落偏辣,口感refreshed~佢附有四款醬汁,包括牛油果醬、酸忌廉、莎莎醬(亦都即係辣味蕃茄粒) 與及芝士碎,比我之前o係另一間美式餐廳食o既版本多o左芝士,而且細看之下其實仲係mix o左深淺色兩種cheese 的!自己包自己卷,靈舍有風味。跟住飛去歐洲,德國o既代表有德國腸拼盤配酸菜、薯條($168)。淺色o個隻腸較油潤juicy,深色o個d 食起o黎有d 似熱狗腸,層皮少少脆身,各有不同。特別想讚o個個啡色醬,絕對是精髓所在,超好味,點d 腸或者薯條都一級棒!去埋隔離法國,品嚐白酒忌廉汁煲仔青口,有兩個size,要o左1/2 kg ($168)。d blue mussel 一大煲夠晒足料,個白汁亦非常濃稠,同d 菇菌互相提味,淨係單獨個湯已經好惹味。千祈唔好o徙,蘸埋蒜蓉包,令人食指大動……飲品我frd 特別讚佢o個杯banana chocolate ($48),面頭簡單拉o左花很吸睛,o係朱古力o既基礎之下,聞起上o黎又多種淡淡o既香蕉氣息。…Read More

大間光猛o既中式餐室,地方闊落,見人推埋bb 車入o黎都仲得。餐廳以QR code 手機點餐的,佢細項比較多,跟飯定麵、跟乜o野餐飲、多唔多冰多奶,加配乜o野小食等等,自由度高,但也容易遺漏一個半個選項,不過慢慢地操作都唔難完成。我地o黎到o既時候o岩o岩搭正兩點,有下午茶餐牌,實在太好喇!一於試盡佢o既招牌菜,先來一客鴛鴦手撕雞撈麵($44 無加一),一次過有晒鹽焗同麻辣兩隻口味。d 雞幾嫩滑,鹽焗雞帶有沙薑粉o既味道,濃味香口;麻辣o個d 則呈微紅色,辣度幾高,風味唔錯。佢下面o既麵標榜住係鵝油撈麵,聽落好似好矜貴咁~ 麵質都算爽口,食落惹味得o黎,一d 都唔油膩。跟呢個餐會附一小兜雲耳作為開胃前菜,也是幾辣的。第二個餐則點o左銷魂腩叉飯($40),幾玩味o既名字。Menu 介紹佢係半肥瘦o既腩肉叉燒,實物見佢擁有一間間o既脂肪層,而最上方仲連帶一層皮,都幾特別。另一個朋友唔想食咁飽,想叫d 輕食,嗌o左個腩叉牛角包($39),裡面都係夾上一樣o既叉燒,不過淋上胡麻醬,配上鬆脆o既牛角包,相信又係另一種滋味。每個餐都可以追加小食,寫o左瑞士雞翼(2 隻,$16) 同埋特濃龍蝦湯($38)。雞翼非常深色,有住甜甜o既醬汁,而龍蝦湯都比一般出面橙色o個d 深色,會飲到好濃郁蝦頭蝦膏o既味道!跟餐會附一個普通o既湯or 餐飲,但o個一個湯其實都唔差,帶點瓜同蘿蔔o既清甜,以頗重o既胡椒調味。其餘兩杯就試o左特色飲品,朋友試蕃石榴四季春烏龍茶(加$10),四季春好似最近好hit 咁。我自己就要o左杯玉桂咖啡(加$10),加o左玉桂粉,靈舍有咖啡店o既味道o架~…Read More

好靚o既居酒屋,鋪頭唔大間,一邊d 雙人檯張凳用上玩味又醒目o既黑金色巨型骰仔,背後o既牆身擺o左多個達摩做裝飾,又貼上日式海報,充滿格調。而另一邊,則係掛滿燈籠o既bar 檯位,令人聯想到關東煮d 車仔檔,然後o係另一個corner 尚有一個和室,淨係環境已經加足分~都唔係間間居酒屋都肯做午餐,呢間絕對抵食,有set lunch,一個定食連沙律、前菜、茶碗蒸、味噌湯同餐飲,$70 幾$80 都有好幾個選擇,仲唔使加一!就算我想食好d,叫呢個太郎御壽司八貫+迷你豚骨叉燒烏冬定食,都只係$138!沙律同味噌湯都係standard o野,而o個個前菜就係一客綠色o既海帶芽,食落爽口富芝麻香。茶碗蒸有住滑滑的蛋,裡面釀o左蟹柳,佢精妙在於調過味,唔係齋玉子咁寡,巧巧味呀!d 壽司當中最矜貴當然就係海膽軍艦、蟹肉蟹膏味噌軍艦、大吞拿魚腩壽司同埋三文魚籽軍艦。o個幾舊軍艦壽司各自有隻特別造型o既小碟,甚有氣勢,d 海膽非常鮮味,蟹肉肉嫩唔乾身,搭上creamy 味濃o既蟹膏簡直就係perfect match。三文魚籽一昧鹹鹹o既爆漿口感,而塊大吞拿魚腩呈深紅色,軟滑得o黎入口即溶!其他o既時令壽司也絕不濫竽充數,三文魚厚身,油份好高,帆立貝大粒冰滑,另外仲有深海池魚同油甘魚各一,呢個價錢有咁o既質素真係超晒班呀救命……仲未計個烏冬,雖然係迷你版,但係塊豚骨叉燒真係燒得好香,令人流晒口水!仲未夠﹖跟呢d 定食可以追加刺身或者天婦羅小食,平平地加碟甘蝦刺身($28/3 匹),咬起o黎帶點起膠o個隻漿口口感,也很唔錯。個餐已跟檸茶/咖啡,或者好似我咁叫杯柚子梳打(加$10),成餐飯就更完滿了~…Read More

冰室貴為香港上一個年代o既文化產物之一,而家已經買少見少,講緊新開o個d 所謂o既「冰室」,好多都裝飾到好靚,然後menu 總係好大本有好多頁圖文並茂咁;仍會保留傳統o既真係唔多。我幾喜歡呢間冰室o既懷舊式風情。佢無咩特別裝修,只有純白色牆身,搭上舊式階磚;一面有住白色卡位,另一面係——摺凳!!唯一o既menu 就係張檯玻璃下面密麻麻o既字~ 然後for 疫情o既間隔板用上o左綠白色設計,都match 番餐廳個colour tone。好耐之前(都真係好耐之前) 其實o係尖沙咀舊鋪食過佢o既芝士麵,今日難得o黎到,突然好想試番下。一個芝士麵餐($53) 可以配兩個餸,揀o左炸手指魚柳同煙鴨胸。個麵聞起o黎好香,d 芝士醬超級濃厚大pat,絕不欺場!用叉撈一撈,更覺佢完全無多餘水份,d 芝士能滿滿地沾滿d 麵條。我都食過唔少其他餐廳o既芝士麵,好多都係水jer jer,其實只係芝士白汁,同呢d 真材實料無得比呀,果然係店舖名物~o係cafe / coffee shop 食all day breakfast 就食得多,竟然連冰室都有得食,而且講緊只係$65,出面一般最少都$8/90,所以我地另外都點o左一份。佢當中有一個黑松露滑蛋,上檯時又係好香搞到人特別肚餓,同埋你睇下佢先$60 幾蚊,但都算滭得幾多松露……隻蛋呈深黃色,富有蛋香,塊雞扒又係好大塊,其實真係幾抵食。同埋佢附有奶油豬仔包,有足上下兩片,d 麵包烤至脆邊,蘸上奶油甜甜的,非常好食!…Read More
