昨晚和幾位男士光顧, 點了1. 酥炸生蠔: 炸漿很薄, 攤凍了仍然酥脆2. 油浸筍殼魚: 魚本身味淡, 但配合魚汁就很好吃3. 小炒皇: 韭菜嫩口無渣, 但蝦乾太少, 亦冇加菜甫, 唔夠惹味4. 椒鹽鮮魷: 炸漿調味可以重手一點5. 炸子雞: 比較硬, 不推介6. 鹽焗花螺: 有淡淡的鹽香味, 賣相特別但味道一般, 不推介7. 蒜蓉炒油麥菜: 豬油渣數量太少, 印象唔夠強烈, 味道還可昨晚看見菜牌上仍有很多選擇, 應該有未被發掘的美味, 下次要專攻呢啲滄海遺珠…Read More

最近在雜誌上看見一間名字很特別的食肆, 於是約了另一對夫婦一起前往試菜坐下後, 先吃點免費的醃蘿蔔第一次來的關係, 找了當值的經理介紹, 原來這裡是用 iPad 點菜, 於是先揀了上海三小碟作頭盤, 三小碟的內容包括上海燻魚, 香蔥油海蜇花及五香滷牛腱, 個人最喜歡上海燻魚, 入味軟熟啖啖肉接下來點了燉湯, 是夜有兩款燉湯, 剛好每對都試不同的味道, 我點了沙蔘玉竹燉赤肉, 太太則點了北芪黨蔘燉龍躉骨, 我那盅湯味道尚可, 太太那盅則好像鹹了一點主菜上場, 先來原條龍船豉汁方利球, 魚肉好吃之餘, 裙邊亦炸得很脆口, 可惜主骨太硬吃不掉再來半隻桂花酒釀炸子雞, 雞皮很脆, 不過略嫌味道重了一點第三味主菜我們挑了富貴黃金蝦, 六隻直徑約二至三吋的蝦球, 被鹹蛋黃包著, 吃完第二隻之後已覺得很飽是時候吃點蔬菜, 於是點了一味雲腿扒娃娃菜, 味道不錯雖然已經很飽, 但總要吸收一點飯氣, 便點了大宅門 XO 醬炒飯, 大師傅炒功不錯, 炒飯粒粒分明, 而且有鮑魚粒, 帶子粒及蝦粒吊味, 結果竟然可以吃個精光甜品時間, 點了綠茶香芒糯米糍, 綠茶味不太濃, 芒果則很好吃這頓飯吃得相當舒服, 食肆的員工招呼很好, 只在你需要他們時才出現, 價錢屬中上, 始終地點有一定影響吧…Read More
