好朋友生日,約咗成班話食私房菜,不過去荃灣。有咩?朋友話我可以帶埋我隻仔(狗)去添(好嘢!)原來依間越卷越好喺樓上又個VIP room;樓下好多人排隊,唔通住咗咁耐荃灣真係漏咗食呢間?VIP房環境好舒服!食物一樣得:餐前三小碟 -炸青咖喱海鮮卷 - 聖子道 - 京川伴花刺火炎醉蝦香茅吊燒雲英鵝酸窩蟹湯蝦膠釀雞翼越式炒素錦 越卷飯筒雪耳糖水青咖喱春卷,係誠意之作。味道好有咖喱味但唔太HEAVY,炸得好好!聖子道:新鮮好甜,最難得係個私家調味醬,好香蒜味,恰到好處,成班朋友搶住LAM埋D汁!個青瓜亦醃得啱啱好,仲係爽脆但入味,讚!讚!讚!個燒鵝真係唔誇張:好味個鏞記!老闆話用香茅醃,又因為一燒好就等15分鐘吹吓先上碟。所以好脆皮,又夠肉味!唔想點個私房汁,但個老闆迫我哋點,又出乎意料哋好夾個肉味,掂!蝦膠釀雞翼: 唔用糯米用蝦膠,蝦膠老闆話自己打,所以好彈牙,正到痺。之後掛著食,唔記得影相。係個甜品比較普通,其他樣樣都好有水準!呢餐真係喜出望外!決定下個星期同屋企人嚟做節!…Read More
