啲野食本來就唔太好食,仲要食到頭髮,但睇在男服務員服務都幾唔錯,我哋都無投訴,但帶眼鏡的收銀女仕服務態度超差,我哋叫左個椒鹽魷魚嘴,超過30分鐘唔黎都唔緊要,我男朋友叫佢幫忙check 下,話如果無落單就算啦唔要,跟住佢返黎勁串嘅態度同我講「係阿,廚房漏單,一係你轉叫其他小菜囉」我話咁我唔要啦,佢極爽快咁話「咁取消囉」就火速走左,我越諗越唔對路,我叫返佢返黎話「你哋漏我單,唔係應該即刻幫我整返咩?」佢串我「係呢位先生話漏單就唔要」吓?咁你又點解要叫我叫小菜?最後行出去埋單時黑口黑面好似我哋欠左佢咁。講返食物方面,滷水完全唔夠味,鵝韌到唔知食緊乜,豬耳煮得不夠火喉且有豬騷味,紅腸用cheap貨,豆腐係凍豆腐又唔入味又無豆味,墨魚口感超削,唯一豬腸夠乾淨諗住搵醬汁補救,點知蒜醋無醋味,辣椒油唔香又唔辣 其他都費事浪費時間講,最好咪就係麒麟!…Read More

結業前的失望…

曾經被我喻為全港最好食的「中環麥兆記」雲吞麵鋪,充滿回憶的地方即將在31號結束,結束前來緬懷下,果然如我預期,就關門質素就下降。當日出菜極慢已無需介懷,食物實在令我懷疑人生!「祖傳蝦籽雲吞麵」蝦籽一如往昔十分香,但份量明顯少了,麵煮得過生,但我又不可浸麵入湯浸泡,否則蝦籽流失,浪費精粹!只好硬著頭皮食了上面帶蝦籽的”生”麵。而雲吞竟然有兩粒有燒燶味道,另外兩粒都明顯不夠新鮮,今日的湯亦比以前落胡椒重手了,搶了湯本來的鮮味「腰潤粥」粥底一如以往十分香甜錦密不”些”水,豬腰新鮮無豬騷味口感爽彈,但我最愛的豬潤令人大失所望,得兩塊就算,其中一塊老到不得了「白灼芥蘭」雖新鮮但未熟,硬過我條命,前題我已有講”煮淋啲”「白灼鯪魚球」反而有驚喜,有魚味陳皮味但毫無魚腥味,口感似肉丸,鬆軟但彈牙,配上薑蔥和辣椒豉油好正👍🏻但下邊的菜底一樣硬到食不了「炸醬撈麵」水準之作,麵淥得剛好,味道調較亦十分惹味,麥兆記的麵確實夠脆👍🏻「白灼豬潤」為了挽回豬潤在我心目中的失望,又叫多份白灼豬潤”走菜”,真心被煮不熟的硬芥蘭嚇怕了。而今日的豬潤,事實證明真是太差,不嫩亦勁多筋。我亦見隔離枱好多人有被漏單的情況,嘆息有些事物過去了就沒了,今時不同往日,無任何事會永久,珍惜眼前…Read More

看見OpenRice 極多好評,於是星期一下午趁人不多來堂食試試。食街邊小食可以有位坐,環境乾淨確實加分不少,但不知是否我光顧的時間不當,我完全食不到大家食到的美味…皇牌咖喱魚蛋- 魚蛋口感好淋,完全不彈牙不實正,咖喱汁偏甜不惹味厚切煎釀三寶- 魚蛋哥的魚肉打得比街邊賣的較為細膩,似口味較清淡的魚餅。但滿心期待的炸豆腐咬一口實在難以接受,魚肉又薄又硬,外皮又韌又柴,豆腐內裡亦薄又乾,中間是空心的!!茄子和青椒相對炸得生熟控制比較好,而且魚肉釀得比炸豆腐厚,有微酥的外表但不會油膩整體感覺確實比街邊的小食製作較用心和健康些,作為小食店用餐環境亦不錯,但品質監控比較參差。有機會再試試其他食物,希望不再失望…Read More

店舖雖小但衛生乾淨,似小型日式居酒屋,員工亦貼心有禮貌,order了我逢店必食最愛的墨魚咀和蠔外漿包裹厚薄適當,炸得十分酥脆香口,內裡墨魚嘴夠大粒,肉滑有口感全無異味,某些邊位較煙韌。整體椒鹽味甚重,配酒應該一流一上枱眼望燒蠔雖然非極大種,但蠔肉一出殼十分飽滿!落嘅蒜茸並非坊間濃味重油那種,相對比較清淡唔油膩,主要食返蠔本身的新鮮,作為前菜,呢個價錢質素我覺得十分良心!…Read More

極度油膩的燉湯

位於逸東酒店內food court,裝修與樓下自助餐差不多,都係行現代工業風路線,光線偏暗但環境乾淨舒適。靚湯廚房店如其名,是一間主打中式燉湯的快餐店,由於見到甚多好評,於是我頗有信心地黎嚐試下。湯有兩種,老火湯同燉湯,店員解釋老火湯無湯料,燉湯原盅連湯料燉,兩者價錢相差接近成$30,但第一次當然要試試燉湯有幾足料。正常燉湯會比老火湯油少少,我早已有心理準備燉湯直接係蒸爐攞出來,很夠熱,個燉盅不算太大,有兩層蓋,再加埋國畫花紋,看起來都幾有feel,亦有附一包鹽,可自行調味打開個盅就嚇一跳,極厚層嘅油浮在湯上,厚油下有2顆姬松茸、1粒未去核的紅棗、2片無論樣貌同口感都好似超市賣嘅罐頭螺片仲要一塊開二嘅螺肉、一大堆極大肥膏連住粗鞋到完全難以咀嚼吞嚥無味瘦肉的排骨、仲有甩左肉嘅幾條乾骨頭和一大片薑。我隔撈左好耐面層嘅油都未去到湯,啲油一定超過2mm!最終去了大部分油、骨頭、大片薑、肥膏、乾柴肉,結果得返唔到半盅湯…此時後悔應該點老火湯…味道方面,藥材味雖好重,但都掩蓋不了來自處理不夠的姬松茸酸味以及排骨不太新鮮的味道。眼見呢間鋪有好多熟客幫襯,大多會叫餸飯連湯,可能佢哋餸菜類比較好?!價錢比較化算?!…Read More

環境比較一般的茶餐廳,order左店內名物「開心餐」,即是3隻煎蛋+蔥油雞扒飯+1杯熱凍飲,「開心餐」在餐牌中找不到,此餐只有手寫在牆上,傍晚6點左右進入餐廳,落單出餐速度相當爽快,好快有野飲有飯食,而且食物賣相十分吸引淋上了特製甜豉油的三隻太陽蛋煎得十分滑嫩,甜豉油味道鹹甜適中,下面的雞扒極大件厚身,外皮香脆雞肉實滑,但少部位肉質偏乾柴,加上蔥油略覺偏鹹。米飯粒粒分明,飯香雖一般,但有特製甜豉油蔥油提味及流心蛋黃蛋白增加返滑順口感。成個飯整體脆口鹹香濃味,比較適合重口味人士。如此大份的厚脆雞扒仲配搭了3隻靚滑煎蛋,用料夠實在,而且無論熱飲凍飲一律買單只需五十出頭,感覺超值!!下次試下另一顏值滿分的窩蛋沙嗲牛肉煲仔麵!((請留意,7月31號「開心餐」已加左價,堂食$56,外賣加$2))…Read More

下午5點幾左右入店,店內唔算太多客人,幾張枱似乎都係熟客,下午茶餐$40包1餸粉麵飯1碗+小食1份+飲品,望落的確夠實惠,但由於我好貪心又想試牛肉丸又想試牛筋丸,最終敗家女地選擇左淨牛肉丸牛筋丸雙拼,淨食$88雙拼加$10,盛惠天價$98。姐姐落單似乎比較唔太純熟,我重複左幾次佢都寫唔到我要咩,過左好一陣先落到單攞俾我,為免落錯單我即刻check單,發現佢唔小心落左「淨牛肉丸、牛筋」,告知後佢竟選擇先幫其他客人埋單,之後再慢慢走去叫廚房改返,返黎仲同我講「好彩趕得切仲改到」?!真係..可愛…唔知係咪因為下午廚房工作人員比較少,一個淨雙丸都花了超過15分鐘先出到餐終於等到我嘅雙丸,賣相還不錯,標準蔥花放在湯匙中,8粒飽滿的牛丸牛筋丸浮在帶著輕微油花的湯上,肉眼明顯分辦得出表面光滑的是牛肉丸,表面凹凸的是牛筋丸,攪拌下湯底已聞到陣陣牛香味,嗑一口湯,完全的牛腩味,牛牛牛丸下有三塊蘿蔔,第一塊中招,望落去就成舊都係筋,咬落去根本未煮透,另外兩塊就正正常常但兩種丸都表現不錯牛肉丸緊致爽口彈牙,咬落帶肉汁,有牛味,好食!牛筋丸筋道有嚼勁但唔會乾柴,牛味更重,食落帶感,正!但偶爾有一粒半粒硬筋,我牙唔好咬唔到…兩種丸都各有千秋,值得一試,但叫返下午茶餐(3:00-6:00)或粉麵比較優惠。題外話,我隔離枱有位熟客都無叫下午茶餐,叫了淨粟米餃,等我下次試試先…Read More
