今日約了朋友到九龍城見面,佢話好掛住台灣美式,我就同佢入咗間台式麵館。呢間台式麵館都好多人來食嘢,仲有好多學生哥來買台式飲品。我哋都等了一陣位,先點餐後出到櫃面付款。坐低5分鐘左右,撲鼻嘅原味鍋貼就送上來。鍋貼低是脆口,面是軟軟質感,包住嫩滑肉碎,再配上醋汁,增加口感。不知不覺就吃了10隻。台式鹽酥雞和夜市花枝丸都係必食推介,金黃色鹽酥雞外脆內嫩,仲有肉汁流出。食落仲有少少海鹽味,真是似我在台灣食嘅味道。金黃色花枝丸,經過油炸後仍保留內質彈口。再配多碗懷舊經燒三寶麵。我選了麻辣湯低。看起來好似勁辣,但入口唔係好辣,係容易入口味道,牛腩超軟身,入口溶化。水餃飽滿肉汁鮮嫩、最緊要食件羅白,吸曬麻辣嘅味道。麵質爽口彈牙。再加上一杯梅子綠茶,味道清新帶有點梅子味道,是解喝之選。…Read More

太子好多地方食嘢都係人多和嘈雜聲,今次我跟朋友來到呢間西餐廳,一推門香味清新,每枱都放了一瓶香薰蠟燭,增添不少浪漫氣氛。餐廳內大都是2-4人枱,加上環境下影響,各人都有禮貌地說話和進餐。我們先選了一份勁量十足海鮮併盤,有6隻手掌大生蠔、海蝦、青口、田螺、中龍蝦、大麵包蟹。味道方面:生蠔加入檸檬汁新味更濃郁,入口蠔味流出,質感嫩滑。麵包蟹-蟹蓋非常多蟹糕,蟹糕好鮮味。龍蝦,撕開頭部,用配備工具剪開了龍蝦殻,都有手掌咁大龍蝦肉,因凍食關係,龍蝦肉是實肉,比較爽口,鮮甜味仲保存到。連兩旁蝦夾都好有肉。田螺好耐無食過,怕佢入面有沙,呢間餐廳完全沒有這個問題,螺肉肥味,仲好爽鮮甜。食完海鮮後當然要食番D蔬菜,芝士焗西蘭花。好食,每顆西蘭花都沾上幼滑芝士,味道適中。西蘭花爽口。炸魚薯條都係必食,是即叫即煮,需要一點時間,出來時係好熱,炸魚做得非常好,外脆內軟,仲保持魚質嫩滑。薯條唔洗講必係脆口。法色香草春雞-起初都會覺得燒春雞肉質比較老,所以朋友話叫時我都有反對,但他話你食完就會改觀了。果然,上菜時都比佢擺設吸引,好細緻。再做刀切開,因有雞骨關係好不容易分開2節,我就試左雞脾部分,果然好嫩滑加上特製醬汁,增添不少食慾。飲品我選擇了百花果香橙冰茶,等飲品時間是比較耐,要比D耐性,但我都覺得係值得的。因為杯冰茶應該不是直接沖出來的,要經過攪拌和制作。所以先有一杯濃郁有口感百花果冰茶。最值得一讚是呢間是採用環保飲管,飲管仲是係鋁質做,飲落有冰涼感覺。我都要買番枝來用,…Read More
