Was lining up for around 15 minutes during Friday night which is not bad compared to a few other restaurants in The One on the same floor. First thing I would like to highlight is the waitress who served our table. I and my girlfriend ordered a 白肉, 士多啤莉酥皮炸蝦 and 回鍋肉 (plus 2 bowl of rice). So when we just finished ordering, the waitress asked us to order more and we said we would go with these first. Yet, she asked again, in a tone that sounded like urging us to do so, and stressed those dishes would not be enough for us. She repeated it a few times. I felt confused and doubted if they have a minimum charge per person but I do not see it on the menu. I did not enjoy the way she "forced" us to order more and I do not think she should attempt to control how much the customers order. Of course, we again rejected to do so and she left with a bit of displeasure. Second, regarding the food, they are not worth the price in my opinion. The quality is very average, though the presentation of the first two were alright (I would not say beautiful but only relatively more creative than a normal Chinese restaurant, which I believe is one of their selling-point).白肉:The sauce was disappointing without rich garlic flavor but merely moderately spicy. The meat did not have any flavor at all, I would have expected it to be more flavored through the boiling process. 士多啤莉酥皮炸蝦:4 shrimps in total, which could have been more for the price. Tasted very average except the shrimps were bouncy (yet a bit too thin). And, I should highlight the picture of this dish on their menu is totally different from the real deal, which is okay but the picture looked much better presented in my opinion. Besides, the 酥皮 could have been more crispy. 回鍋肉:More peppers than the meat. I could not taste much except when I ate the peppers' seeds which are spicy.
