First off, I would say the food seemed pretty good...but this was the first time I have left a meal half way through in HK.  The service was the rudest I have ever had in HK.  Among other things, we ordered chicken tandoori and basmati rice.  The tandoori came and we asked if we could have the rice now as well.  The waitress claimed we should have the rice later with the other dishes.  We said no, we would like it now.  5 minutes later, she slams the rice on the table and walks off.  The manager was at the bar next to us. We explained what happened and he immediatily said he would take care of it.  In the back ground we and the rest of restaurant could here her yelling that we were rude.  We were in no way rude...just asked for the food in the order we would like to have it.  The manager and the waitress came to the table and no apology just the waitress telling us again that we were rude.  At this point we lost our appetite and said we were willing to pay for what we had but were finished.  The manager would not not accept our money which we appreciated, but more importantly we just would've liked an apology from the waitress.Based off this experience, we will never go to Bindaas again.  There are better Indian food options right in the area.…Read More
