香港飲食業之沒落，很大程度源於租金人工之類，但食物無法滿足顧客也是主要因素，雖說是下午茶但也至於用餵白鴿分量待客！白飯一大碗，手撕雞用豉油碟份量盛載，什麼意思？！下午茶吃白飯？如果成本問題可以調高價錢，不是要人食完要另外再補多餐！浪費時間！！食完幾片少得可憐雞肉，剩下一半白飯，是要迫顧客浪費食物！環境衛生不佳，人手不足枱都冇人抹，咁樣經營想唔沒落都幾難！…Read More
