通常週末食飯,唔想排隊,都會嚟呢間舖頭。啲湯係幾有水準,但係湯裡面啲麵、同員工嘅面口就唔係好掂。佢哋個餐牌睇落好似好多款式,但係所有款式都係佢哋set 死,一樣嘢都唔肯俾客人更改 :(我非常唔鍾意食豬肉,問店員可唔可以改豬肉改為雞肉,問咗幾次店員都堅持話廚房做唔到。真係覺得好奇怪點解花膠湯底一定要配豬腩肉?點解唔可以轉用雞肉?平時去開座銀食拉麵都可以全部要雞肉唔要豬肉啦!舖頭嘅價錢一啲都唔平,咁樣嘅服務態度真係非常差!難怪咁多人都寧願北上消費。…Read More

Don’t wanna write negative comments after someone’s comments about why my post all negative…. 超級中伏!在家工作整整一個星期冇出去食,心血來潮想食啲好嘢。由於香港區的餐廳大部份都book滿,只有這一間,即日一個鐘頭前訂位還有。雖然OpenRice一個評價都沒有,但見上載相片還可以,便一次。中午三個套餐可以選擇,選了$980的omakesa。可惜材料一些都不值得這個價錢,從來未試過這樣差的Omakase 。非常普通的食材,加上普通的煮食技巧,一點也看不出廚師的精心。最令人不能容忍的是:他們的前菜,第一道蝦,竟然有蝦殼!!!最後一道湯,魚,還有魚鱗在湯裏面!!!我真的從來沒有在一間日本餐廳,收費$1000的日本餐廳,吃到魚鱗和蝦殼!!!他們基本上沒有滿座,全部都是老熟客。在廚師製作燒蝦膏的時候,他一邊燒,一邊跟老顧客談天,我看到他的絕對不專業,眼睛只掛住跟客人傾偈,基本上沒有照顧他正在燒的蝦膏!至於每道菜的介紹,要視乎他的得閒程度,有幾味菜式,他基本是沒有介紹食物的內容。雖然他們比sushi Saito、sushi Yoshi 、Kushiro 便宜多,但不至於服務這樣差吧。吃的全部是普通貨,只有普通的魚、蝦、同埋好少食到的魷魚。。。都有海膽嘅。這是我試過最差的日本餐廳!沒有想過$1000會給這樣的質素給客人!!不過他們都知道自己做得好差,最後免費送我一杯咖啡,還有面我加一服務費。不過這樣的質素,絕對沒有下一次!…Read More

全港最難飲的珍珠奶茶

很少在OpenRice投訴珍珠奶茶店,因為很少珍珠奶茶會做得難飲。原本想去厚福街的小黑糖,怎料看到隔壁新開的霧之戀,買一送一,想着試吓無妨的心態。怎了排一陣隊,去到counter先發覺,很多東西都沒有買一送一,只有基本的奶茶、普通的飲料,才有買一送一。結果選了兩杯普通的飲品,抹茶Latte,跟葡萄多多。這間店落後得很,什麼付款方法也沒有,只接受現金,心想:他們是因為諗住做唔長,所以連方便客人的付款方式也省卻金錢去安裝?厚福街已經人多地少,等候的地方已經迫爆人,全因為這間霧之戀的手腳實在太慢了!叫號牌顯示699,我們是701,隔壁小黑糖已經跳了四位數字,霧之戀只做好一杯。。。以為慢工出細貨,新開店舖應該以優質食品吸引客人。非常可惜,一是令人相當失望!只能學到糖溝水的味道。如果繼續以這樣的質素給客人,應該很快不能再見到他們了。…Read More

試過最難吃的日本餐(同級餐廳比較),比千両還要難吃!

看到食評有64人讚好,只有一惡評,於是今早11:30打去餐廳訂午餐,竟然仲有位,不虞有詐,便去一試。午餐有$780 的omakesa,$680 的16件刺身定食,$458 的12件壽司定食...問服務員有什麼不同,她說omakesa 有3客sashimi (左口魚薄切、鯛魚、帆立貝),五件壽司,一客熱食(豚肉煮),聽落去一點都不吸引。於是問她:omakesa 有生蠔嗎 > 沒有。三客sashimi 在12件壽司定食有嗎 > 有。 於是叫12件壽司定食,佢話之後唔夠食可以加到16件,還特別請師傅把所有魚皮切掉,和把較濃味的魚燒一燒。前菜:雞肉燉蛋,從來未試過這樣變凍嘅燉蛋。沙律,好普通。昆布豆腐請菜,超級鹹,食咗一小口,便不能再吃。壽司:1)放在魚生上的啫喱,醎得要命,基本把魚的味道全部蓋過,莫講話能夠吃到魚的鮮味!2)師傅繼續沒有切魚皮。3)魚忘記燒,但卻把新鮮的帆立貝燒掉了😣4)師傅拿了一舊白雪雪的海膽卷,跟我說放了海鹽,結果放落口裏,全是鹽的味道,醎到要命,一點海膽味道也沒有,所以根本不知道他是否已經放了海膽在下面!全場最好吃的,是他們的咖啡雪糕,可能因為不用加工,原汁原味。…Read More

call me大佬B 其實twotwo chicken 在韓國有300幾間分店,30年老字號炸雞店,而並不是太太你說的燒雞店。 twotwo chicken 大坑店是特許經營店,所有製作用的醬料,餐具,甚至炸爐,都是由韓國空運到港。 我相信,你在*大坑店所享用的炸雞是絕對的韓國twotwo chicken style😊 至於我們的洗手間, 我們洗手間在outdoor.. 太太一家三口光顧的那天是下雨天,太陽擋也滴水了。洗手間有*桶,亦有溫馨提示希望客人能夠文明的把衛生用品及廢紙放到*桶😊 咁就唔使沖咁多次都仲有*啦☺️

服務態度差劣,很難想像是從日本來的!

看到很多評價好的食評,再加上傳媒的吹捧,說什麼必吃拉麵12家😒最終失望而回。其實拉麵本身問題不大,比普通好吃,但弊在侍應的服務態度嚴重差劣!安排位子非常差,其實講真跑馬地人流不多,我經過幾次,每次也是見到有大約六七人排隊,但店子裏有三四台是空枱,也不讓客人進入,可能他們想營造有多客人的幻覺。每次見到多人排隊也放棄,今天星期日晚上八時,見前面只有五個人排隊,而店內也有多張空枱,於是便等一陣。等了大約15分鐘,前面的客人已經入內,而散漫的店員從來也沒有問我多少位客人,結果在排我後面的兩位客人先入座。我問他為什麼我們沒有位子,他說二人優先來進🙁,我看情況不妙,後面的大多數是兩位或者一位,那豈不是要等多一個鐘!於是主動提議三人(因為其中一位是小朋友)的迫迫的坐在沙發上。其實餐廳本身人不多,座位也很寬躺,主要兩位侍應招呼,師傅也有幫手,可是坐了5分鐘也沒有人來理會,沒餐牌、沒有茶,枱上有杯,於是自己去門口斟水。未叫食物已經一肚氣!😤拉麵到了,雞湯是挺好味,但一點也不值百多元一碗,湯較為鹹,炸牛蒡令到啲湯好又鹹又油膩,面粗但不好吃,可能是店員服務態度惡劣,已經令我胃口冇晒。我絕對不會再次幫襯,店員的面口很招積,以為自己啲麵好食大晒,服務態度可以咁差都得!!…Read More

態度質素有待改善!之前在這裏吃過幾次,質素不錯,所以每次想起銅鑼灣日本菜,也必定到此一遊。可能沒有試過帶小朋友來,原來他們是絕對不喜歡小朋友的!星期六中午,但要兩位壽司枱,12時剛剛到,我們是第一位客人,侍應見到我帶着小孩,馬上說,我們沒有小孩子吃的東西,沒有a la carte。語氣簡直是趕客,樣子猙獰。把我推卻了,但是因為剛剛客旅兩星期回港,一心只想吃一頓好的日本菜,走了回頭再跟她說,「好吧,只是大人吃完便走了。」怎要她跟我說,「這樣的話你不要坐壽司枱,就在餐枱。」不能做壽司枱真的相差很遠吧,況且我實在也很趕時間,便跟他說我們一小時便吃完。她不情願地讓我們坐。其實這是我第一次吃日本菜,說沒有熟的食物order, 無論在日本台灣香港任何一間日本餐廳,總有熟的食物叫給兒童吃,唯獨是這間!結果叫了10款自選壽司,叫了幾件可以給小朋友吃的、還有燉蛋、還有前菜的熟肉。足以填飽小朋友的肚子。可惜是第一件壽司,啲飯是硬硬的,從來未試過如此難吃的飯,但只想快快吃完,費事出聲,怎料吃過幾件,竟然有飯焦!!!😡這是我第一次在日式餐廳吃到飯焦壽司!跟面前的chef說有飯焦,他從分煲底,拿幾粒飯來吃,然後說不好意思。這簡直是不可接受!壽司飯竟然造成飯焦給客人吃!簡直過分!簡直比城中的板長元氣更加差劣!!以後也不會幫襯!令人極點失望!…Read More

澳門老陳 今村真係無辜。鬧今村冇熟食,仲話「日本台灣*任何一間日本*,總有熟的食物叫給兒童吃。」仲鬧今村唔畀佢坐吧檯。。因為主打omakase o既高級鮨店唔畀小朋友坐吧檯係好正常,而且呢D場點可能畀你a la carte熟食,如果可以,咁咪變o左居酒屋或者二打六港式日本料理。

澳門老陳 (未打好就po o左,這是更正) 今村真係無辜。鬧今村冇熟食,仲話「無論在日本台灣*任何一間日本*,總有熟的食物叫給兒童吃。」仲鬧今村唔畀坐吧檯 。但主打omakase o既高級鮨店多數就係唔畀小朋友坐吧檯,係好正常,而且呢D場點可能畀你a la carte熟食,如果可以,咁咪變o左居酒屋或者二打六港式日本料理。港台同日本有好多高級鮨店主打omakase o既都係冇熟食for小朋友的。

看了眾多好的評語,決定在結婚週年來慶祝.但沒想過其食物跟服務竟如此差劣!(1) 我們十二時到達,已不算多人客,但等了數分鐘才有人帶位!(2) 坐下來,服務生來倒水...怎料倒潟在我老公隻手上! 好彩不是熱水啫!(3) 被倒濕後打算入厠所,但餐廳內沒有Signage for washroom,所以我老公見到有扇門咪問店員 (大概是清潔阿姐),她竟然沒禮貌的答, "自己打開晜咪知囉", 真是氣壞人!(4) 吃完前菜, 主菜, 枱上仍有很多麵包碎,但他們沒有清理一下,便把甜點抬出.(5) 本來,我在訂立時已叫他們在甜點碟上寫上"Happy Anniversary" 字句, 但他們竟然沒有按指示做... 本想給老公一個驚喜,但最後只給我們一肚氣!(6) 服務已經令人髮指,食物也出奇令人失望! 我們要了個Potato Chowder... 味道跟中式湯差不多,稀丁丁的... 叫了Pork Chop肉質"鞋"得要命...由於Via Quadronno是一間international chain store,所以本人打算跟其HQ (http://www.viaquadronno.com) 反應一下...可惜的是, 我寫了封Complain letter for 2 months, 一些回覆也沒有...Here's my complain wrote to "info@viaquadronno.com""To whom it may concern, I'm writing to express my disappointments experienced in your restaurant in IFC, Hong Kong, dated 12th February, 2009. However, out of our expectation, what we experienced was an unpleasant one! First of all, I guess the staff may be too stressful to serve the whole restaurant, as there was only about 3 waiters in lunch time serving for about 30 capacity diners, that made them not so cheerful and helpful. When one of the waiter poured water for us, he even carelessly dropped the water on my husband's hand, which the waiter even could not realize. We were lucky, as this is only cold water! After that, when my husband went to the washroom, but there's no signage for direction, so he stopped by a side door and asked one of the cleaning lady from your restaurant, if this was the men's washroom, to his surprise, the lady answered in a rude tone, "You go and find it out yourself!" This was shocking to us to receive such response!! After we have finished the main course, the waiter immediately gave us the desserts and drinks without cleaning up the table not until we requested for, as there was some leftover for bread. Also, for my request during my reservation, I have already asked them to prepare some celebration words with Chocolates on the plate, however, they did not fulfil this as promised, so we need to wait again for their "artwork". I cannot believe this kind of poor services provided in a renowned restaurant, which is located in the prestigious CBD shopping mall. But do you think the resources issue is customer's fault?!2. 倒水濕咗隻手, 都要入廁所, 有d 唔合情理--> Declare, my husband went to toilet becasue he want to pee, it's not for cleaning up. Please do not critize people, when you do not know the fact, and presumption is not fair.3. 店員=店員, 清潔阿姐=清潔阿姐, 冇家教嘅人, 俾我都玩你--> I don't understand what you mean here, but what you said is sick, please be careful on your words. 4. 很多麵包碎..... 又唔清理, 你估佢係你工人? 打份工啫--> In a fine dining restaurant, I guess this is basic service.--> So do you think I should suck up the leftover my by nose or just put them on the floor? Or I should wear a rubbish bin each time I go dining?--> Asking waiter to clean up the table doesn't mean I treat them as maid. In this case, I query if you clean up the plates & so on if you dine outside?5. 冇驚喜,就一肚氣 , 做人唔好咁小氣--> I don't think it's 小氣. And now, I understand why the services in HK gets so worse now, because there're people like you, having such low standard on quality service. And thanks God that you're not in Servicing industry. Otherwise, there's no improvements at all.
