The waitstaff is extremely incompetent and discriminatory. When my friend and I first arrived after a vigorous workout session, we were extremely tired and hungry. We got a ticket and our number was announced; however, our seat was given to those who came after us, due to pretty privilege. We heard the waitstaff say, “the suits deserve more respect.” Even though my nose is deformed, this is truly no way to treat paying customers, and I cannot express my disappointment in this establishment through words. They clearly could not understand that I am a high paying customer!During ordering, all wait staff ignored us, even though we raised our hands up high and continuously asked for them politely. When they finally took our order, they got it wrong. The employee looked very frustrated and left before hearing the full order. I specified 2 meals, even holding up the finger symbols, and yet, because of my imperfect Cantonese, they only placed an order down for 1 meal. Anyone with common sense would understand that the two of us big backs cannot share only one meal, especially after such intensive exercise. My friend and I are at an ethnic disadvantage, and we truly hoped that we would receive the bare minimum of an accommodating experience. Please think twice before offering patronage to this establishment. Employees were not focused and always messing around. When I received my order and checked I found that they did not give me the egg tart that I ordered as an add on.
