I had a beef pho and ice coffee. The pho comes with lots of spring onion (if you like it, it’s great). The beef is super tender. Soup base is very nice which is jot too overpowering. Pho is super smooth too and not clumped together. very yummy stir fried beef and also crab soup noodles! The 扎肉 is really good too. The meal comes with two mini spring rolls and vegies too which is freshly deep fried with quality stuffing inside. Remember to soak the 豆卜in the soup and stuff the crab meat in for extra taste!It’s not as oily like other Vietnamese food as it’s a clear soup (see photo).
