生日飯食咩好算唔算其中一個𢱑爆頭嘅難題🤔?但對於我嚟講,一諗唔到食咩,就泰菜啦😏!香港真係有好多間大大小小嘅泰菜,食極都仲有!所以冒險家精神爆棚嘅我決定是旦喺OPEN RICE搵咗間位於奧海城、環境幾骨緻嘅Sawadee Café🤗。記得我之前講過,通常唔做Research就亂咁去嘅餐廳十居其九係伏,唔知試完Sawadee Chef會唔會打倒昨日嘅我呢😀?泰式生蝦 $168 🌟🌟生蝦刺身🦐絕對係大家口癢想食生冷嘢嘅首選之一!呢份泰式生蝦食落Q彈,鮮味十足。鍾意佢嗰泰式海鮮青醬,酸酸辣辣、非常刺激味蕾😋!但Sawadee Café嘅生蝦刺身相對其他餐廳顯得非常簡單🤔,無任何香料或配料,所以食落層次比較單一,食完唔會有太多記憶點😅。🍴西瓜木瓜碌柚蝦沙律 $188 🌟🌟🌟個汁絕對係成道菜嘅精髓😍!佢個甜酸醬汁撈埋各種水果同蝦肉,非常開胃,食落非常多層次(味道方面以及食材口感),可惜嘅係小編嫌佢啲蝦唔夠新鮮肉質有啲嚡🥹。同埋個價錢相對地貴,而且份量唔係相當多。🍴蜂巢蠔餅 $168 🌟🌟🌟🌟酥炸十足嘅蠔餅,非常新鮮熱辣。蠔仔食落鮮甜😋,麵粉比例均勻食落唔會一嚿嚿。蠔餅最棹忌蠔同餅嘅比例不均!但呢個問題無喺Sawadee Chef蠔餅發生,蘸上蠔餅嘅最佳搭檔–魚露,確實好味至極🫶🏻。小編鍾意拎蠔餅啲炸碎撈飯食,非常惹味哦!🍴芭堤雅椰香胡麻子燒雞 $198 (半隻)🌟🌟🌟🌟好吃!真係有陣陣椰香呢!燒雞🐔上碟時仲熱辣辣,燒雞脆皮上覆蓋濃郁嘅胡麻子,食落香氣十足🤤。胡麻特有嘅香味同混有淡淡椰香嘅嫩滑雞肉完美融合,齋食又得配飯食都得🫣!🍴虎蝦炒金邊粉 $198 🌟真的,我唔太推薦Sawadee Chef呢道金邊粉🤢…… 首先,小編唔理解點解個金邊粉會甜得咁緊要🤮。明白,有啲顧客鍾意食偏甜嘅金邊粉,但太甜真係搞唔掂😵!另外,個虎蝦數量未免少得可憐吧……因為真係甜得有啲奇怪,小編食咗兩啖就停咗🥴!🍴豬肉鬆菠蘿雞粒炒飯 $138 🌟🌟普普通通🥴,又一道食完無咩記憶點嘅菜。呢個炒飯其實只係菠蘿炒飯嘅變異版-少咗啲腰果,海鮮轉咗雞肉(當然,有啲泰菜會選擇用雞肉而唔係海鮮),味道中規中矩,唔太力推😶。其實之後小編同友人有嘗試叫佢哋甜品嚟食,但想試嘅甜品唔係呢樣無就個樣無,最後都有啲意興闌珊😑。真的,真的,真的奉勸大家,搵餐廳食泰菜前,真係要花功夫做Research😤, 唔好貪間餐廳裝修靚就唔理3721狗衝去食,到最後真係賠了夫人又折兵啊😭!最後,提提大家呢間泰菜定位小貴🫡🍻 大角咀海庭道18號奧海城2期地下G21-G23, G25-G27號舖🕐12:00 - 22:00食物味道:🌟🌟餐廳環境:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟店舖衞生:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟抵食程度:🌟🌟人均: HKD300以上小編回頭:不會,CP值不太高…Read More

嗰間泰出名嘅泰國菜

前排因為成日唔係香港而小咗好多機會四出嚐泰🥹,琴晚終於又再次出動,約埋班舊同事拾回久違嘅家鄉味道😘。一行6人去咗食嗰間屹立九龍城多年嘅黃珍珍泰國菜館。有時行街偷聽到人哋介紹九龍城有咩泰國菜時,「黃珍珍」呢三個字不時都會聽到。呢間嘢算係香港耳熟能詳同比較出名號泰菜館之一。由於對上食呢間嘢已經係好多年前,所以今次我懷住初心嘗試呢間「泰」出名號嘅泰菜館😜。🍴冬蔭功湯 🌟🌟🌟多人一齊去食泰菜,最棹忌就係分贓唔勻😩!但,黃珍珍呢個冬蔭功湯份量足,夠我哋6個分勻有凸,每個人可以分到一隻海蝦,嘻嘻嘻😬。首先,呢個湯落咗好多紅辣椒碎,所以飲落都幾辣(唔太建議唔食得辣嘅你去嗌,又或者叫佢小辣),夠過癮!;另外,個湯南薑味唔算好濃,感覺廚師側重辣椒嘅味道而加少咗南薑落去;最後,講返隻蝦,蝦的確每人有一隻,但只係個種細細隻海蝦,而且唔太新鮮😞…… 🍴泰式燒豬頸肉 🌟🌟唔合格😞!肉質太老嚡,乾噌噌,完全唔係個種醃到好霖又嫩口嘅泰式豬頸肉……我自己有個對燒豬頸肉嘅評分準則—肉汁鎖唔鎖得實。然而,黃珍珍呢味燒豬頸肉太令我失望,咬落無咩肉汁,火燒太大燒到個肉身好乾,即使蘸咗佢個羅望子醬汁(偏甜),都唔覺有令佢起死回生🥹!🍴什錦串燒(豬牛雞各2)🌟🌟⭐️不過不失嘅串燒,唔算太有特色🙂。佢個沙嗲醬比較稀,唔係個種黏黏稠稠;然後,三款串燒缺少炭火烤味,反而有種甜甜嘅味道(可能同醃料有關?),而肉質尚算嫩滑,所有嘢都中規中矩。🍴小食拼盤(香葉包雞、炸蝦餅、泰式春卷,香辣炸魚餅)🌟🌟⭐️不過不失的小食拼盤,勉強合格🙂。每道泰式小食唔會好食到驚艷到你,過下口癮送下啤酒完全無問題🍻。香葉包雞,雞肉有層淡淡斑蘭香葉味,唔多只係剛好有,唔算好食,但叫擺得落口;炸蝦餅🍤,平平無奇,似現成做好拎去解凍然後油炸嘅食品;泰式春卷,尚算香脆但偏油;香辣魚餅,感覺都係現成貨……整體味道一般,但呢個小食拼盤上得好慢,我哋食到主菜咁上下先上😵‍💫。🍴泰式辣豬肉碎生菜包🌟🌟🌟🌟上菜時,個泰式豬肉碎望落乾噌噌,心入面即刻大大對佢打咗個折扣🤨。但一食落,就被佢個味道狠狠打咗我一巴😳。肉碎成功鎖住泰式醬汁,配搭上自帶肉汁嘅光環,就算唔包生菜就咁放入口都超正啊!佢個種曖昧辣味(算係辣?定唔算辣?),配上各種香料嘅加乘,令到我一啖接一啖咁食唔停!真係菜不可以貌相啊,抵讚🤭!🍴酸辣脫骨鳳爪 🌟🌟🌟我記得食呢道菜之前,我同其中一位朋友講:其實呢啲無骨鳳爪,係由廚房啲姐姐用口親自吮出嚟😂。當然呢個關於無骨鳳爪嘅都市傳說係假㗎啦!講翻正經嘢先,呢道酸辣鳳爪咬落Q軟唔算太硬,配上佢哋嘅秘製涼伴辣汁食落相當惹味😗。🍴黃咖喱軟殼蟹 🌟🌟🌟泰式蟹料理🦀,如咖喱炒蟹、炸軟殼蟹,蟹肉奄列,淨係聽到個蟹字都會流晒口水🤤!由於食咖喱炒蟹又要剝殼然後整到隻手好污糟(我心思思好想試),一行人決定改試軟殼蟹!個黃咖喱偏水,味道唔算濃,一啲都唔辣(可能同我可以食得好辣有關?),軟殼蟹蘸咗呢個咖喱都唔會得得特別好食😅;即使被厚粉包裹嘅軟殼蟹食落仍不失其鮮味,蟹肉厚實,絕對對得起呢個價錢!唔似我之喺某啲餐廳食個種7:3 粉蟹比例嘅炸軟殼蟹。如果個咖喱做得出色啲,相信可以為呢道加分。建議單點佢嗰個炸軟殼蟹就可以了。🍴泰式炒粉 🌟🌟🌟千祈唔好比佢個名呃咗!其實呢個就係PAD THAI!黃珍珍嘅PAD THAI相當好味,麵身介乎濕同乾之間,口感煙韌,而且充滿鑊氣,好食!蛋花、芽菜,蔥花比例恰到好處,最緊要係啲蝦仁相當彈牙,索晒醬料嘅蝦仁食落真係無得輸!不過有啲美中不足係,啲蝦乾仔小得可憐,如果比多啲嘅話,炒落一定更香😗!重新出發,繼續嚐泰😎。食完呢間位於九龍城嘅多年老店,心情有啲複雜😖,可能期望過高吧?驚艷程度感覺沒有如坊間所形容的。由於性價比不大,除非係某朋友指定要食呢間,否則我短期內應該唔會再光顧🙂…Read More

好耐無同班舊同事一齊去泰菜,今次就去佐敦搵食😃!是咁的,今次我哋再次毫無準備下是旦搵咗間泰菜,10次亂搵11次都係伏…… 呢個故事教訓我哋,食泰菜前真係要上網睇吓其他人嘅食評,當然啦,你哋今後都要緊貼我哋啲泰菜食評!咁樣就可以避免中伏😋🫶🏻。🍴THAI-IN 火焰雞 $228 🌟🌟店家會事前打嚟問要唔要hold起隻火焰雞🫣!呢隻雞非常instagrammable, 打卡一流啊📸!但味道上就唔太驚喜,甚至有啲失望。淋上酒燒過嘅火焰雞肉質確實嫩滑,而味道卻似曾相識– 燒味店出售嘅蜜汁燒雞😅,所以我完全唔知個泰式味道係邊。朋友話👧🏼:其實講真,係咪所以菜加上嗰個泰式甜辣雞醬就係泰菜🙃。老實講,我駁唔到佢嘅論點,畢竟呢個醬真心有少少比餐廳濫用咗…… 大佬啊,唔係道道菜加上呢個無敵雞醬就係泰國菜啊…… 真心想講粗口🙃🍴泰式鮮蝦金柚沙律 $98 🌟🌟合格,呢味酸酸甜甜嘅鮮蝦柚子沙律非常開胃😋。蝦量充足,能夠分到四個人有突,蝦身唔算太嚡但又未至於爽口。相比之下,柚子比較出色😗,搭配店家特調酸辣汁,食落酸酸微微。雖然落咗唔少辣椒,但又未至於好辣,所以好適合唔食得辣嘅人😎。由於小我哋食過更驚艷嘅柚子沙律,所以覺得泰瀛嘅柚子沙律高不成低不就,就比個中位數佢啦😊🍴泰式炒通菜 $78 N/A對唔住,真係未食過咁難食嘅泰式炒通菜☹️。一行人都覺得難食……首先,通菜菜身非常老嚡難咬,而且調味偏淡😵,秉承「唔可以浪費食物」嘅精神,大家只好硬住頭皮繼續食。然後,我哋決定叫佢換咗碟菜比我哋,因為我同其中二位朋友食到有渠臭味🤢,估計啲菜洗得唔乾淨。就算換咗碟新比我哋,嗰菜都係偏淡又唔辣,有少少比錢買難受嘅感覺😵‍💫。泰北冬蔭公湯 $128 🌟🌟呢個價錢嚟講可以接受!只要冬蔭公落咗好多草菇一律比佢過關,草菇世一啊🤭!個湯夠我哋5個人分到兩碗,所以湯量足,讚哦🫶🏻!但啦,我哋厭佢陣南薑味唔算好出,可能椰奶落得太多?另外,呢個冬蔭公湯個辣味唔算濃烈,可能辣醬落得少咗🧐?🍴麵包咖喱軟殼蟹$198 🌟🌟哈哈,唔知呢味菜係咪參考英國名物「仰望星空派」去設計呢😂?外觀真係幾似。泰式咖喱一直都係我最鍾愛同偏心嘅食物之一,只要個咖喱濃稠味濃,就可以靠個汁嚟撈幾碗白飯嚟食😋。農夫包雖然好味,但黃咖喱都係配蒜蓉包更搭。農夫包唔會好似蒜蓉包咁裡外都咁香脆,一旦軟腍就會相對地難食😵‍💫…… 所以食泰式咖喱都係搭蒜蓉包好,哈哈!另外,呢道菜有個好大嘅扣分— 軟殼蟹外層的炸粉相當硬☹️,呢種外硬內軟嘅矛盾口感,我表示先不要!🍴炭燒豬頸肉$108 🌟🌟🌟算係成晚最好食嘅菜式🥹。燒至微燶嘅肉邊相當吸引,醃製過嘅豬頸肉咬落相當軟腍,濃郁嘅滋味頓時喺嘴內擴開,正正的😋。再配上,嗰嗰熟悉且無敵嘅泰北辣汁,好味程度立刻倍增🤌🏻!🍴大大小食拼盤208 🌟🌟同串燒一樣,泰式小食拼盤喺味道上係好難有差池😃。泰瀛佢嘅小食拼盤當然都唔另外,由蝦餅到生菜包,味道都係大家熟悉而且安全嘅泰式味道😊。蝦餅、雞翼,同春卷喺油炸方面控制得唔錯,食落唔會太油膩膩。所有嘢都恰到好處,過關😃!一行人飲飽食醉,我話要唔要再嗌個芒果糯米飯比多次機會佢,然後,一行人話真的先不要🙂!雖然泰瀛嘅嘢未至於完部都放唔入口,但亦未算出色同有驚喜。所以一行人只好走去附近糖水舖繼續餵飽第二個胃🫃🏼🤰🏻。…Read More
