今日平日中午13:10到場,已全院滿座,前面已有4人排緊隊,還好早到條龍不算太長,只等了10分鐘便可入座。我地一行3人各叫了沙嗲牛肉配2餸+凍飲$53,小食:1份雞翼3隻$14,2份秘製豬扒$28。沙嗲牛麵一入口濃郁花生沙茶味伴隨濃稠沙嗲汁,洋蔥𢇁及紅辣椒粒,集香甜微辣惹味於一身,牛肉份量足且大塊嫩滑,一口接一口,非常滿足。其中一大驚喜是厚切紅腸,炒嫩蛋,雞翼和豬扒。厚切紅腸,角切香煎,不是一般薄切,口感非常特出。炒嫩蛋雖然不及澳牛,但見色澤和質地軟滑有蛋味,絕不欺場。雞翼有調味炸得鬆脆汁嫩,豬扒味雖不及雞翼但也鬆軟有肉汁。如果想在家中享用世一沙嗲牛肉麵,可選擇外賣1磅$55沙嗲牛肉。雖然看似一小盒,但𥚃面塞滿沙嗲牛肉,個人覺得外賣份量多過堂食2人份量。總括來說,我試過元朗,今次也試過荔枝角,但我願意花時間返兜再食多次好好運世一沙嗲牛肉麵。…Read More

因金剛和小儀有介紹過,又見食評寫得不錯,故早一日訂枱5人,8:00PM.雖然翌日打去想加多2位,但職員回覆不能加,因枱位置有限.因此,建議大家訂枱前,請先確認人數,以免麻煩我地一行5人共叫了3個Appetizers, 5個Main Courses跟餐, 4個Desserts(因跟餐,有優惠價),1枝紅酒.1.哈密瓜蟹肉他他 $78 Cantaloupe Crab Meat Tartar Creamy的蟹肉加上底層的碎蕃茄,配上鮮甜的哈密瓜,味道十分清新醒胃.:) (不過食到微小碎殼)2.白酒刁草澳洲藍青口 $92 Blue Mussel with White Wine Dill Sauce 香濃的蒜蓉和白酒的香氣掩蓋不住藍青口的鮮味和海水味.:) (可惜藍青口略為細小)3.香草牛油焗田螺 $58 Escargot 田螺略大且肉質柔軟配上焗到外脆內軟的薯蓉,可一試.:)4.餐湯 跟餐另加@$40(包Salad,Soup, Bread,& Drinks), 可選龍蝦湯或雜菜湯,正常/非海鮮敏感的都會揀龍蝦湯. 龍蝦湯冇龍蝦頭的苦澀味,卻帶有龍蝦的香濃鮮甜味,加上熱烘烘,看似自家製的麵包,十分好.(可惜忘記了還有 義大利醋+橄欖油可蘸;已問過麵包不是自家製的,購自外來.)5.澳洲M7和牛西冷扒 $358 Australian Wagyu M7 Sirloin Steak 選了全場最貴的M7澳洲和牛,做到Medium Rare,外脆內生,帶有牛肉香味且肉質柔嫩,值回票價. 6.德國咸豬手 $138 (可在訂枱時預訂,以免售罄) Pok Knuckle 焗得外層脆口,好像菠蘿釘一樣,內裡軟淋,咸度適中.:) (可惜我不是太好咸豬手的)7.北海道帶子白汁義大利粉 $200 (忘記了) Spaghetti with Hokkaido Scallop White Sauce 大路野,鮮甜的帶子配上每條蘸上香濃白汁的闊麵上,無懈可擊.:)8.黑松露鵝肝義大利飯 $128 Risotto with Black Truffle & Foie Gras 此菜必食之選.當鵝肝遇上黑松露義大利飯,絕配.鵝肝煎得入口即溶,加上creamy且帶有咬口的義大利飯,回味無 窮. nhoho 執到錢都唔会去,未見过服務咁衰嘅*,食物唔再講,好彩未食。 人哋一般係伙記服務差,但呢間餐居然係个老板娘態度極差,早知看* 啲食評就唔会去。 如果唔想食到一肚氣,就最好唔幫襯. ! WTF....

第一次來“滾得棧”,之前聽朋友話D牛超好味,所以早已訂枱,不用等便有位了。2人叫了6碟火煱料+1“渣”竹庶水,已好飽了。:)這裡有枱上自助蘸料,有炸,乾蒜,紅椒絲,䓤,豉油供選擇.1.湯料我地叫左鴛鴦鍋:沙爹+胡椒豬肚湯,約$58 (4人以下可揀2款$58以下的湯底) 用湯十足,沙爹湯有豆卜;胡椒豬肚湯有白果,馬蹄,支足,咸菜,豬肚,都幾多料的:)2.招牌牛頸脊(大)約$230 幾 (例牌$160幾) 牛肉肉脂均勻,有質感但唔韌,帶有香濃嘅牛肉香味,必食之一。我試過滾了十分鐘食落都唔韌!!!3.四寶丸有牛肉丸,墨丸,蝦丸,鯪魚,因我地不食鯪魚,問店員話可改魚丸, 約$60幾 牛,墨,蝦丸全是手打的,真材實料,尤其墨丸,蝦丸,食落彈牙 (必食之二),你仲可以見到蝦肉和墨魚肉係丸入面4.韮菜餃併雲吞 約$50幾 雲吞共6隻,韮菜餃共5隻,幾新鮮,味道OK,餃類是可雙併的(4人以下)4.鱔片 約60幾 分量都幾多約7﹣8片,鱔片肉質略“淋”,但都OK:) 5.响玲 必食之三 滾3秒就要撈上黎食,唔太油膩,好味,約7件.6.西洋菜 約40幾 有許多菜供選擇如皇帝菜,分量都幾多的.7.竹庶水 1渣 $49 糖水較多,唔凍的,但1渣都有成1﹣1.2升,我地2人都飲成約2.5杯. 整體來說,價錢中上,但分量都幾多,材料新鮮,如果要食D有質素的邊爐,我誠意推介…Read More
