I need to search a fine dining restaurant for meeting my good friend from US.Finally I choose CARAT Fine Indian and Mediterranean Cuisine at Tsim Sha Tsui.It surprised me with the nice environment and high quality service at first glance.We ordered the signature Tandoori chicken and Lamb chop. Both are delicious. Captain recommended a mixed vegetable and Chapati.
