覆診後近近地在附近覓食,見不用等位就在這裡吃,媽咪點了牛油芝麻豬排炒飯配檸檬白酒汁$35配餐飲!豬排啖啖肉不會炸得乾很軟,但白酒汁偏酸而且飯不夠熱這點扣分!另加$6有生菜可惜不新鮮不爽口.自己點了越式炒金邊粉$34,熱辣辣不過沒有什麼配料只屬一,另外點了小食越式蒸粉包比想像中差很多,不夠熱味道不好而且只是木耳 肥肉,沙 爹王好吃得多!或者下次再嘗試湯粉撈檬之類吧!…Read More

很久沒吃阿波羅的乳酪,沒吃一段日子原來已經加價,價錢分3組,精選水果單款$20 雙款$25,何謂精選水果原來是西瓜,蜜瓜,哈密瓜,菠蘿,椰子;想吃士多啤梨OR芒果單款$25 雙款$30,想吃藍莓OR荔枝單款$30 雙款$35,從前愛吃西瓜+蜜瓜口味淡淡很清新吃起來有沙冰的口感,不過今天想轉轉口味,但選那兩種水果配合一起會好味呢?因為這裡的乳酪製法有別於現在坊間流行的乳酪店,坊間的乳酪如軟雪糕一般唧在碗內再把水果配料放上,而這裡的是把已急凍的水果+乳酪一起放進機內攪碎再唧入碗內或CONE內成螺旋紋,形狀雖然似軟雪糕但口感更好更冰凍更實在,就是愛吃這種製法的鮮果乳酪,不過怕自己選了兩者不合味的水果做出來會不好味,所以詢問了店員的意見,店員問我想吃濃味還是清淡點,要甜還是要酸的?我要濃的但不要太酸,於是店員推介士多啤梨配芒果$30,果然沒介紹錯濃濃芒果配上少許酸的士多啤梨很配!! 其實坊間的乳酪店未流行前,已經有阿波羅鮮果乳酪有十多年歷史,可說是始祖吧!會繼續支持!…Read More

放工已是晚上9:30 , 想起商場內的食店大多差不多關店 , 於是與同事一行三人向譚仔三哥進發 ,本身是米線的Fans , 所以之前在官塘也經常吃雖然不是三哥主理 ,也覺得好好吃 , 現在吃過三哥這間更好味 , 特別是尖椒皮蛋$13比較平也更好味 , 紅油+尖椒+蒜容+我的最愛皮蛋是絕配 , 拌米線吃一流而且皮蛋是唐心的 , 同事不愛吃皮蛋的也說不錯 , 還點了土匪雞翼$25/5件 , 每次一定要點 , 外皮灑上黑芝麻香草 ,外脆內軟滑 , 同事要墨丸米線$23 每加一餸+$4 , 另有糊麻湯底怕太辣所以不嘗試了 , 除米線還有薯粉不過要另加錢 , 上次吃過不易咬斷還是吃回米線 , 這次清一點吃木耳米線 , 份量多同事吃不完 , 可能自己大吃只是剛剛不過很滿足了! 10時前是最後下單我們來到時已9:45 , 所以剛坐下已問我們吃什麼 , 上菜也快令我們吃得也要快 , 十時關店也不想阻太耐只好吃快一點 , 我們走時已接近10:25還有幾位客人在默默耕耘 , 姐姐們只好等......放工吧!!…Read More
