好耐無黎呢喥食野, 雖然呢喥服務唔係好好, 但係價錢大眾化, 而且食物水準OK, 年中久唔久都會黎呢喥食下飯今次一行六人黎食晚飯, 帶左條油斑同大隻瀨尿蝦黎加工, 總共5 個餸梅菜扣肉呢喥既梅菜扣肉一向都有水準, 今次亦唔例外扣肉忟得好入味, 夠曬稔, 吸收曬梅菜既咸味同甜味, 0岩0岩好唔會太咸用既五花腩肥瘦適中, 我食瘦肉, 親戚們就食D 肥肉個汁咸咸甜甜, 送飯好開胃油鹽水浸菜心落左薑絲同冬菜, 清清地唔錯菜心爽口翠綠, 可惜少左D, 數埋都唔知有無十條豉汁炒苦瓜苦瓜炒得太稔, 咬落無趙口而且結得曬無咩汁清蒸大油斑 (自來加工)條魚係自己帶黎, 呢喥既師傅真係識蒸魚!蒸到真係0岩0岩好熟, 咁大條魚, 蒸少分鐘都會生, 蒸多分鐘又會老會鞋呢條魚蒸得好滑, 出面好多酒店酒樓都無佢咁叻蒸得咁滑, 抵讚椒鹽瀨尿蝦 (自來加工)瀨尿蝦又係自己帶黎, 今次呢D 特登揀大隻長腳無膏的, 淨係食D 肉師傅整得唔錯, 好香蒜味, 蝦食落香口得黎唔會成口油咸味同蒜味調較得0岩0岩好, 食完亦唔會口渴搵水飲呢喥既廚師係唔錯既, 雖然唔係酒店級大師傅, 但以咁既街坊價黎講, 佢算係整得好食過好多酒樓餐廳嫁喇…Read More

三個人食晚飯, 點左一個二人餐, 另外再加多六串串燒雞肉骨茶雖說是"茶", 但肉骨茶是用中藥, 香料, 同埋雞肉熬出來的濃湯呢喥既雞肉骨茶係用盅上的, 一打開盅蓋, 濃郁既雞湯味撲鼻而來,足料炮製, 飲落好鮮甜, 輕輕吊住一陣中藥味令個湯更香醇, 但卻一D 都唔苦雞肉切件連皮連骨一齊煲, 雖然熬左咁耐但肉質卻仍然鬆軟, 肉骨相連有咬口印尼春卷春卷皮薄而脆, 饀料包到脹卜卜, 包住紅蘿蔔絲同粉絲, 點上酸酸辣辣的春卷醬汁食落有陣胡椒香, 香口開胃卻唔覺得好油膩加多加多Gado-Gado 是雜菜的意思, 用煮熟的椰菜, 豆卜, 豆角, 芽菜, 青瓜, 雞蛋, 加上印尼蝦片, 淋上花生醬汁, 拌勻就食得花生醬汁是整個菜的重點, 而呢喥的花生醬汁既花生味好濃好香朋友說很好食, 但我這個對花生沒有興趣的人來說應該都係牛趙牡丹巴東牛肉用的係牛腩肉, 忟得好稔好入味, 咬落好香好有嚼勁特別的醬料除左帶少許微辣之外仲有陣陣紅椒同類似豆豉咁的味道, 送飯一流可惜咁大隻碟成碟都係汁, 肉就得幾舊, 唔夠喉串燒牛肉雞肉牛肉硬左少少, 雞肉尚可醬汁同加多加多個汁一樣, 味道OK 無咩特別甜品西米露就係椰汁西米露咁既味呢喥既食物雖然整得好味, 但印尼菜本身並唔係我好鍾意的菜式食物都落好重油, 碟碟都泛曬油光而且只帶少許辣味, 有辣引卻不辣有點到喉唔到肺的感覺不過今餐朋友卻食得津津有味無可否認佢比其他印尼餐廳整得出色…Read More

今日同男朋友慕名而來食牛陣午餐兩個人叫左$80 一位的任食牛肉豚肉火鍋(清湯底), 限時90 分鐘全部野任食, 配菜有:粉絲, 烏冬, 牛丸, 腸仔, 南瓜, 蘿蔔, 金菇, 鮮冬菇, 秀珍菇, 豆卜, 冬瓜, 生菜, 小棠菜, 菠菜, 白飯, 炒飯, 雪糕有士多啤梨同呍呢拿兩隻味牛肉: 第一碟佢比既和牛係幾靚, 肉質鬆軟牛味濃郁, 而且真係大大碟絕不欺場不過食完第一碟之後再叫既第二碟就爭得遠喇,第二碟既牛肉雖然都係大大碟, 不過全無肥肉, 咬落好鞋好韌明既~ $80 任食唔要求得幾多啦, 其實佢第一碟比咁大碟靚牛算係咁喇豚肉: 豬腩肉同豬背脊, 半肥半肉, 肉質嫩, 不過有陣我唔鍾意既騷味配菜:配菜唔太多, 其實黎到都唔係為食D 配菜嫁啦... 總之足夠亦都新鮮咁囉食物既味道黎講係非常好, 服務亦唔錯, 時時黎加湯加水佢既任食PLAN 有三隻揀, $80 位清湯底, 另外$100 位同$130 位既係唔同既湯底基本上揀$80 清湯已經得嫁喇, 幾好味咁多肉, 加埋D 配菜, 唔使乜野湯底煮煮下都實好味啦唯一美中不足就係限時限刻因為限時, 所以好似唔係真係"任食" 咁想傾下計咁食都唔得…Read More
