行完元朗千色匯有少少肚餓,見到媽咪雞蛋仔就想買雞蛋仔頂肚,平時無乜留意原來而家媽咪雞蛋仔已經有20款唔同口味雞蛋仔,不過真係太多口味,花多眼亂完全唔知究竟揀咩口味好,最終都係揀左原味雞蛋仔!幫襯開媽咪雞蛋仔都應該知道,媽咪雞蛋仔既雞蛋仔係即叫即整,所以預左一定要等,只係睇下等得耐唔耐,有時遇著人多真係要等得比較長時間!但係等下都值得,因為即叫即整既雞蛋仔新鮮熱辣,每粒雞蛋仔都係表面非常之脆卜卜,內裡非常鬆化既口感,係幾有層次!…

宵夜本身已經好邪惡,元朗為食街既宵夜仲要係特別邪惡,馳名蠔餅真係不得不食,無乜定力既絕對會食唔停口!最重要可以揀走蔥,無左蔥就唔會有蔥味,蠔味非常之濃烈,啖啖都係食到蠔而唔係食到蔥,即叫即煎,新鮮熱辣,如果元朗為食街既蠔餅係第二,應該係無第一!宵夜只係得蠔餅唔夠既,配埋煎釀三寶就係一餐完美既宵夜喇!邪惡程度真係爆燈,買左 10 件,茄子、紅腸、豆腐、魚旦、炸雲吞每款 2 件,件件出色,大件夾抵食!比定心理準備大家,去得元朗為食街多數要排隊,深夜時份排隊既人一樣唔少,不過排隊都唔算排得耐,為左餐邪惡既宵夜絕對值得用少少時間排隊!…

其實每日要諗究竟一日三餐食咩好,有時真係幾煩惱,不過自從兩餸飯出現之後幫左唔少人煩少好多,所以好多人為左唔需要煩而唔介意大排長龍去買兩餸飯,排隊排到差唔多到果陣自自然然就會諗到食咩,因為諗得太慢驚阻著下家,未到已經睇定諗定!或者呢個就係兩餸飯既魔力...... 唔知幾時開始賣兩餸飯既餐廳好似總有一間在左近咁,不過選擇睇落好似好多,事實上來來回回都係果D餸開始無乜新意!途經九龍城見到泰風情呢間泰國餐廳,居然有泰式兩餸飯,$37 兩餸飯,每加一餸 $9,堂食須加 $5 奉送冷熱飲品,淨餸可雙拼 $48,咖哩類衹只單拼。花多眼亂唔知揀邊兩餸,三餸都係 $46 就揀三餸,香葉肉碎炒豆角🔥、泰式鹵水豬手同埋炸鷄髀,香葉肉碎炒豆角🔥辣辣地送飯一流!泰式鹵水豬手唔只有豬手,仲有一隻鹵水蛋,鹵水蛋好入味,豬手口感好滑好腍,唔錯!炸鷄髀大大隻炸到脆卜卜,$46 泰式三餸飯可以話係無得彈!…

在洪水橋下午茶首選一定是皇都餐廳,本身對洪水橋不太熟悉,不太清楚有什麼好吃。不過皇都餐廳位於大街,在洪水橋輕鐵站已經看得到它的存在。而且招牌也有一定的歷史,似乎皇都餐廳已經開了一段長時間,有了一定的信心保證。皇都餐廳室內外也有座位,是一間不太細的餐廳。坐在室外開揚的座位,碰巧天氣不太熱所以很舒適,感覺很休閒放鬆。坐在旁邊的人都在吃肉醬意粉,平時不太愛吃肉醬意粉也要試一下,的確與別不同。有驚喜的是肉醬意粉上的肉醬非常有咬口,不只是有醬而已,算是吃過最好吃的肉醬意粉。…

每日lunch time繁忙時間,灣仔蘭杜街成條街都大把人排隊吃飯,但最多人排隊一定非榮式燒雞扒莫屬。一直不知道點解這麼多人排隊,原來雞扒即叫即燒,怪不知得這麼多人不介意在門口大排長龍。最好笑的是餐牌上「雞同鴨講飯」以及「雞藕天成飯」,雞固名思義榮式燒雞扒,至於鴨就是鴨胸,藕就是蓮藕餅。 熱騰騰的榮式燒雞扒多汁脆口,需要耐心等候都覺得十分值得的。榮式燒雞扒,既非黑椒,又非照燒,既然由榮哥發明,索性取名榮式。最後扒上榮哥秘製的肉汁醬油,榮式燒雞扒帶點甜味,令人一試難忘。…

之前從未聽過萬芳冰室,不過有一日有人問路問萬芳冰室在哪裡,但身為元朗人竟不知道。事後上網一查,原來萬芳冰室始於1959年蔡意橋,並且已衝出香港,台北也有分店。冰室以懷舊主題打造,用了舊式親切實際設計元素,加上牆身上的手繪電影海報、舊式鐵閘等,可以令不少人回味70、80年代的冰室風情。還有吊在天花板的小飛俠(阿童木),感覺真的有置身於博物館去用餐一樣。萬芳冰室餐牌選擇也很多,率先叫了生炸無敵大雞髀(需時15分鐘)以及焗黑椒蜜汁特大豬扒飯。生炸無敵大雞髀比想像中還要大,除了大之外與平時吃到的雞髀分別不太大。而焗黑椒蜜汁特大豬扒飯的汁非常有驚喜,在其他地方從未吃過,黑椒惹味得來蜜汁又帶有一些甜味。吃完還未飽再叫了星洲炒米,萬芳冰室選用的米粉與平時吃到的星洲炒米不同,食過返尋味!…

鴻利住家菜位置在媽廟路,由於媽廟路一整條街也是餐廳,鴻利住家菜顯得不太起眼,感覺平平無奇。不過「住家菜」這三個字的確吸引,莫名其妙對它有一種情意結。可能是因為經常出街吃飯,誰不想吃住家菜?誰不想有住家菜吃?鴻利住家菜正合心意。鴻利住家菜裝修簡單,服務員態度親切,好像真的有一種住家的感覺。菜式方面選擇也不少,一般想得出的住家菜這裡也有,價錢也很平民,幫襯的人基本上全都是街坊。$148二人餐非常值得推介,有一碟霸王雞一碟菜再有一碟自選不超過$60的菜式,而且還奉送例湯以及白飯兩大碗,$148三餸一湯去哪裡找得到?…
