天水圍銀座「甘之季節」糖水舖,甜鹹交織嘅滋味驚喜!今日同朋友嚟到天水圍銀座搵食,行到攰攰地就入咗呢間「甘之季節」糖水舖,真係冇揀錯!一推開門,溫馨嘅木系裝修即刻帶畀我一種好舒服、好放鬆嘅感覺,暖黃色嘅燈光打落嚟,好似返到屋企咁自在。講到重頭戲——甜品,芋圓雪糕楊枝甘露真係令我一試難忘!圓碌碌嘅芋圓煙韌有嚼勁,咬落去軟糯香甜;雪糕奶香濃郁,入口即化;再配上酸酸甜甜、芒果味濃郁嘅楊枝甘露,成個口感層次豐富到好似開Party咁,食落清清爽爽,完全唔會覺得膩,夏天食真係透心涼!杏仁糊加西米都好出色!杏仁糊嘅香氣好醇厚,一聞就知係用足料嘅,綿密細滑嘅質感,每啖都充滿住濃濃嘅杏仁香。加埋粒粒分明、咬落QQ嘅西米,唔單止口感更加豐富,味道上亦都中和咗杏仁糊嘅濃厚,令人忍不住一口接一口,唔夠喉啊!最令我驚喜嘅係,呢間糖水舖居然有燒賣同牛肉球!諗住試一試,點知完全冇令我失望!燒賣皮薄餡靚,蝦肉鮮甜彈牙;牛肉球鬆軟多汁,仲帶住淡淡嘅胡椒香,鹹香可口。甜品配埋點心,甜鹹交替,真係好過癮,呢個搭配真係諗得太妙喇!服務方面,店員態度好親切,有問必答,而且上菜速度都好快。無論你係行到攰想食個糖水充充電,定係約埋朋友嚟傾計聚會,呢間「甘之季節」都好適合!以後一定會再嚟,試埋其他甜品同點心!強烈推薦畀各位鍾意食糖水同點心嘅朋友!…

元朗的Oyster season帶來豐富松露❤️海鮮盛宴,小店為位於元朗馬田一帶,餐廳有大大幅壁畫,每張枱都有枱燈,感覺舒適晚餐有幾個set,全部好豐富,生蠔刺身配不同前菜、餐湯、海鮮、主菜,仲有甜品,housewine 白酒好好飲,清甜石榴香✨生蠔刺身拼盤來自法國嘅生蠔,法國蠔場直接拎貨,所以比好多餐廳嘅生蠔都新鮮得多,店家好貼心由味道鹹淡順序排好,生蠔主要食佢鮮爽。龍蝦好正㗎,活龍蝦蒸熟☺️配上松露橄欖油!!!真係超級香而且夾味。松露橄欖油脂感細膩,配上鮮甜龍蝦係另外一番享受。佢哋係用另外有海膽、龍蝦 、帶子、黃金螺,最愛嘅真係海膽,超大片原片,輕輕鋪喺紫菜上面,直接食佢嘅鮮甜香味 。帶子肉厚而結實好甜又新鮮。活赤貝刺身帶有一種淡淡既海水鮮味,肉質爽脆。前菜有三文魚沙律🥗黑醋份量剛好。蘑菇湯加左黑松露油,所以好濃😋成個湯嘅味道層次提升。清酒蒜蓉煮蜆,啲蜆漲卜卜大大粒無沙好方便食,清酒濃郁滲出陣陣酒香,一碗都有十幾粒。蜆肉鮮嫩多汁,湯汁加入了粒粒洋蔥令味道更鮮美。松露白汁帶子意粉一上枱就俾佢個巨型帶子吸引住,夠香軟夠爽口,個意粉原來加上了白松露油點綴,成個意粉變得更香,餐廳用咗扁意粉,可以掛到更多汁,賣相吸引😋安格斯肉眼扒配洋蔥燒汁,牛扒炭燒得外焦內嫩,選擇了5成熟,肉汁豐富,肉同脂肪分明,發出陣陣濃郁嘅燒烤香氣。搭配沙律菜、蕃茄仔和自家製洋蔥汁,味道更加豐富。最後有cheese cake做甜品,好滿足。…

大坑Omakase整得好好食師傅好用心,用上新鮮日本食材,環境方面木系裝修感覺舒適新淨。晚上去到嘅時候已經坐滿一半人,book位會穩陣啲。晚餐有幾款不同級別omakase ,豐儉由人。入面有時令刺身、和食、壽司、湯等等,好豐富!用了上乘食物調味控制得好好👍🏻 前菜有三文魚沙律,佢哋嘅醬汁酸酸甜甜,幾清新幾好食😛🔸刺身石垣貝、象拔蚌石垣貝超大粒,佢哋係季節性貝類,夏天食就啱,咬落去爽口有鮮甜海水味。前面嘅象拔蚌更加吸引,有咬口,輕輕加上青檸同紫蘇葉,已經好能夠帶出鮮味沙甸魚卷 好耐冇食好掛住!師傅即場將勁多條沙魚用紫菜卷好,師傅呃呢個卷嘅時候力度均勻,切開嘅時候好似花花,沙甸魚本身油脂充足,勁香味道濃郁,用了簡單的薑蓉、蔥和醋調味。鰆魚呢種魚係季節性嘅魚,肉身肥美,師傅將佢哋嘅魚皮燒到香,再慢慢切開,咬落去嗰陣食到魚皮焦香yummy!!!鱧魚鱧魚做湯,魚皮緊實有咬口,魚香加上清新嘅配料做調味,青檸、蒓菜,蒓菜好得意好似jelly,包住口感順滑,魚緊實細緻,魚味香。鯛魚首先食啲淡口嘅肉,鯛魚肉質細緻有彈性,滋味清香,肉質爽口唔油膩,加上昆布漬調味,食出魚肉鮮香。深海池魚 池魚魚肉油脂豐富,師傅火炙將魚肉嘅油分帶出,超級香口,油脂味十足。間白入口爽口,呢種魚唔會好肥主要係魚肉香,無咁肥膩,落少少柚子胡椒更添美味。醋漬鯖魚 結實肉質入口即化,師傅處理完之後完全冇腥味,用咗少少醋令魚肉更香。牡丹蝦呢隻牡丹蝦真係超肥,咬落去彈牙有口感,食得出嘅新鮮!師傅加上小小青檸汁,牡丹蝦嘅鮮甜提升。🔸和食汁煮拖羅根本身以為根位置唔好食,咁就錯曬了,根部位置原來非常有咬口油脂爆登,醬汁香香甜甜,食到停唔到。蟹春卷本身已經切開左,見到入面爆多蟹肉絲,先食原味,再試下一啖蘸上魚肝醬,咬落去勁爆多蟹肉絲😝好鮮好脆好震撼好正!醬油漬吞拿魚赤身肉質紮實味道相對濃郁,醬油令佢變得好軟滑,醬油鹹香滲透到到肉中,味道濃郁。 大拖羅吞拿魚腹部的最肥美部分,脂肪含量最高雪花分佈,入口即溶油脂甘香,輕輕火炙後帶出油香。海膽師傅好大方,比左好多海膽視覺效果一流,多到就嚟跌晒出嚟,入口即溶又香甜。宮崎柚子素麵聽落素面好似好齋,湯底有極濃柚子胡椒香,勁煙靭好食最後甜品就係新鮮北海道蜜瓜🍈…

行喺澳門街頭,人來人往之間,突然見到一條長龍彎彎曲曲,好奇心即時被勾曬出來。行近先發現,原來係間人氣葡撻店!最正嘅係有葡萄牙主廚親自手工製作,每隻葡撻都係師傅逐個落料、摺皮、烘焙,難怪排隊排到咁誇張都仲有咁多人等。呢度用料真係好舍得——選用日本生食級夢王蛋,蛋香濃到未入口都聞到,蛋漿滑順細膩,好似布丁咁嫩;仲有法國頂級牛油,焗出來嘅撻皮特別酥脆,咬落「咔嚓」聲清脆過響,油香仲帶住陣奶香,單係呢兩樣,已經甩開普通葡撻幾條街。眾多口味入面,小山園抹茶蛋撻真係要拎出來讚一讚。抹茶粉揀得好講究,帶住少少海苔嘅清香,唔會苦到澀嘴,反而同夢王蛋漿嘅甜潤夾得剛剛好。挖一羹入口,首先係抹茶嘅微苦係舌尖慢慢散開,跟着蛋漿嘅醇厚就滲出來,最後仲有酥皮的牛油香收尾,層次感好豐富,就算唔多鍾意甜食嘅人,都會忍唔住多咬兩啖。另一個驚喜就係蘋果蛋撻。新鮮蘋果切薄片,鋪係蛋漿上面烤到邊緣微微焦,咬落去會吃到蘋果嘅酸甜汁水,仲帶住少少果皮嘅爽脆。夢王蛋漿因為蘋果嘅果酸變得更清爽,完全唔會覺得滯,法國牛油撻皮吸收咗少少蘋果汁,多咗陣果香,連平時怕膩嘅朋友都話「正」!除咗呢兩款,黑糖珍珠千層、藍莓千層呢啲創新口味都各有擁躉,傳統嘅波爾圖葡撻亦因為頂級食材,蛋香同牛油香更突出,值得一試。想試嘅話,記得去關前正街44-A號金勝大廈地下A1號舖,雖然要排隊,但咬落第一啖個陣,就知呢個等待絕對值得啦!…
