酷愛日本菜的我,從未因核事故而放棄日本菜,每星期都總會吃一些。今天便到了旺角新開張的丼丼屋。開張第二天的丼丼屋食堂,所有東西都非常簇新,地方很整潔,侍應們都很有禮貌。是次我們點了: 凍豆腐 – 平平無期的日式絹豆腐加上蔥花﹑薑末和木魚絲,淋上一個他們自製的醬汁。在炎炎夏日,來得清新自然!燒玉子卷 –暖暖嫩嫩的燒玉子卷,感覺到雞旦香味,十分濃郁。富士蘋果茶 – 新張期內憑優惠贈卷(在大門免費派發),贈送富士蘋果茶,反正是免費,味道亦ok,當然要試啦!溫泉旦稻庭烏冬 – 超鍾意溫泉旦的我,十分喜愛這冷烏冬。在炎炎夏日,吃熱騰騰的吉列食物的同時,配上稻庭烏冬的冰涼涼,有嚼勁,感覺很好!吉列廣島蠔 豬柳 – 新鮮剛炸好的吉列廣島蠔及豬柳, 味道不錯, 但size略遜一點! 另欣賞他們自家調製的wasabi 豉油,用來跟菜絲一起吃,味道剛好! 成日在office食飯盒的我,親今天老闆出trip,到譽港灣新開的Mikiki (暫時) 唯一一間食肆吃午飯,想不到有驚喜收穫。初次試食選了他們的純豆腐麵套餐中的雞肉純豆腐麵; 雞肉是用煎雞扒切條 味道中規中舉,不太咸或味精。 湯底三選一下選了豬骨湯底 (另外兩款是辣椒和麵豉),鮮味不味精,伴以大量的椰菜及雲南瓜片,用紫菜及蟹柳絲點綴,賣相配合得不錯。最好味的就是他們的純豆腐,嫩滑可口,超YUMMY! 麵套餐包泡菜,壽司及飲品合計50多元,同區算是頗貴的,但計算環境分在內,也算是正常價錢。完全可以再來多幾次!…Read More

難得同至愛二人破天荒的一起準時放工,決定一起到西貢吃晚餐。已經不是第一次到Italiano’s吃飯, 但是撐抬腳卻是第一次。由於做過意大利公司,學過意文,與真正的意大利人工作過,best friend 又是做意大利food & wine,所以跟他們學了不少東西。Bruschetta – 意式蕃茄包 : 味道ok 不過不失 個人愛蕃茄愛酸,所以覺得好食!Prosciutto di Parma e melone:  Parma Ham ok。曾吃過西班牙那些吃漿果黑毛豬做的parma ham,所以其他Parma Ham都變得普通。Semifreddo: 一種似雪糕加crème 的意式甜品,有好多nuts ok,都算好食!Tiramisu: 一般。普通之中的普通!主菜選了steak,肉質ok juicy ,薯條crispy。餐廳環境十分浪漫雅致,鮮花加柔和燭光,情調不錯,環境分~ 加! 雖然食物一般,但辛勞工作後,以少於30分鐘從市區坐小巴直達,對無車一族算是ok 啦!…Read More

在同事口得知外野手的菜色不錯,與友人試過午飯後,再跟另一友人試他們的晚市定食。今次選了吉烈豬扒飯定食和豬軟骨題烏冬定食。吉烈豬扒,外脆內軟,肉汁多十分juicy, 配以生菜﹑青瓜及菠蘿,不會太熱氣。豬軟骨湯烏冬的豬軟骨,頗入味有點像沙津骨的味道,但略嫌太咸,湯底味道尚算不錯。其實,晚市時段,店內客人全都是吃全食放題 (except我們), comments 都好像是平平的。反而我之前食lunch 同今次食晚市定食都覺得不錯。但沒有放題般抵食,有時價錢是有關的!…Read More

生平重來未到過坪洲的我, 四月某天決定搭船到坪洲到此一遊。可惜坪洲是個沒甚特別的小島,沒有長州的傳統美食,又無南丫島的特色小店,真失望! 走了一圈也沒有特別收獲,最後在碼頭旁呆等回程之際,入了一間叫青草地的街坊小食店。由於志在消磨時間,是次只選了豬排包及竹蔗甘筍檸檬 : 豬排包味道不味精,豬排鮮味,很好吃! 但成個行程最特式的是那意想不到的竹蔗甘筍檸檬。 自家製的竹蔗甘筍,滋潤不太甜,再加一片檸檬,頓然變了一杯清新特飲料,讚!…Read More

晚飯後途經杉樹街見到多間甜品店的banners,其中一間叫水記甜品屋的甜品似是頗特別 - 份子? 松露? 仲有個日文併音名 Mizu,便入去一試! 首先店舖與日本全無關係,但環境分上算是OK不錯! 我們叫了一客份子蛋芒果布丁奶凍及一份朱古力松露餅。份子蛋芒果布丁奶凍,賣相不錯,但是布丁奶凍,只不過是一隻雞蛋型的雙色布丁奶凍,絕對不是份子料理。以我多N年食甜品的經驗,這個以甜品來說一點也不出色, 只不過是名字有點gimmick 吧了!至於朱古力松露餅,由於我是不吃朱古力的,同行朋友的comment 係都rich; 但無松露香味,可能又是gimmick的一種 吧了!…Read More
