前年搬入大埔,食市林立,果然臥虎藏龍,競爭激烈。位於大埔安富道店嘅大方能站穩不受疫情/北上嘅影響,依然有佢嘅賣點。黃酒煮雞撈飯正,老婆就鍾意佢個苟𣏌豬閏,好難響出面食到,仲要係好味。筆就鍾意佢個雲吞,雲吞皮夠淋,肉地新鮮,加埋佢個絕世辣椒油,冇得輸!可惜!可惜!佢同一般雲吞麵鋪一樣都犯咗一個很嚴重嘅錯。辣椒油用鐵缶及鐵spoon裝。要知道辣椒油是帶弱酸性,對金屬有腐蝕性,重金屬溶於辣椒油,再被人體吸收,好難排出體外,只會積聚人體內。吾信嘅話,你去大方睇下裝辣椒油嘅spoon是否每缶都溶咗一半!(我只係講店內放置給食客即用嘅辣油,零售嗰款冇問題)…Read More

放工同老婆路過,見有間食店門外排哂長龍,行埋去八卦下,原來排緊台灣食店。見隔離嗰間店鋪相對人少,又有D肚餓,又吾想排隊,即管入店一試,店名叫黔知味,完全吾知係食咩菜。叫蹄米線(問過老闆娘,原來係豬腳)、宣尉府豆幹。豬腳非常淋。豆幹一定要點辣粉食。最後叫咗碗酒釀丸子加蛋,好好味,忍吾住再叫多一碗,正!吾明此店味道吾算差,為何食客相對少?所以要為佢寫這篇食評!希望為食嘅香港人都可以比機會小鋪,嚐嚐不同嘅味道!…Read More

東記平時想倉都要在門口排一段時間,某日放工一落車,見沒有人在門口等,於是二話不說就入東記叫咗個淨炸豬扒加雲吞。再睇睇手錶,原來已是晚上八時半,鋪頭差不多要落閘收工。豬扒先到,都算香口,但嫌稍醎,可能臨近收鋪,那煲油嘅關係。雲吞跟住到,雲吞函味道一般,但雲吞皮好重柬水味,而且硬如橡膠,應該在雪櫃內儲存咗一段頗長時間。估吾東記都做到咁嘅質素,實在失望。難怪市民寧願北上或外遊消費!筆者此文本意是想籍批評,希望相關鋪會作改善從而再進一步,請「開飯」不要像以往一樣剪走!…Read More

zagat 呢間餐廳啲員工態度係好有問題,食物味道真係非常一般,普通茶餐廳。我久不久會喺呢間餐廳買外賣,佢因為住附近,因為趕時間,要搵地方買外賣,就會諗起和平,絕對唔係為咗好味。
