牛奶公司是我的童年回憶,已經闊別很多年了,今時今日的味道仍然如初。公司通粉沒什麼特別,分量很足,通粉煮得有點太lum,整體來說味道還不錯,我很喜歡這裡的炒蛋,雞蛋味很香濃,不是很滑,但是口感很綿密,趁熱辣辣時吃最適合了。至於蛋白燉鮮奶,相信不必多言,鮮奶的味道很香,入口即化,甜度剛好,不會有一般燉奶那種很膠很人工的甜味,滑進口腔中就化成淡淡的鮮奶味和甜味,熱食比凍食更香滑。沒有令人失望,尤其是燉奶,是來佐敦必定要嚐嚐的甜食。…Read More

來了一次一定有第二次的餐廳

一直以來都是burger room的忠實fans,一來銅鑼灣就一定要逮住機會來吃晚飯,填補逛街逛了一天而空虛的肚子。我點的是pineapple bacon burger,麵包很鬆軟,bacon烹調的很香,調味不會太鹹,很少在burger裡吃到那麼juicy的牛肉,在口中咬開就滲出香濃的肉汁,相信牛肉一定很新鮮,熟度剛好,入口不會鬆散開,也不會過於結實,和菠蘿簡直是絕配,清新的菠蘿令bacon和beef的配搭不顯得油膩,吃上去果汁和肉汁混在一起,味道的衝擊和口感的層次都很豐富,其味無窮。朋友點的是mushroom beef burger,我認為mushroom的重點是不能乾,會為口感大打折扣,而這裡的mushroom也很juicy,牛肉上有一層融化的芝士,令牛肉生色不少,多了一股醇厚的芝士香。值得一提的是果汁,奇異果果汁和西瓜果汁都是鮮榨的,上面有一片薄荷葉,光是外表就已經很fresh了,不是那種濃縮果汁很假的甜味。已經是這裡的忠實fans了,絕對是高水準,雖然價錢不便宜,但絕對物超所值,接下來只會更常來😂…Read More

久仰華姐清湯腩大名,今晚終於得而一嚐。朋友點這裡的招牌菜清湯牛腩河,湯底的確很清甜很清澈,名符其實的清湯,牛腩爽滑可口,柔嫩之餘也有咬口,吸收了些許清湯的鮮甜,河粉質地上乘,切得很薄,朋友不禁食指大動。可能我本身對牛腩不太感冒,個人比較喜歡菜肉雲吞擔擔麵,之前在四川吃過最正宗的擔擔麵,味道麻辣,華姐這裡的卻不一樣,花生醬味更強烈一點,甜味中和了辣味,無辣不歡的人可能不太喜歡了;而我恰好不太能吃辣,這樣的擔擔麵更對我的口味,而菜肉雲吞則是我的摯愛,皮薄餡多,如果湯汁能多一點就更好了,這樣的配搭實在好極了。…Read More

懷舊的港式茶餐廳現在已經買少見少了,今天和朋友一起來到堅尼地城的文華冰廳,體驗一下老香港的味道。餐廳的裝潢很復古,天花板上掛了幾個墨綠色的吊扇,蠻有老式茶餐廳的味道。豬排雙蛋飯,豬排份量很足,可是過於鬆軟,以致缺乏口感,而且豬排的外皮不夠脆,但調味方面相當不錯。煎蛋也是一種學問,這個煎雙蛋火候控制得剛好,豉油的調味的恰到好處,可惜油的份量未能掌握,有點油膩。芙蓉蛋飯是我從小就很喜歡的菜式,這個芙蓉蛋飯可以說是很不錯了,雞蛋很滑,完整地覆蓋著白飯,包裹著火腿和洋蔥,上面澆上醬油,味道不會過鹹,熱騰騰的蒸汽為它生色不少,是填飽肚子的最佳選擇。簡言之,餐廳的裝潢和食物都很不錯,雖然不是特別驚豔,但如果想品嚐以前冰室的味道,是個值得推薦的好去處。…Read More

難得和久違的好友出遊,經過這間紅粉緋緋的雪糕店,就馬上被吸引了目光。雪糕做得很精緻,一片一片花瓣地堆疊上去,糖果色的雪糕令人捨不得破壞它的形狀,光是外表就已經取勝了味道也很不錯,芝麻味的雪糕不常見,吃起來像是冰凍的芝麻糊,朱古力也是不俗,味道很濃郁,而牛奶味就有點太甜cone則是一般般,沒有什麼味道可能因為天氣熱,雪糕融化得很快,所以三兩下就吃完了,沒能細細品嚐雖然味道方面不是特別出彩,價錢也稍貴,可是為了這朵充滿少女心的玫瑰花,也值了我們七個人一起點雪糕,難免出現混亂,店員很有耐性,笑容很親切…Read More

作為一個常客,自從搬了屋後就再也沒有來過red star,這次偶爾經過,決定一嘗懷念已久的味道,結果比起以前水準更高了許多。來到熟悉的環境,這裡一如既往地優雅有格調,依舊放著懷舊的英文歌,稱不上堂皇富麗,但也足夠cozy餐湯是周打蜆cream soup,忌廉味道濃郁醇厚,入口後滿腔奶油香,而且很creamy,碟子上放著一塊自家製的香草麵包,口感很鬆軟的同時,咀嚼時也有勁,我喜歡沾上油醋吃,味道微酸,更加開胃。main dish是美國豬肋骨,一如既往的king size肉質鮮嫩多汁,富有彈性,骨與骨之間的部分美味,中間有四條骨頭,但絲毫不影響切割,反而因為肉質細嫩而十分易切,可見用料上乘。醬汁是打碎的番茄,配搭恰宜,既保留了豬肉本身的鮮味,又中和了肋骨的油膩,而且十分開胃。最後,這裡的waitresses全部都很有禮貌,笑容親切,很有工作熱情,感受到這裡愉快的氛圍,食物的味道自然也油然生色。…Read More

有心思的花系餐廳

首先是前菜,挪威煙三文魚紅莓番茄啫喱沙律,三文魚不過不失,口感軟滑,帶些少煙燻的香味,番茄啫喱與一般啫喱無異,但鮮見此做法,頗特別。沙律醬配上新鮮蔬果點綴,不算特別出彩,但也很開胃。烤有機雞排番茄窩夫也帶來驚喜。所謂番茄窩夫,其實只是把番茄放在一旁,但窩夫外脆內軟,雞蛋和麵粉比例合宜,鬆軟度恰到好處,沿邊部分略焦。沾上南瓜醬,味道淡而薄,清甜而不油膩,和窩夫配搭一流,吞下後滿腔濃厚蛋香,質感極佳。雞排煎調時間剛好,外皮香脆,肉質鮮嫩而多汁,但略嫌太油。煙三文魚太陽蛋班戟甜度適中,適合單獨吃,不需要配搭蜜糖,且牛油香突出,麵糊調製有心思。和窩夫一樣,邊緣部分略焦,但口感沒窩夫出色,蛋香香醇。和風北海道帶子櫻花蝦味噌燉飯,帶子兩面煎得金黃,內裏鮮甜嫩滑,不錯。飯粒剛好八成熟,米心煙韌,形狀完整,粒粒之間以燉飯濃稠的醬汁連結,黏而不膩。香煎鱸魚柳伴溫室菠菜茄子藜麥燉飯比剛才提到的味噌燉飯更為濃郁,將材料和醬汁香味吸收,層次更豐富。鱸魚一般多少帶點腥,這道鱸魚腥味不重,挺新鮮。西班牙煙火腿酪番茄扁意粉,酸甜的番茄味配上意粉麵香,各有其精彩,加上扁意粉口感不俗,味道尚可。美中不足的是,煙火腿吃不出關鍵的煙燻味道,更像是普通的火腿切片。迷你茶果凍,雖外表不吸睛,但味道卻出人意表,茶香清揚而不甜,需要淺淺細品。和風茶香蛋糕,奶油上平均灑上抹茶粉,黃花襯得七顆奶油更精緻,賣相可以說是一流。內層的奶油不多,因此不會太甜膩,層次不算豐富,但其中一層紅豆挺不錯。…Read More

首先不得不提酸菜魚,在眾多菜式中格外出色。湯底酸中帶微辣,只覺舌尖微麻,怕辣的人也絕可以接受。魚肉新鮮嫩滑,容易入口,且湯底的味道沒有蓋過魚肉的鮮味。菇和萵筍的配搭恰到好處,吸收湯底的酸味,令人頓時胃口大開。鎮江餚肉乃上海菜必有的冷盤,這裡的鎮江餚肉肉凍晶瑩剔透,瘦肉色澤紅潤,賣相可謂一流,但味道不算特別出彩,豬肉香味不足,且口感普通,瘦肉和肉凍層次不夠鮮明,亦不夠煙韌,有待改善。初嚐砂鍋獅子頭,吃起來更像是紅燒獅子頭,豬肉和醬汁一鹹一甜,配搭合宜,肉味挺濃,對偏好清淡的人來說應該不太討喜,口感濕黏但不夠綿密,整體來說尚可。說到上海菜就想起小籠包,這裡的小籠包也不錯。個子小巧,可一口一個,湯汁雖稱不上濃,但尚算飽滿,豬肉餡肥瘦適中,吞下後口中仍留有豬肉餘津,美中不足的是麵皮略厚且粗糙,欠缺小籠包應有的精緻。杭州尖椒牛肉本應是辣的,但連我這個怕辣的人也覺得完全不辣。醬料的味道大大蓋過了牛肉和尖椒本身的味道,因此味道偏鹹,且太過油膩。牛肉纖維在烹調過程中被破壞,因此沒口感可言。上海炒飯已是經典菜色,但此老上海炒飯非彼炒飯。味道清淡而保留米香,實在難得,雞蛋的點綴令其生色不少,不至於乏味,米飯粒粒分明,口感煙韌。雖部分菜式有進步空間,但整體而言,值得一試。…Read More

餐廳播着懷舊的音樂,配上棕紅色的裝潢,環境特別舒服。餐湯分別是周打魚忌廉湯和羅宋湯忌廉湯很稠,十分足料!羅宋湯酸酸甜甜,好濃郁❤️側邊嘅focaccia好好味,有咬口,同油醋配合得好好主菜同樣沒令人失望先是挪威三文魚配蜜糖芥末汁蜜糖芥末汁甜甜的,芥末味不重一旁的骰仔薯配上這個汁也令人回味三分三文魚煎得恰到好處,皮脆肉滑九成熟的牛肉眼扒同樣不俗,因為怕吃生的的關係叫了九成熟,卻一點也不乾不硬,反而很嫩很有肉汁,口感煙韌 有咬口。飲料方面是橙蜜,十分特別的飲品,卻意外地好喝。芝士餅裏別出心裁地加了柚子,多了一份鮮,餅底不硬不軟剛剛好,味道尚好。值得一提的是waiters的服務態度很好,每個都很有禮貌,笑容和藹可親。…Read More
