自從冇咗晚市堂食之後,夜晚食嘢嘅選擇真係少咗好多。以前最簡單去一間日本餐廳食嘢當享受都冇埋⋯⋯咁我哋呢pair飲食男女一於搵吓有咩外賣日本嘢好揀 !行經大埔超級城,呢一間日本餐廳superdon,望落好有日本快餐感覺,外觀簡潔日風路線! 似乎係外賣之選!我哋揀咗「藍鯨吞拿魚腩蓉·溫泉蛋·牛油果丼」,同「火炙海鮮丼」(見唔到有個Super嗰隻海鮮丼,早知叫嗰個)!拎到返屋企,開出嚟每一個餐清楚見到有前菜(中華沙律)、麵豉湯和主食,令係屋企食都覺得好豐富。(如果堂食嘅話前菜會係茶碗蒸,好似仲好食啲添! )我覺得藍鯨吞拿魚蓉丼好食啲,因為配埋溫泉蛋同牛油果,口感食物好豐富,亦好濃味。對於我來講白飯有啲多,但對我男朋友來講就啱啱好。火炙海鮮丼始終冇喺堂食嗰種一燒出嚟就可以即刻食嘅感覺咁好,返到又已經凍咗少少,硬係爭咁啲~ 不過時勢艱難,又想食好食嘅刺身丼,又冇得堂食,呢間都算係咁啦。下次我會想試吓佢個superdon,同火灸牛嗰啲丼飯!但係,最好係恢復返堂食啦…Read More

疫情稍為放緩,我同男朋友好似放監咁,搵到呢間平民美食, 一黎俾佢店裏面坐滿晒人吸引,二來覺得裝修好靚,一於入去試吓。入到去,因為店舖樓底好高,加上有一幅直身植物裝飾牆,我以為自己去咗Hotel ICON。真係一個好靚嘅打卡位!我同男朋友,叫咗一個季節海鮮鍋配龍蝦湯、火炙海膽帶子黑松露意大利飯、邪惡炸薯條,和炸香草北海道南瓜餅。其中一個主菜仲轉左餐,多咗一碟小刺身同麵豉湯。首先係,你冇諗過一個海鮮鍋都只係$88 ,仲要有齊海蝦、冰蝦肉、青口、蜆肉、帶子和三文魚柳。火鍋配料本身已經有蔬菜同鳴門卷,吸晒龍蝦湯嘅香味,好香!我男友就想佢再咸啲,就自己再加咗豉油,點知又好發揮到個海鮮鮮味,佢真係廚神!不過食開海鮮鮮味同清淡嘅朋友就直接食鋪頭嘅湯底調味就好了。然後喺個意大利飯真係好驚喜,好濃郁嘅黑松露味道,應該再加左芝士。海膽燒左之後多咗一份炙燒味道,反而令海膽冇咁膩口。我覺得呢個配搭好好,但食咗半個就已經覺得好飽。另外值得推介嘅係個南瓜餅,好滑同埋南瓜同香草嘅味好夾,炸得來又覺得係蔬菜所以冇咁邪惡。幾值得試!下次嚟一定要食佢個吉列牛!…Read More

知道九龍灣有一間以teddy bear為主題的餐廳,我硬要男朋友陪我試試!入到去,好開心可以坐係一隻大嘅熊啤啤旁邊,影相打卡一流!我哋叫左一個墨魚汁意粉,一個炸魚薯條,一個煮蜆,一個蛋黃汁蘆筍。墨魚汁意粉看上來很濃味,但原來吃下去有一點淡,所以我們也自行加了點鹽來吃。反而個煮蜆果個汁就好濃,好啱「送」飯或意粉,所以最尾我們自創了新菜式:墨魚汁意粉撈煮蜆汁,味道一流。炸魚薯條見得多但係好食嘅就好少,啤酒「章」炸粉係最好食嘅,但呢間餐廳我就食唔出佢係唔係啤酒「章」,但係就一定唔係普通最cheap嘅炸粉。佢食起嚟個感覺好特別,好似酒樓蘿蔔絲酥餅嗰個酥。其實係好香口,好脆身,好惹味。最後令人大失所望嘅係蛋黃汁蘆筍,因為蘆筍係好細條好幼嘅品種,咬起嚟冇一般粗身蘆筍嘅口感。而且個蛋黃汁亦都唔係我想像中嘅蛋黃汁,有一點失望😞⋯⋯整體都係值得推介大家嚟打下卡嘅!…Read More

有人請食生日飯,我就唔客氣揀咗銅鑼灣呢間專食吉列牛嘅鋪頭。叫得Steak Bar,如果我入到去都唔叫份牛扒,就真係好唔俾面啦⋯⋯ 所以我哋兩個女仔(真係好大食🤤🤦🏻‍♀️)一人叫咗一份定食:分別係吉列炸和牛扒,同埋澳洲黑毛安格斯西冷。食牛最緊要係可以控制到牛肉本身熟嘅程度,而佢個餐牌啱晒兩款人:一款係懶到出汁,最好唔使自己燒;另一款係專業食家,最好係比佢自己燒。我同我個朋友就咁岩中哂兩款人,各執一個極端。所以揀大西冷係唔使燒,吉列炸和牛就自己燒。先講吉列炸和牛扒,個賣相真係一流。(完全係相機先食!😍)因為見到炸粉仲係脆身、乾身,而和牛嘅肉身仲係呈紅色生嘅狀態,比你燒幾成熟都得。我同我朋友都食得幾生下,所以我哋輕輕燙左一燙個面就放入口,熟嘅程度啱啱好!食到面嗰層有少少脆香,裡面仲係好嫩口多汁。真係幾好食!因為「香口野」(炸野)牛肉配白飯珍珠米,加埋白飯上面嘅味素,係幾好送飯嘅。另外安格斯西冷好明顯係牛味重一點。因為我同店員講我要五成熟,所以佢真係燒熟面嗰層,保留到肉心仲係粉紅色半年嘅狀態。賣相又係好打卡,但我發覺原來我都鍾意食幾生嘅,所以如果下次再叫我就會叫佢係三成熟就夠了!…Read More

而家有好多食burger嘅舖頭,平嘅廿幾,貴嘅百幾二百都有。今次就試咗間感覺唔係好貴,但環境同氣氛都唔錯嘅鋪頭。初初去到,見到室外嘅座位氣氛好似好好咁,都有心動想坐,但因為怕熱最後都係揀咗室內嘅位置。每張枱上面都有一盞小燈,感覺唔錯。同男朋友兩個人唔算好餓,所以叫咗一人一個burger ,分別係熱帶芝士漢堡同鹹蛋黃雞堡,再加個忌廉蘑菇雞翼。鹹蛋黃雞堡,雞好大塊好足料,但生菜就比較少,所以味道有點偏鹹(都可能係因為鹹蛋黃既緣故:p)熱帶芝士漢堡原本係男朋友嘅,雖然外表平凡但食落好有驚喜,煎得好香嘅牛肉,加上醬汁同燒菠蘿,感覺好清新!所以食到一半就順利成章地同男朋友交換咗。忌廉蘑菇雞翼,原本以為忌廉蘑菇係汁,但原來係將兩者釀入去骨既雞翼到,勁有心機!見到有蘑菇,但食唔到有蘑菇味,反而忌廉味好出,令雞肉質感更滑。…Read More

平時食好少少嘅西餐,都總會覺得格格不入,可能都係去唔慣高級地方。所以今次同男朋友去呢一間上樓西餐廳,試吓新意思新感覺!初初去到,真係有啲擔心,因為門口同埋𨋢都係比較簡陋。不過到咗之後,都有煥然一新嘅感覺。餐廳係簡簡單單好溫暖好舒服嘅西餐私房菜嘅裝飾。地方唔算大,但都坐得舒服。餐廳有二人餐,亦都有唔同形式嘅散叫。因為我哋唔算大食所以簡簡單單兩個Main 一個前菜應該好夠了!我哋嗌左火炙半熟吞拿魚伴柚子味噌醬、蟹肉意大利麵伴松葉蟹羔忌廉汁、原隻蒲燒魷魚鰻魚汁意大利飯。未上菜之前,餐廳送咗一碟麵包,牛角包好鬆軟好好食!等我逐樣菜式介紹啦:火炙半熟吞拿魚伴柚子味噌醬特別嘅配搭,吞拿魚肉配搭酸酸甜甜嘅柚子醬幾清新,亦都幾開胃!份量啱啱好蟹肉意大利麵伴松葉蟹羔忌廉汁睇相已經睇到意粉上面有好足料嘅蟹膏!入邊嘅蟹柳並唔係平時打邊爐食嗰啲用魚肉整嘅假蟹柳,而係真嘅蟹肉!鍾意食汁嘅要注意!呢個意粉啱晒你~味道濃郁,而且意大利粉煮得啱啱好,唔會太林原隻蒲燒魷魚鰻魚汁意大利飯最期待亦都最特別嘅菜式,魷魚煮得啱啱好,我男朋友就嫌佢稍微硬身左少少。至於味道方面,對我來講就太過重味;但我男朋友就食到舔舔脷!魷魚上面嘅鰻魚汁有少少鹹得滯,不過真係見仁見智!整體:以呢個價錢,我覺得都係值得嘅!未試過可以試吓!…Read More

銅鑼灣區喎,人均消費如果係上樓食嘅話,分分鐘係百零$200先落到樓。 今日,就比我同我朋友搵到銅鑼灣區一間隱世美食。呢條巷望入去,就剩係得一間鋪頭要排長龍,唔使問,梗係試嗰間啦。排排下先知原來呢間鋪頭一啲都唔貴㗎喎, 50呢蚊就可以食到一個飯或者麵。原來呢間鋪頭主要嘅菜式都係食豬嘅,入得去嘅人都要食人哋全家,慘慘。我哋兩個人,叫咗話梅花雕豬手撈幼麵,同滷水雞翼。佢份量非常足,兩個女仔食一個面都已經好飽。講返豬手,我最憎好林嗰啲豬手,點知呢間鋪頭嘅豬手好爽口,仲有煙煙韌韌嘅筋位,完全就係我鍾意嘅豬手啦!另外佢個面上面加咗好多炸蒜俾你撈,個幼面又好食,撈埋一齊真係好邪惡!
