之前同屋企人幫襯過早餐同午餐,覺得食物同環境都唔錯,所以就介紹朋友黎試試。朋友同我都鍾意甜食,所以叫咗個開心果馬蘇里拉芝士薄餅配蜜糖($88),綠茶窩夫($58)同埋焦糖單骨雞翼($54),窩夫後上。正當我地期待野食來臨之際,竟然發現枱面兩隻碟都有「硬化」既食物殘渣... 雖然知道lunch hour時段好忙,落單都落唔切,但實在抹唔甩,所以都要換過...首先黎既係薄餅,直徑大約8”,分成4件,上面鋪有開心果碎,份量都算合理,配埋蜜糖食味道簡單清新,芝士都有小小拉絲效果,只不過芝士只係集中喺薄餅既中心點,所以基本上食一兩啖就無。薄餅包一杯飲品,叫咗酸酸甜甜既檸蜜。跟住係雞翼,食落有黑椒同蜜糖既香味,辣辣地又甜甜地,好食。就喺我地差不多食曬碟雞翼既時候,個綠茶窩夫就忽然空降咗落我地張枱。明白既,係時候要速戰速決。所以我地就快快手試埋個窩夫,其實外形似迷你冬甩多啲,同一般認知既窩夫好唔同,不過加埋雪糕、紅豆蓉或cream等食又幾好味。差不多食完既時候,帳單亦都自動送上,知道出面仲有一條長長既人龍,所以都立即埋單走人。因為成餐飯最緊要快,所以為咗爭取時間,相都無特別影。結論係,食物同服務都係以前比較好,同朋友不約而同覺得,要排成半個鐘既話,應該無下次,畢竟相類似既餐廳有唔少選擇。…Read More

夏日炎炎,加上戴住個口罩焗住,都無咩胃口。午飯時間,見到呢間越南餐廳幾多人,午市套餐包小食同飲品,都好多選擇,決定試試。心大心細,最後揀咗香茅牛肉湯河($79),小食就揀咗牛油果素米紙卷,飲品就揀咗凍士多啤梨綠茶(跟餐唔洗加錢)。等咗一陣,米紙卷就黎喇,賣相好靚,食落感覺好清新,紅蘿蔔、粉絲、菜酸酸甜甜,幾醒胃,不過牛油果就細舊咗少少...個醬汁似稀稀地既甜醬,加花生碎。跟住到湯河,份量比想像中大,牛肉都好多,而且肥瘦適中,一咬落去有陣淡淡既香茅味,不過質感略嫌「鞋口」,牛味亦欠奉。唔知生牛肉會唔會無咁鞋呢... 河粉就好滑,湯底偏淡,要加少少魚露提鮮。至於飲品,凍士多啤梨綠茶就好似一般台式飲料,味道偏甜,有幾粒迷你士多啤梨粒粒漂浮,望住都覺得熱氣全消。埋單$79再加一,喺旺角黎講算合理。…Read More

疫情關係,本來計畫好既台灣之旅都要無限期押後...之前喺台北誤打誤撞食過一間好好食既古早味蛋糕,一直念念不忘,望住佢新鮮出爐,傳出陣陣濃香蛋味,食落非常鬆軟,而且又唔會好甜。今日行開旺角,人流唔算好多,見到呢間小店外面有人排隊,原來賣台灣古早味蛋糕,除咗原味,仲有芝士、朱古力、肉鬆、抹茶等等,價錢就$55起至$70-80。本來想試原味,可惜要等差唔多半個鐘先出爐,趕時間唯有放棄。正當猶豫緊試唔試其他味,忽然見到佢原來有隻新口味叫「咖啡合桃」,雖然索價$80,但作為咖啡迷真係忍唔住要買黎試試。買既時候佢已經用盒裝好,仲有個透明背心袋,方便拎,幾貼心。雖然唔係超級新鮮出爐,但拎上手仲暖暖地,而且幾有份量,聞落仲有淡淡雞蛋糕香味。到最期待既開箱環節,一打開,見到蛋糕面上面啲合桃唔算多,有少少失望,蛋糕尺寸就大約長18.5cm,闊11cm,高13cm,重量大約580g。食落咖啡味突出,有少少似焦糖咖啡味,甜度適中,核桃新鮮且微甜(不過就只係得蛋糕面嗰幾粒)。質地綿密鬆軟唔鬆散,比一般連鎖店既蛋糕實在。當下午茶的話,食四分一左右已有飽(滿)足感。總括而言,蛋糕算中上水平,只係價錢進取到令人卻步。如果有下次,應該會買個價錢算最「親民」既原味,始終食古早味蛋糕,都係鍾意佢嗰陣濃香純樸既蛋香味...…Read More

多菜少肉手工餃子

作為土瓜灣既老街坊,見證住一間間連鎖食肆同小店開張同結業,完全體會到「搵食」艱難...前排行過長城大廈,忽然見到呢間小店非常搶眼既招牌,上網搵搵,呢間餃子店好似由香港仔「遠道而來」,評價唔錯,所以決定試試。店內座位都唔少,咁岩星期六既下午人流唔算多,不過坐廚房旁邊既二人檯就有少少逼。菜式主要以水餃麵食為主,水餃餡料選擇都幾豐富,其中一個賣點係全手工擀皮水餃~雖然隔離檯食緊既餃子拉麵都幾吸引,但因為真係好想食水餃,所以最後揀咗兩款淨水餃試試,分別係韭菜鮮肉同粟米鮮肉餃。落完單之後,人客都漸漸增多。等咗既10-15分鐘左右,熱辣辣既餃子就到啦~上面嗰碟係韭菜鮮肉餃$36;下面嗰碟係粟米鮮肉餃$39,右邊係點餃子既蒜蓉醋首先講講韭菜鮮肉餃,食得出餃子皮同一般機製既唔同,不過就應該唔係新鮮包既。一咬開餃子,內餡以綠色為主,韭菜既份量同肉既比例大概係7:3,所以唔點醋食都唔會覺得好膩。因為之前喺台灣都有食過韭菜餃,覺得味道好清新,所以本身對呢款餃子都有一定期望。可惜呢間既韭菜餡唔係咁好食,可能係來貨問題,又或者選用咗較粗身既韭菜,個香味同口感差少少。反而粟米鮮肉餃就有驚喜,如果本身鍾意鹹甜夾雜既應該會覺得好好食。雖然佢個名就咁叫餃粟米鮮肉,但除咗粟米同豬肉,食得出有落埋紅蘿蔔絲,而且菜同肉既比例大概都係7:3,感覺健康啲,味道亦唔會太鹹或太濃至於個蒜蓉醋呢,個人覺得味道還好,酸味較重,醋香味反而差少少,加埋蒜蓉就精彩啲。鍾意重口味既仲可以加埋辣油添!到差不多食完既時候,已經係晚飯時間,鋪頭已經差不多坐滿人。總括而言,呢間既餃子都頗有水準,或者下次應該喺餃子癮起之前,去試埋拉麵同小食先 …Read More

聽聞The Market自助餐水平甚高,終於有機會一試。食物都算很多選擇,首先講講海鮮類,長腳蟹的鹹水味甚強,蓋過本身應有的鮮味。開邊龍蝦肉質鮮甜,可惜尾部出奇地有沙,而蜆就食幾隻都有沙。至於魚生就質素還好,帶子和蝦不錯,但吞拿魚就不太新鮮。壽司都有好幾種,味道不過不失。冷盤方面,巴馬火腿值得一讚,配蜜瓜一流,另外魚子醬蟹肉麵包也不錯。水果沙律似是用了罐頭水果,只有糖水的甜,沒有新鮮水果的果香,有點失望。沙律菜選擇不算多,竟然沒有羅馬生菜。熱食方面,椰子雞燉湯較鹹,飲完有點口渴,未知是否加了味精。順德專區食物水平非常一般,水蛇粥只配給一小塊水蛇(不過幸好只有一小塊,因為實在非常韌);魚餅完全不彈牙;拆魚羹柴魚太多,吃下去感覺很「鞋」口;大良鮮奶很重麻油味(難道這才是正宗的味道?);薑汁撞奶更令人失望,「撞」得不太成功之餘,薑味強得變苦。燒味方面就只得叉燒,肉質還好,可惜有豬味。甜品方面,除了榴蓮專區,其他甜品都頗有特色,例如鐵觀音大菜糕的茶味濃郁至近乎苦,朱古力蛋糕、綠茶蛋糕、檸檬撻、馬卡龍等等就同一般自助餐差不多,沒有什麼特別令人難忘。總括而言,食物性價比不高,服務也普通,試一次就夠。…Read More

是日三人行慶生,諗住食好啲,所以揀咗帝京軒。大家睇嚟睇去都係覺得食午市套餐抵過嗌點心,雖然最少要叫四位。首先到既係荔芋元貝天鵝酥(左上角)、玫瑰桶子豉油雞(左二)、XO醬海蜇蟲草花(右上角)同金牌黑豚叉燒(左下角)。天鵝酥賣相好可愛,芋頭餡好味唔會太鹹,天鵝頸食落甜甜地,質感似餅乾。XO海蜇蟲草花辣辣地,好開胃。叉燒最有驚喜,半肥瘦,肉質正,非常入味。相比之下,豉油雞就普普通通。跟住就到老火湯(是日老火湯係牛大力粉葛紅蘿蔔扁豆湯),飲得出無味精珍寶蝦餃有如其名,大大隻,皮厚薄適中,裡面既蝦爽口又有鮮味呢個琥珀牛肝鮮菌蝦球桂花蚌都好好食,琥珀合桃好新鮮,蝦同蚌都各有四件而呢個燒賣有別於一般酒樓既燒賣,上面既黑魚子好鹹香,裡面既肉餡一啲都唔油膩,讚!其實都已經食到幾飽,不過都覺得龍躉柳好食,平時怕腥唔食魚既都可以一試。加埋陳皮同薑蔥一齊食就仲香,比較有驚喜既係墊底既本菇,吸收咗龍躉、薑蔥、陳皮同豉油既精華,好好食。到荷葉飯已經食唔落,因為要留肚食兩款甜品,所以成個打包。夜晚整返熱黎食都好香好食,裡面有蝦、燒鵝同冬菇等配料。最正既係甜品都有兩款。首先到既係蛋白杏仁茶。甜度適中,杏仁磨得好幼滑,嗰陣杏仁味唔算太過濃,好似我麻麻地杏仁茶都食到一碗。嘆完碗熱辣辣既蛋白杏仁茶,以凍凍地又清香既蘭香子芒果糕作結就最完美不過。最後計埋茶錢加一埋單大約$1,030,如果四個人食每人都係$260幾蚊。…Read More

朋友同我都係HP迷,講咗好耐終於有機會黎試試。一入到去,已經見到衝咗一半入 9 3/4月台既行李車、Hedwig、魔杖、飛天掃把等等。是晚有幾枱人,坐得好舒服,慢慢傾計都得。一坐低店員就好貼心咁擺低杯水,個杯底好似陀螺咁,一放上枱就搖搖吓,有啲驚喜。黎到又點可以唔叫Butter Beer呢?面頭係好似奶蓋既cream,飲落味道同綠色罐裝既忌廉好相似...另外點了威爾斯綠龍(菠菜雞肉意粉 $82)同跳跳菌(巴黎牛油汁雞肉意大利飯 $88)。賣相同一般cafe相似,所以無特別影相喇。份量適中,味道唔錯,不過朋友同我都不約而同地覺得巴黎牛油汁有啲似唔辣既咖哩……Read More
