今次試食的地方是叫東鮨居酒屋,位於西營盤第二街,一直向上行到盡頭轉彎便是。這間居酒屋已試業了一個多月.....是日晚上去到都頗寧靜,適合三五知己去,不過酒牌仍在申請中,如果喜歡飲酒🍻的朋友就要再等候下。是日點了幾個招牌菜,有軟殼蟹沙律、三文魚卷、蝦天婦羅卷、煎花魚、唐揚雞...軟殼蟹沙律都處於室溫狀況。蟹炸完之後都不覺得油膩,粉漿都薄薄的, 加上底層酸酸的醋提升食慾,的確是餐前不錯的選擇。而那兩個卷對比的話,三文魚卷會比較性價比高,上面都有魚油脂,加上飯卷沒有一夾即散的情況,食起來挺有鮮味。但天婦羅蝦卷就比較簡單,吃起來比較普通.......反而唐揚雞吃起來都有點驚喜,咬起來不太油膩,但是肉質又鮮嫩及內有肉汁鎖住,加上有檸檬汁提升鮮味。最後的亮點就是那個花魚,是屬於比較多肉大條的日本進口魚,根據店員告知,是類似香港的黃花魚的種類,同樣都是有醬油伴味,味道不是太濃烈,有種淡淡的鮮香不過如果大家想試濃味一點可以試一夜干是經醃漬過一晚的。其實這間居酒屋的賣點是菜單、伴碟、每碟的半碟都有很多新奇有趣的食材,例如入饌菊花,西瓜蘿蔔,沙拉醬裝飾等等...要視乎當時居酒屋進口的食材而定。因為居酒屋附近住了很多外國人,所以好多菜式都想以fusion 做主打,來迎合外國人...這間居酒屋仍在轉型當中,大家可以過多段日子再去試一下,因為他們都會有一些新鮮食材如生蠔,海膽等如有興趣的朋友可嘗試一下。…Read More

今次試的餐廳是開業了1個半月左右的MARINE SEAFOOD BAR & MORE。地點位於官塘中海中心, 位於駿業街熟食中心對面, 翻新後多左好多餐廳,日後可以有更多的選擇。 一入到去, 格調是暗黑幽靜, 好適合三五知己談心飲酒。🥂經過負責人的推介ORDER了一個生蠔拼盤, 當中有來自美國, 法國以及韓國的品種。亦有經濟實惠的$9 蠔, 在拼盤以外叫了數隻, 可以試下當中的分別。先講拼盤. 按大小來說, 韓國品種是最大的, 其次美國跟法國差不多。但按新鮮程度及海水味道,法國的會比較優勝,因為比較CREAMY同埋重海水味一點。但如果無咩要求的朋友, 其實美國蠔都滿足到大家的要求,雖然不重蠔味但有肉地, 甚至$9 一只那種都不太差。配蠔來說,一定是白酒比較匹配,大家可以選擇自己飲開的來配搭或者有是日推介,例如法國,智利, 澳洲等。 其次叫了一些比較熱門的FISH & WEDGES , 魚是用龍俐柳造的, 一入口真的做到外脆內軟,不過可以用多肉點的魚, 因為龍俐柳裡面的肉比較鬆散。而薯角都炸到好香口。但要HIGHLIGHT的是那個黑松露醬; 那個醬是廚房新鮮手打的。沾了那個醬即時令食物提升味道及香味。食到停唔到口。 不過有待改善的是PIZZA; 是次叫了一個牛肝菌PIZZA; 賣相是長方形的; 相信圓形看起來會比較吸引。味道方面, 可以重一點菇菌味; 或者可以放些黑松露醬去焗。但整體都是不錯的! 另外都試了蒜香炒殼肉意粉, 殼都有相當數量及有帶肉的。不過如果加點白酒炒會更加出色。 總的來說, 氣氛及食物質素來說, marine seafood是值得推介的; 冷盤及酒方面會比較出色, 另外, 入面是有open bar及冷盤kitchen; 感覺專業乾淨。服務方面, 整體都是有禮細心。如果大家旨在談天小聚, 不妨可以一試。…Read More

小蓉麵家位於太子界限街在E出口轉彎,要走到見到自在素食鋪位對面的一間小店。鋪入去座位有十數個,有卡位也有圓枱,人流都算旺盛,都幾香港地道的一家麵家。2人入座後叫了出名的XO醬櫻花蝦撈麵,雲吞水餃麵, 薑蔥豬潤以及炸雲吞。不得不讚份量真的公道的, 份量都算大。一開始試了個XO醬櫻花蝦撈麵加牛腩,發現廚師都中意加薑落麵度,不知是否用來辟鹼水味, 但是略嫌薑味有點重。吃到少少的XO醬味, 蝦味不太出。牛腩方面是容易入口及香口, 不會太硬。 整體而言價錢賣相都可以! 之後試招牌雲吞水餃麵, 共5粒,而每粒都有相當份量。根據老闆娘說, 蝦及豬肉🐷都是新鮮及人手包的, 所以吃得出爽口彈牙👍🏻, 不會死實實。水餃都正宗,加了雲耳絲來提升口感。但麵方面可以煮得再軟一點, 咁比較有𡁻口。至於湯, 應該不是用大地魚去烹調, 是一般高湯。 再試豬潤, 不算有好大份量, 只有6-7片。同樣都是加了薑絲辟腥, 都做到無血水味,咬落去爽口帶綿, 不會太乾, 相信都是用了新鮮的豬潤。不過份量可以多少少。 整晚最深印象的就是炸雲吞, 脆口又不太油膩, 入面的餡料跟水餃材料差不多。當中有個酸甜醬加來提升味道。食完又想再ENCORE的感覺。 作為一家麵家要維持生意最重要是性價比及味道。而基本上小蓉麵家都做到。不但食物算多選擇而又不算太貴, 而且份量都勻稱。如果再去試,可能河粉相對易入口。係度介紹大家試一下雲吞及水餃, 算是誠意之作。…Read More

今日放lunch,走左去雅蘭中心果邊,search 附近有乜好野食,見到呢間餐廳裝修有霓虹燈光招牌,設計特別,吸引眼球,就走入去試。 餐廳menu:)上圖是「照燒雞蛋黃醬薄餅」,似日式料理風味。個pizza都好多料,上面有紫菜碎,雞肉彈牙,薄餅底夠薄,幾香脆,而且有好多蛋黃醬鋪上薄餅上,食完一啖忍唔住再一啖,正😋「香草🌿汁蕃茄蘑菇雞肉意大利飯」上枱見到一大堆綠色醬汁,有點反胃🤢,不好看。賣相係唔靚,口感卻出人意表。羅勒香草醬實在太香,配上忌廉做醬料很match,味道黎講絕對可以過關。「香蒜白汁蜆肉意大利麵」菜單上是香蒜白汁 ,白汁味道沒有預期咁濃郁,蜆肉份量不多不少,醬汁多,食落都有飽滿感覺。「溫泉蛋蒜香蘑菇鮮製意粉」半熟既溫泉蛋一向係我無法抵抗的美食,蛋汁令成個意粉口感更加滑溜。意粉配料都係用咗蘑菇、火腿、洋蔥,加埋忌廉去煮成,賣相算吸引。整體而言,「意粉狂熱」🍝餐點沒有令人印象很深刻的地方,這裡用餐的環境尚算令人感到舒服🙂最好一大班人去消費,價錢會較抵食。…Read More

慢煮兩餐位於上環九如坊,有興趣的就去上環地鐵站E2出口,之後過馬路向幾級樓梯上,在中遠大廈側門。上完樓梯往左邊就是了。個度環境清幽,好多食客都是特意駕車去那邊找食,坐底慢慢傾計歎酒。一入去位置不是好多,大約4張桌加獨立座4位。試食當天都充滿人流。大家都好享受。坐下來望望餐牌,都有幾多選擇, 有1人餐,2人餐,單點,都是小菜10大精選。酒方面, 有CORONA , 紅酒等等。 因為STAFF推介, 朋友2人就試了個2人餐, 頭盤有2兩翅,之後有主菜小辣羊肉煲,清煎青根魚, 炆豬肉同埋蝦米紹菜。 首先來的是2兩翅, 有慢火坐熱, 加入高湯, 唔夠味可以有金華火腿調味。一入口,一疏疏翅在口裡慢慢融化,除了足秤,真的很入味。基本上不用調味都好熱好好味。呢個翅係成個餐的亮點,要特別推介一下。 之後另一主打小辣羊肉煲, 裡面有馬蹄,以及不是一向用開的油麥菜, 以及特配的醬汁。一樣, 一上的時候有慢火坐熱, 那些羊肉好錦好鬆軟, 不用大力咬已經化開。根據老闆的經驗, 醬汁是請教過數個師傅而得調校出的, 用了相當的時間。那些花椒,八角不直接落於煲內是不用搶味,反而在醬汁中加入提升味出來。呢個羊愈食會有少少辣,配飯一流。但會有少少羶, 喜歡羊的朋友一定岩食。 至於炆豬肉, 是加入了蒜香鼓油, 切成條狀, 都是跟羊肉一樣, 好綿好鬆, 雖然無羊肉咁大味, 但都有淡香的醬油味, 可能切成條狀方便烹調成軟化效果,建議先食豬肉再食羊肉比較好! 最美中不足可能是青根魚及蝦米紹菜, 因為有一點點咸, 可能因為太入味。那條魚完全不多骨,好鮮味,再加青檸更提升鮮味。而蝦米紹菜亦放入瑤柱汁,可能因為咁樣味道好豐富,又係跟飯絕配! 就連荼都係天山雪菊, 看得出老闆真的花心思於每道菜….好岩三五知己試一下,但如果碟頭大少少就更加好喇 整體而言都好滿意, 老闆還送了提子啫喱給我們做甜品, 啫喱上面拉了一個輕CREAM , 中和返提子天生的少許酸。那個啫喱入面有真果肉,整個都是果肉BLEND開, 所以無添加劑及糖份,食完唔覺食左好多糖入肚。 多謝老闆的歡待! 如果大家想試可以打電話BOOK, 因為座位有限而平日都滿人。唔知大家試完係咪同我地感覺一樣?😊…Read More

早幾日就book定位同成班同事放工食呢間「道頓堀-御好燒」呢間店係日本有好多分店咖!終於來到香港都有分店,但一直成日都要排隊,好彩人多好辦事,一book 就有位,聽人講,成日打電話去book都會話full booking,而家熱潮都過去,仲要有4間分店俾你地揀,唔洗煩。不過用餐時間只有90分鐘,都幾趕時間。大阪燒材料,桌上面有一塊長大板,用黎煎大阪燒。製作過程「大阪燒」「雜綿海鮮御好燒燒」這兩款材料差不多,雜綿燒配料有,帶子、海鮮、雞蛋、煙肉,椰菜絲。而另一款一定要推介「大阪燒」,配料主要有椰菜、豚肉、麵,第一次整,好彩有張指引,逐一介紹點樣煮法,需時要整大概10-15分。最難整地方係反轉返餅底既時候,一反好又整返散哂,唔美觀,好彩點整都好,只要塗上燒汁,灑上海苔粉,加埋diy 自己想整既款式,成個御好燒都變得好靚,好好味啊!另一款推介就係岩甜品控既粉絲啦!「軟芝士pancake 」本身想order 朱古力pancake,唔會咁伏,不過雜莓果味夠特別,就試呢個,試完鹹又可以轉換口味食個甜,鹹甜交替。如果想食薄身啲pancake,一碗麵糊都整到5-6塊小pancake。口感鬆軟,不膩。…Read More
