一直都是星林居的fans, 第一次來是由朋友介紹的，吃過第一次後，不得了! 迷上了那個又濃，又酸，又辣的渴底。自此以後，每隔一陣，總要來朝一朝聖。點了中辣，普通酸湯底，多苟菜芽菜，走莞茜和葱，另加蘿蔔豬軟骨豬腩肉，吃不完是一定的，因為份量實在不少。湯很辣，過足癮。可惜我不能喝得多，怕胃受不了。配菜份量絕不手軟，基本上吃光配菜也半飽了。蘿蔔很甜，可惜這次有點"渣"，扣了點分。豬軟骨水準依舊，沒什麼可挑剔。豬腩肉記得以前很肥的，都是肥膏，這一次倒是來個超瘦的，沒有以前的好。還會再來的，但只因那個湯底。至於配料，還是配角水準。…Read More

今日去左明珠閣食lunch, 本身都冇太大期望，諗住係同屋企人簡簡單單食餐中午飯就算，點知俾我發現到呢間餐廳既叉燒，簡直就係超班既水準!!!身為一個超級叉燒fans, 我認我係"yim" 尖架喇。叉燒好多地方都有得食，但係講真，整得好食既地方真係唔多。太瘦又鞋口，太肥又好滯，之前食過金翠餐廳同埋元朗蔚豪既叉燒係我覺得算幾好食既, 但係都硬係覺得唔夠喉。咁來到呢度，例牌都要叫返碟叉燒過口癮啦，今次叫左碟叉燒連油雞雙拼，點知俾我發現到呢度既叉燒係厚切!!!!!!!!仲要每一舊都成寸咁厚!!!!!咁講真厚切又唔代表好食既，有的野都係要試過先知龍與鳯，好啦，一咬落去，肉質鬆化，肥瘦均匀，加埋的蜜汁，正! 唯一美中不足既係，舊叉燒可以再以再肥返小小同埋的筯多返小小,咁就perfect喇!!同埋係丄比較之下，隻油雞就稍為失色左小小喇，叫做係不過不失啦。雞腳螺頭湯除左叉燒之外個湯都唔錯，火喉十足，的湯料都幾多，我就覺得幾好飲，呀媽話咸左小小，不過口味呢的野就好個人既。總括來講，呢度既叉燒相信係主打菜，我見隔離好多枱都有叫到，下次來可以試埋個脆皮燒腩同埋其他小菜…Read More

Arrived approximately at 5pm and there are lots of people sitting there already, luckily my sister and I was seated at the bar table immediately. We ordered one Portobello Cheese Burger as it is most recommended on Openrice, however, the waiting time of this burger is quite long, we waited around 30 mins before they deliver the Burger to us. Finally, the Burger arrive and it is worth the waiting!Being a super-mushroom lover, this portobello cheese burger is definitely a must for me, the size of the Portobello Mushroom is huge and so as the burger meat! They also added lots of lettuce and tomatos in the burger which freshen up the burger.I would recommend girls to share this burger as it is quite a huge burger, I had so much difficulties in eating this burger as there are so much fillings in it, I had to spread things out and eat everything piece by piece!Double Foie Gras Burger seems nice too, but that would be too much for us, maybe try it next time?:)…Read More
