員工態度惡劣

今天傍晚六時十分於此餐廳叫外賣，一踏入該餐廳，已於收銀處遇到一名態度極度散慢的員工，我叫了四個飯(不是焗飯）就行埋一邊等，等了大概20分鐘，眼見有幾枱比我遲落單的堂食客人已在進食中，放是我就向站近㕑房的員工查詢一下，怎料那位員工不但沒有替我跟進，反而態度極度輕佻的跟我說”我都想快呀”，我繼續請她替我跟進，然後她行近㕑房，跟另一位職員朝我的方向細聲講大聲笑，於是我向她走近，她立即刻意大聲的嗌”快啲喎”，終於我等了30分鐘。時間是一個問題，該餐廳員工的工作態度亦是一個很大的問題，遇到客人跟催，不但沒有安撫客人，反而怨氣沖天、態度輕佻，如此的工作態度，食物就算有幾好食都會趕客。…Read More
