一打開就係咁。即場呆左。。。大佬,成舊水買半隻雞,打開個合竟然得呢幾件雞?對天發誓無食過,一打開就係咁!呢隻雞睇得出本來係大隻雞,但份量好明顯被偷減左,背脊位完全唔覺有,半隻雞就係一隻翼,雞搥無左,得返幾件胸,同埋得7成份量嘅雞脾,有圖有真相,絕無誣捏成份,對天發誓雞脾位就係幅相咁,無啦啦中間有兩或三件唔見左。唔該打貓都幫我合返埋呀不如兜亂人地咪唔覺囉~好明顯諗住等你返屋企比個驚喜你,真金白銀買半隻雞,竟然呃得咁誇張,半隻變例牌!!!見到呢個畫面我真係好嬲呀~唔緊要,我比你揾埋呢次笨!店主如果有幸見到呢個post,不妨去樓上燒味舖買返半邊雞,睇下人客知唔知或者見過半隻雞未!新北江大把食店,以後就係唔幫襯呢間。嬲嬲。。。…Read More

好耐之前己經好想寫呢篇食評,經過尋晚再度幫襯後,決定真係不吐不快。其實酒泉由佢開業我已經幫襯,當年佢由執隔離「田X」等唔到位嘅客慢慢捱出嚟,見佢食物新鮮,製作用心,所以都成為左佢嘅長期顧客。呢度寫嘅全部事實,大約一年前有次又係三個人去,其中點左一客三文魚刺身,拎到埋嚟我真係O左咀,只係一碟兜亂左嘅三文魚碎,正確形容係頭頭尾尾,同個侍應講呢碟係下欄嘢,佢唔出聲走左去,隔左一陣同我講話:「今次換俾你啦,下次無得㨂部位嫁~」吓?幾時有要求過特別部位? 係人都知刺身嘅標準係點,而且餐牌寫明係'三文魚刺身'唔係'三文魚碎刺身'囉尋日朋友又嚷著要食酒泉,去到男朋友巳經點左壽司,但係啲紫菜又濕又韌,啲飯又凍又硬,好難食……有一兩款啲魚根本又處理得唔好,腥到食唔落,唉......朋友又要左一個關東煮,唉……只係好甜嘅糖水煮魚旦……寫食評嘅目的純粹分享,句句事實,童叟無欺…Read More

訂左枱一行15人星期六晚飯,去到首先張枱唔夠坐,要加多張方枱係隔離,負責人仲叫我地坐過啲,費事陣間同後面背貼背….. 燒豬頸肉:醃得入味,醬汁亦惹味。泰式鳳爪:配料多過爪,但味道可以。布吉島炒麵:其實即係海鮮炒油麵,濃鼓油炒幾好。沙甸魚炒椰菜苗:頗特別,難得椰菜苗炒得軟硬適中,而且醬汁香濃,值得推薦。冬蔭公湯:足料!酸、辣、香俱備,愛冬蔭公的一定要試!泰式拼盆:春卷好大條,好多粉絲;荷葉包雞及魚餅ok;蝦餅無味,肉質鬆散,完全唔彈牙!明爐烏頭:個湯底係唔辣嘅冬蔭公,條魚都有十二三兩,既然冬蔭公唔錯,呢個都值得推介。肉碎生菜包:有豬同雞,兩款都有叫,但係肉碎炒唔開,味道一般。唯獨生菜幾新鮮。蝦醬炒飯:蝦醬唔係太重手,但油份稍多。肉碎粉絲湯:原始泰國風~ 胡椒粉同味精湯底。咖哩蟹:正宗泰式咖哩係甜中帶辣,用蛋醬同椰奶令個汁濃身。本來上菜時,咖哩係夠味嘅,咁我唔知個廚係自創呀定係雞蛋貴,用左粉絲碎代替大部份嘅蛋……唉!未食到一半個咖哩巳經俾粉絲出嘅水溝稀哂,如果你有興趣食呢度個咖哩蟹,咁閣下真係要同啲粉絲鬥快!生蝦剌身:一客六隻,要左兩客,真係精心製作,等左個半鐘先嚟,搞左咁耐,啲蝦個賣相一般新鮮,原來係剝完殼之後雪返一輪,但啲蝦無味,只有上面辣汁嘅味,不過等咁耐先俾客,有啲擔心衞生@.@ 價錢:餐牌完全無價錢,連飲品都唔寫$,仲要自己出去攞!問親佢都話唔貴唔貴,不過埋單十五人食左二千六百幾,果兩碟生蝦刺身居然貴過咖哩蟹($220)要成三百五十蚊! 服務:唔好有太大期望,連飲品都要自己出去攞,成枱都係碟個阿姐又唔收,仲問新嚟啲嘢放係邊?我忍唔住同佢講:「放係邊唔係你諗咩?你執左啲碟咪有位放囉~」不過佢就咁放係啲舊碟上面。唉……Read More

公司聯歡,諗住開開心心夾錢食海鮮,點知.......蟶子皇:食過都知有幾大隻,點知一圍十二人,得兩三個有完整一隻,其他都係得啲「碎」左手指尾咁大舊。豉油皇蝦:十圍枱,每圍十二人,居然有啲得九隻,有啲得十隻。瀨尿蝦:平均七吋長一隻,但唔知點解隻隻同我一刀兩斷,上半截搵唔返下半截,啲肉係霉嘅。海鮮湯:滾水一樣。蠔煲:有一半變左蠔豉。我地去相熟海鮮檔買海鮮(我同事屋企開嘅)佢地話我地一百二十人佢地都數左(真係有數)一百三十幾隻蝦俾我地;海鮮湯就執左廿斤料,平均每圍有兩斤原料,就算得蝦殼同魚骨都有味啦,何況當中有蟹同啱啱瓜左嘅斑仔,但酒樓個梁總經理居然話啲蟹煲溶左喎(真係聞所未聞)仲有喎,原先啲料唔見左,但居然俾返隻海星我地喎(真係多謝哂)咁啲蝦唔通生猛得滯自己走左?打開門口做生意,居然打貓打成咁,咁樣做生意,真係好可憐。。。最慘人地唔知以為搞手賺大錢,真係賺左就唔會係度呻啦,搞到今日都仲要解畫,睇嚟我地先最可憐。。。…Read More

星期日八個人係三樓飲茶, 無咩人等位所以俾張十二人枱, 坐得非常舒服:)點左十多二十款點心, 全部即叫即做, 大路嘅 排骨, 鳯爪, 义燒飽等傳統點心都交到功課,但蝦餃皮稍嫌有D'粉', XO醬炒蘿蔔糕就比較乾身及淡口, 未能做到惹味!要推介蘿蔔牛雜煲 ($48), 牛雜腍滑, 蘿蔔夠味, 份量足! 友人愛吃油炸食物, 點左椒鹽豆腐, 細細粒, 皮脆肉滑; 炸魷魚鬚唔UN, 酥香, 最緊要食得出唔係萬年油, 唔似元朗大x華咁送成碟油係個碟底度!所以唔鍾意食炸野嘅我, 都食完又食, 差唔多掃左四份一碟 !更值得一讚係普洱好滑好順喉, 就算好濃都無苦味! 呢樣真係無幾間酒樓做得到!能夠令客人嚟飲茶而又真正'嘆'到茶, 海天嘅茶貨買手真係要記一功:)好多朋友都以為海天好貴, 但其實唔係呀...茶醬芥每位$10元, 小點至特點都係$14-$40左右, 我地埋單都係食左六百五十元, 而且環境比較清靜 (講緊三樓), 係值得推介嘅酒樓 !唯一要煎嘅係人手唔太夠, 侍應呀姐好忙, 但都好好笑容, 但埋單果位長髮姐姐(著黑色西裝), 態度就唔係咁好, 我有權check單啫...係咁意睇下之麻, 成張單淩空擲落張枱度, 希望佢自己檢討下啦 !…Read More

samurai 試過兩次專程駕車入元朗幫襯, 發覺肥老闆把口好話講盡, 壞菜做盡, 所有菜都很差, 不新鮮之外, 完全不用心去做食物, 以後不再幫襯.

nana23day 新鮮食材+基本知識+用心烹調, 呢幾樣嘢我地做人客一定食得出;而家香港飲食業好多都眞係本末倒置,得閒以為上飲食節目出下鏡就真係名揚四海,都唔願意做好啲食物,須知有麝自然香。
