跟女友久久未有上街用餐,今晚乘著假期後不再有人潮,可以慢慢行街睇燈式,當然亦要找個好地方晚餐.來到寶勒巷街頭,女友發現這所餐廳佈置環境吸引,十分舒適,正合我倆今晚心情,試試來個優雅晚餐吧.我們簡單點了餐牌的二人餐,在此多謝老闆多送我們一客小食.小食拼盤雖沒特別,但一份心意為我倆今晚心情增添不少氣氛湯質濃厚,入口十分滿足,I like it !!!前菜是炸物,但做到有涼伴之效,沒搶走我期待主菜的意欲,等待中品嚐之道菜剛剛好店主推介,味道適中,怕辣的女友都食到,其中勝在飯粒夠咬口,越食越開胃不明白用什麼古法炮製,鬆脆口感叫我十分難忘,尤以肥膏位置竟可入口即溶不覺肥膩,有日本和牛之感,難怪用上店舖名子作招來,十分有信心,怕食酥味的女友雖然只能吃得一半(另一半益咗我),但仍說下次到來亦會再點,誠意推介!一口蛋糕,相信是心太軟迷你版,小心燙口這個較似台灣類食品,跟前面幾道菜有點格格不入,味道太淡,如可甜多一點較佳老闆說是昨天配製成功的新飲品,非一般的紅荳冰,味道超正,原來紅荳冰可以配冬瓜茶,又學到嘢!如果賣相再花點心思,效果會更佳…Read More

一到再到,朋友聚餐極地!

閒來聚餐多為五至十位的我,22天前首度蹅足”星級私房菜”,第一感覺是地段一流,位於尖咀墈富利士道,正是我跟友人常到的地點,Good喎!之後去玩亦方便!怎料入口相當難找,在中國銀行對面一個不起眼的大廈入口,而舊式電梯亦叫我感到有點繁華中一點破舊之感,門面也毫無裝潢並不吸引,心想私房菜就是跟一般食肆閣樓一樣,圓枱排櫈,只求食品素質取勝即可,幸而我於飲食之道毫不揀擇,也無須依據排場而論,又睇吓點?!甫入門口,大廳中攞設有花心思,叫我始料不及,雅致均稱,家居feel表現無遺.上菜前我較愛不含味精的簡單湯水,重點希望放到主菜之上,然而豬肺亦十分搶口,配合特製醬油先暖暖胃,十分合適.22天前初次品嚐這道菜,選蟹有花功夫,蛋白尤如吃山水豆腐花般,酒香蛋滑,百吃不厭,必然首選,唻三次叫三次.老闆娘推介,今番再臨明知會弄得飽肚仍要再點,其鮮香甜美,可口留香之感不能忘懷,嚐過後可再加醬油潻食,飯桶至愛.黃金蝦著重蛋黃夠秤,蝦質夠鮮,今日食得到!這價錢食到斑,無話可說,然而住家Feel亦可選材較便宜之大魚如紅油魚,只要蒸得夠滑,效果更佳.雜菌魚湯是一驚喜,貎不驚人的它在此時候出現,正正令我可減低重份量之感,稍為清清胃,魚湯十分鮮甜,汽水啤酒隨即靠邊站.其中友人最愛食菜,老闆娘誠意炮製二道菜式滿足友人,應記一功!賣相俱佳,惜鵝掌未夠入味只吃到鮑汁,略為失色.西蘭花煮得恰到好處,然而口味則見人見智,未能滿足我朋友愛吃爽口西蘭花之口感,我則剛剛好(偷笑)!特別推介給我們的沙薑雞,肉質未至一級,沙薑算不上入味,未知是太飽還是我嘴雕之故,食剩最多就係佢.最後送上糖水”雪耳杏人霜”教我們清一清胃,一眾滿載而歸.當中環境自在優悠之感再加一分,而老闆娘尤如一個會搞氣氛的管家一般悉心照顧應記一功,22天內到來3次不無道理,三班朋友都有意再臨.叫我破例的三來三點之菜式,相信本人第四次來臨時還是會點,而且價錢較一般便宜,每位約$230,自覺可以加碼點選心水菜餚考考師傅功力增添趣味.…Read More
