生日朋友問我想食咩,唔想普通中西意日,就揀左呢間之前想試嘅阿根廷菜。呢度裝修啱晒打卡,話明Polo Club 所以全部都係馬球運動嘅畫,連侍應們都係著住特別嘅制服,有位識講廣東話但應該唔係響香港長大嘅店員非常親切👍🏼餐前嘅麵包面頭有少少洋蔥,軟熟微甜,非常好食,但我忘記影相😛Scallop ceviche 好適合做開胃菜,少少酸又清新生蠔有啲瘦,冇乜特別Shrimp cocktail 都幾令人失望,煤煤地嘅,不過唔緊要,呢度主打食扒嘅,就睇下啲扒如何上扒前佢會俾一盤刀你自己揀,中間呢把刀我懷疑佢係搞下笑嘅,好鬼重,又唔係殺人,食件扒啫😂所以我地四個女仔都冇揀。我地都係揀返啲正常啲嘅算😂呢個係24oz 嘅tenderloin,二人份量。外面香草非常惹味,肉質好軟煮得啱啱好,唔知係香草味太濃定咩,好似牛味唔夠重。呢個lamb chop 外面脆口,但裏面略嫌太生,都係以一般大路的百里香烹調,冇咩大驚喜。試埋佢個肉眼,都係煮得啱啱好,肉質都係軟熟唔鞋,可惜係牛味仍然唔係太濃。最後梗係要食佢其中最出名嘅 Fries Provenzal. 睇相都見到啲香草多到不得了,仲加左切到非常精細嘅蒜蓉,以鴨油黎炸。酥脆,香口!不過因為係幼薯條,又咁重調味,鍾意薯味嘅朋友就覺得如果係粗薯條可能會比較適合。朋友用openrice 訂,送左個朱古力蛋糕同一球士多啤梨味雪糕,個蛋糕又意想不到咁好食喎!食完呢餐,連我鍾意重口味嘅都覺得呢餐有啲 over,加上音樂好大聲,成個餐廳都好嘈,傾偈要大聲嗌出黎咁,本身係18:30-20:30 呢個時段,但餐廳好好到22:00 都唔駛我地交枱,不過我頂唔順太嘈就嗌啲fd 走了。不過,我覺得未去過嘅都應該去一次,尤其是生日,會有人唱生日歌兼幫你帶頂馬術帽,都幾搞笑,而且裝修咁靚影下相打下卡都幾過癮。我地四個人,每人飲左一杯cocktail,埋單每位大概$1200。…Read More

收工唔知食乜,遇著珠寶展度度都勁多人,見到呢間冇乜人排隊又好似好地道,價錢又吸引,就膽粗粗衝入去試下。店員似乎都係越南人,感覺都應該幾正宗。店面細細,要去cashier 落單。叫左個生牛肉河,香茅豬扒法包,追加小食牛油雞翼同越式春卷。食越南河最重要係個湯底。當年去越南食嗰個湯嘅味道我一直都無法忘懷!香港食過無數間就算都係越南人開嘅都食唔返嗰個味道。香港食到嘅,一係唔夠香,一係就濃味似味精湯,缺少嗰種肉嘅鮮甜味同清新感。呢個湯令我覺得似喇就係嗰種清甜味喇!至於法包,我一咬落去,咦?唔係硬「掘掘」嗰種法包喎!外面脆裏面軟軟的,口感好ok 喎!饀料唔係用生菜,係用醃蘿蔔絲,個汁好清新!可惜係豬扒冇乜咬口偏軟,亦缺少豬肉味。牛油雞翼個皮唔係脆咁簡單,係酥脆!越南春卷係有芋泥饀嗰種,我幾鍾意!配上兩塊BB 生菜。不過我覺得每樣野份量都有啲少,$90 湯河配飲品,$90 法包配飲品,兩件雞翼同兩件越南春卷各$20。食完有啲唔係好夠飽😂 下次要叫多啲小食先得…Read More

行開黎k11 附近,呢一帶好多日本野,但又唔想食貴野,就黎左呢間門面裝修得幾靚嘅風雲丸。呢度啲沾麵選擇唔算多,都係豚肉,有啲辛辣嘅有啲加野菜嘅,有咖喱同普通湯底咁解。我地叫左個野菜豚角豚骨魚介沾麵同咖哩豚骨沾麵:個咖喱豚骨沾麵就係一塊腩肉,唔夠肉食所以叫多個唐揚炸雞。個咖喱湯太濃偏鹹,味道冇乜層次。反而野菜豚角豬骨魚介沾麵個湯底好有鰹魚香味,唔駛落七味粉蒜粉同黑椒都已經滿足到我鍾意食濃味野嘅人,但又唔會好鹹勁飲水。可惜我本身以為豚角豚骨係有兩種肉,但原來得幾舊肉,有啲失望。200g 同300g 麵係一樣價錢,個侍應小姐話唔太大食200g 都ok ge,當我猶豫緊自己大唔大食嘅時候,佢話可以叫200g 唔夠再加返100g 俾我,我驚食唔晒就一於叫200g唔好嘥野啦。點知黎到發現其實差唔多份量分別唔大,笑左。最後黎左個唐揚炸雞,冇乜特別,都叫juicy 嘅。因為啲座位好逼,黎到要放上tray 同tray 之間,如果想坐得好舒服呢度就唔啱你喇。走嗰時都就黎十點,發現出面好多人排隊,好彩黎嗰時唔駛排隊啫!…Read More

去開中環,唔想求其食但又唔想食貴野。朋友介紹黎呢間東歐餐廳。小女孤陋寡聞都唔係好似係食乜。一入餐廳睇裝潢就感受到東歐嘅氣氛,仲有個假窗望住東歐景色。打開menu 先知原來呢度主打烏克蘭菜。咁梗係要試下正宗嘅羅未湯(相傳羅宋湯係烏克蘭傳統菜色,後來俾俄羅斯自稱由佢地發明)。同我地平時飲開嘅羅宋湯完全兩回事,紅菜頭味重,唔辣,而且冇咁鹹。非常香口, 薯味香濃,薯仔切成絲再整成一塊餅半煎炸,所以食到薯仔口感,唔會一咬就散。個醬係菇味嘅醬,唔濃味,點勁多醬都冇遮蓋過薯仔香味,冇味仔大過主人婆,讚!用塊包點芝士,麵包少少脆,裏面又少少軟,似淰左嘅奶鹽梳打餅味,牛舌超厚,但煮得勁淰,入口咬幾野都吞得嗰種,究竟炆左幾耐先有呢個效果?!好正!一睇份量好似好少,但每舊都大大啖肉,同平時食開嘅冇得比!上菜時靚女侍應將一杯點左火嘅vodka  淋上面,十秒後火熄就食得。以為好重酒味,但完全唔會!有酒香但唔苦,味道恰到好處,肉質夠淰,輕輕一切啲肉就離開骨頭,非常好味,又一心機之作…Read More
