6:15pm...星期日。客人稀少。但很舒適的時段, 人少夠寧靜。 與朋友一樣叫咗海鮮意大利麵。 兩杯咖啡。一杯是合一咖啡。 另一杯是cappuccino. 兩杯香濃不怎麼樣, 只屬普通及易入口。比起starbucks 已經係好好多的咖啡。 來了兩碟海鲜意麵, 见到一碟有带子, 鱿魚, 兩件青口。另一碟則沒有青口。於是問侍應生點解。 回應係兩份的海鮮及意麵一起煮的原因。 好神的回應。如果是這樣, 廚房師傅粗心大意。分配每碟份量不均勻導致。 其他客人好大機會同樣發生類似情况而因不同枱不發覺。之後侍應生把沒有青口的意麵拿回廚房, 並回來告知今天青口不夠, 要用其他食材取代, 問我們接受或另外叫其他食物。 又好巧合, 神啊。 但仍是想吃海鮮麵, 所以接受侍應生用其它食材取代欠缺的青口。等了十多分鐘, 出來的意面得一只青口。算了。至於海鮮食材尚有鲜味沒有腥味。意麵彈牙。 茄醬味道合格。鹹度適中。酸度可以加些。論食物中上不錯。 論服務仍有待改善。…Read More

本來只是经過, 但看到客人所吃的risotto 吸引, 於是進去一試此店。 服務员印象值得一讚。面带笑容, 通常只在酒店四五星酒店才有。 服務员推介特別off menu 菜式。可是我們不太餓, 所以並沒有興趣。之後他知道我們不是太餓也推介duck breast mini salad, home made iced tea 及 pan fried risotto. 這個salad 味道不算得上好味, 因為偏甜dressing 不合我胃口。 但令我surprise 係紅菜頭汁 beetroot 染透入菠蘿粒, 即係紅色菠蘿。 特別。:)home made iced tea...甜度適中, 茶滑, 酸度温和。 好飲。 risotto 就真係好味, 鹹度剛好, 有點煎香米飯味道。 吃完很滿足。而且胃口也打開了。於是再加单truffle pizza. 此味道偏鹹及油。但香口。 若配啤酒是绝配。 Overall, this meal is above average and out of my expectation. I ordered a dozen of Bok-choy minced pork dumpling.Minced pork with Bok-choy dumpling is not expected as good as it is recommended by other commentators...The minced pork was fully covered by a lot of seasonings and rice wine....The original pork taste had been spoiled. (Probably the strong seasonings and rice wine help cover the rotten meat or keep the meat longer in use while exposed in air or if the meats are not well treated.)HKD 29 dollars per dozen of dumplings gives you a  good deli foods. This was the first time I tried the semi buffet 60 mins hotpot.Once we got seated, 60 mins meal time was starting to count even we were not ready to order.Then we rapidly ordered one beef HKD 62 and one pork HKD58. We then chose a beef broth hotpot.  The broth was not hot enough....so...it took around 5 minutes to the boiling point.Boiling the broth and cooking raw foods were wasting our time under this quick meal.Beef and pork were in good quality...portion is okay The unlimited free supply of vegetables were plenty of choices.  Rice and Udon, egg noodles soft drinks and ice creams were pretty adequate.Overall, the ambience was okay.  The only little defect was the time consuming...on cooking foods and boiling the broth..Eating such hasty meal was not comfortable for my stomach...actually I felt my stomach upset after that quick eating.The bill + 10% Service Charge came to our table 10 mins earlier while we were still eating...(  the remaining time before we had to leave)....…Read More

Originally I planned to make a table reservation on this coming Friday night.  However, when I told the staff on phone that I wanted to book a table for two persons.  She replied me that you both walked in without booking... Then I raised a question..what if there was no table for us when we showed up....She just hang up the phone.   Only if you do not mind their service and willing to be mistreated by such ill manner, then it is fine.P.S. Last time, I walked in this restaurant on Saturday but the staff told me there was no table for three persons of us.  Even though I was willing to wait for a table and I asked her how long we could wait for it, the impatient woman then told me that you did not need to wait la....fully booked....Conclusion....: This restaurant will not be in my list anymore no matter how cheap or good it is...…Read More
