I think we just caught them on a bad day. At first, we ordered 5 items, then the waiter says 2 items have sold out. Then 10 minutes later, a waitress comes over to say another item is sold out as well; it happens I guess...most popular items being sold out. Anyway, the food that came was nice. The Aloo Dum starter was nice. The meatballs didn't really have any flavour, just a little spice. Then we topped off with a 2084 burger, that was nice. But the service wasn't great. I raised my hand to place an order, which a waitress acknowledged. She then carries on walking and completely forgets to come back after 5 mins. When it was time to get the bill, the same waitress acknowledged and replied "sure, let me get it for you"... 5 mins later, I start to look around and she comes over again, asking "did you ask for the bill? or you've already paid?". I went for lunch...I asked if the hot water was self serve or I had to order it... the waitress didn't understand and asked me to repeat my question in mandarin. Then, my dad ordered Curry Rice...and I ordered Hainan chicken. Staff said they ran out of chicken. So I ordered a pork chop steak instead. My dad ordered a mushroom veg meal instead. My meal came, and there were 2 pork chop steaks. My dads meal came and it was cold, like it was just taken out of a fridge. So we told a waitress. She asked if we would like her to microwave it....what kind of service is that? Instead, my dad ordered the pork chop meal, the same as mine... when it came, it was only 1 steak! I.e. half the portion if mine! We didn't want to complain again so we rushed our meals and left. Absolutely terrible. I would give this place a minus score if I could. I've been here a few times now. Service is great, the steak tastes good and fulfills my love for fries with their unlimited fries. Just choose how you want your steak cooked and then waitresses comes over to fill your plates with fries. 100% recommend!…查看更多

ordered 2 meals: (1) salad was so unfresh, had to take it back (2) fish and chips.... the batter was so hard on the fish, it could be used as a weapon. For the price range here, I'm not expecting Michelin star. But for me to say "excuse me" to get the waitress' attention, I dont expect the response to be "what?"
