朋友知我未試過法國菜,所以就帶嚟銅鑼灣試吓哩間新開嘅餐廳,一入門口就覺得好靚,怖置到好復古嘅圖書館,而且窗邊可以睇到維港嘅景色,可惜窗邊位已經比人book晒,如果想坐窗邊嘅朋友記得book定先由於第一次食唔知揀咩好就食Tasting menu,有7道主菜,我哋仲叫左2款cocktail試吓,係上主菜前嚟左2款唔同嘅餐包,仲有3款唔同嘅牛油,係上完第3道菜嘅時候,店員仲送上酸酸甜甜嘅佛手柑味雪葩,可以清一清口腔內嘅味道,係每道菜嚟嘅時候,店員都會為我哋介紹一下,另外食食下仲有live music,都幾驚喜,講返野食先,7道主菜如下Japanese Mackerel日式烤鯖魚配柑橘醬油凍同烤菠蘿,第一次食凍嘅鯖魚,唔會腥,仲幾滑,加埋酸酸甜甜嘅燒菠蘿,幾開胃Swiss Barley Soup瑞士大麥湯,紅蘿蔔、牛肉同蔥粒嘅芹菜蘑菇湯,口感豐富Nagasaki Chicken Roulade with Beetroot Salad以低溫煮法嘅雞肉卷配上自家製雞肉慕斯、鵝肝、炒蘑菇和烤開心果,並搭配烤紅菜頭泥、火箭菜沙拉和烤核桃醋汁,估唔到食落好嫩滑Carabinero Red Prawn with Shrimp Roe Noodle原隻紅蝦配搭蝦子麵條、自製紅蝦醬汁、蝦子和紅蝦粉,本身個蝦子麵已經好濃,掛晒啲汁,加埋紅蝦嘅蝦頭有好多膏,味道更加香Sous Vide Black Cod低溫慢煮黑鱈魚,黑鱈魚加入牛奶、西芹、百里香等材料一齊低溫慢煮,黑鱈魚皮脆肉滑Charcoal Grilled As Miyazakigyu Rib Cap炭烤宮崎牛A5等級肋眼肉,配上辣椒、薯蓉同自製燒肉醬,燒到啱啱好,牛肉味濃Glazed Lemon Mousse Cake檸檬慕斯蛋糕,加咗柚子香橙調味,酸酸甜甜,口感清新BlueberryThe Basket of Apples店員介紹佢地嘅cocktail 都係用畫嚟做靈感,我哋就揀左其中2款,都係用whiskey做base,前者用藍莓,後者用青蘋果汁去調配,由於以果味為主,味道帶甜,屬於容易入口…Read More
