香港的市道真的叫人擔心!星期日中午繁忙時間到灣仔某酒店地庫裝修豪華舒適的食肆,居然門庭冷清,整個午餐時段入座的只有三張四人枱和一張坐了六人的大枱。食物方面,教人意外的,是平日要預訂的香茅煙燻脆皮鴿和馬來黑豚肉叉燒都有售,據悉這方面拿手的師傅剛回來了幾天,所以就算我們今天只有兩個人,也都點了這兩個平日難得吃到的菜式,再來一個秘製番石榴和小紅茄的涼菜和馬蹄手打墨魚餅,全都是香口又惹味的特色菜。本來已經吃到撐,但當聽到熱心的侍推介買一送一的紅棗桂圓雪耳糖水時,便馬上點了每人一碗,又係大滿足的一餐。但願這般地方舒適和食物有水準的食肆能夠繼續經營下去吧!…Read More

五一假期翌日是星期五,可能很多打工仔都會攞埋呢一日假連同周末出外參加一個短線旅遊,所以灣仔寫字樓區午飯時間比平日冷清。今天約咗幾位不用上班的姊妹,到久違了的「鐵飯碗」,一嚐性價比高又道地的東方佳餚。我們五個人共點了兩份二人餐,每份都是兩款小菜加兩碗白飯,另加半隻肥仔芽菜海南雞,四個小菜分別為秘製黃桃咕嚕肉、金絲麥皮軟殼蝦、馬來咖喱斑腩和豉汁蘆筍炒雞球。全部小菜的碟頭一點也不欺人,每碟的份量都足夠我們五人分享,最後還點了買一送一的桃膠雪耳紅棗糖水,結果又是吃到撐的一餐!…Read More

自從得知在阿士厘道開業半世紀的日式料理Osaka結業後在尖東富豪酒店重開,一直渴望前往緬懷過去那正宗的日本味道和擠滿食客(特別是日本人)的氣氛。日前終於起行,和家人一行3人去吃午餐,誰知道在酒店一樓兜兜轉轉,走了一圈又一圈也找不到餐廳所在,最後才發現原來餐廳已經轉手三次,三月初連名字也改了⋯⋯雖然餐廳仍然保留原有的和式裝修,但已經是今非昔比,從前的熱鬧氣氛不再,別提日本人,就連食客也少得可憐。食物方面,鐵板燒、刺身、壽司跟和食都應有盡有,而且午餐lunch set的性價比高,二百多元的刺身定食和吞拿魚四色飯的魚和海產都新鮮肥美,而魚生師傅更細心地給我們奉上爽脆的蘿蔔,說是幫忙除去油膩的感覺,而$108的澳洲和牛湯烏冬更是重質又重量,另外還點了當天特價$398的原隻龍蝦,今次捨刺身而選燒的做法,結果上枱時才發現更像芝士焗龍蝦,兩件大大的開邊龍蝦用碟上,還配以刀义給我們,殷勤的侍應向我們解釋餐廳最近引入西式元素,希望可以加強客路,雖然香口味美,但已經不再是日式料理。整體而言,這裡的食材新鮮味美,性價比高,但如果想尋找從前的大阪日本料理就肯定會失望透了⋯⋯…Read More

昨晚在同一酒樓飽餐一頓之後,今晚又懷着期待的心情到來。同樣是7-8位,同樣是菜肉均衡的菜式,但因為今晚的親朋有一半是對蝦蟹和殼類海鮮食物敏感,所以特別點了以下的菜式:第一道是甜糯糯的新菜「桂花山藥」接着是爽脆的手拍黃瓜,再來特別受年輕的幾個歡迎的熱騰騰香噴噴的椒鹽豆腐粒之後的脆皮乳豬單憑外表,也看得出是皮薄肉軟,入口果然給人香脆可口(皮)和嫩滑(肉)的感覺,接著的「香珠海韻」用的是一條兩斤多的虎杉班,白色的部分是完全去骨,新鮮彈牙的魚肉,炸的部分是骨香的做法,十分惹味可口。燒雞皮脆肉嫩,所以雖然大家已經很飽了,仍然禁不住多吃一兩件,吃了不少魚和肉,來個翠綠的「啫啫芥蘭煲」最適合不過。最後是香糯有咬口的蒸紅棗糕。不用說,又是吃到肚子撐的一餐!…Read More
