【#飲食】C+搵食團 || 首嚐另類火鍋湯底 - 尖沙咀同人鍋 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = ms. C 喜愛火鍋的程度,一年無論365日,春夏秋冬都是火鍋時間,想不到吃什麼就是去吃火鍋,最開心就是一大班朋友恰下恰下。一般火鍋配料當然重要,但同樣湯底也能帶出配料鮮味,一般都是豬骨湯、鴛鴦鍋、皮蛋芫茜鍋,今次就和朋友首次去了尖沙咀同人鍋首嚐另類湯底 - 花膠雞湯。 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = 同人鍋位於尖沙咀山林道,識搵食的人士一定知道在哪裡。設有兩款收費, 一款是普通任食火鍋,另一款就是無限時"雞煲海鮮肥牛火鍋"任食,講女搵食團當然選擇後者啦。 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = 同人鍋座位也有很多,而且枱和枱之間都唔會太迫狹,可以和朋友坐得舒舒服,慢慢食慢慢傾。 我們選擇的"雞煲海鮮肥牛火鍋"任食,就是先食雞煲,之後再用花膠雞湯打邊爐。先上熱辣辣雞煲,雞煲可以選擇不同的難度,辣與不辣任君選擇。我們叫了小辣雞煲,雖然是前菜, 但是份量也相對地多,雞肉十分入味,但依然保持雞肉嫩滑。內也有好多配菜例如洋蔥、原粒香蔥,煮到最後更加入味,最後可以配上響鈴或者紅薯粉,連汁也吃光。 朋友經常往返國內,他說也沒有吃到那麼入味而且嫩滑的雞肉,最後服務生告訴我們,他們除了選擇優質的食材外,做法也與外間的不同,是生啫做法,保持雞肉嫩滑質感。 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = 其實食完前菜的雞煲,已經有一點點飽肚,但是要留肚食今晚的主菜花膠雞煲。我們食的任食套餐是可以選擇花膠雞煲,或是原隻龍蝦作為火鍋湯底,我們識食的當然選擇了滋潤花膠湯底。先來花膠湯底,上枱時花膠湯底呈乳白色,內裏有不少花膠,而且還有鯊魚骨,未放任何配料之前,先喝湯頭,湯頭味濃,充滿雞湯的香味。 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = 先看看任食的火鍋配料都想當之多,不過第一輪食材都不用ms. C煩惱,因為餐廳會預先安排第一輪食材。ms. C 的個人建議是先放海產、蘿蔔、粟米、丸類,最後才放肉類。 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = 先送上海鮮拼盤,有蟹棒、花甲、魷魚、鑽石蜆、韓國蠔等,更加有手掌大的蟶子王、鮮鮑魚等,除了蟶子王、鮮鮑魚外,其他東西也可以再次落單。 服務生也很細心,上枱時也有說明蟶子王、鮮鮑魚大約煮多久。蟶子王、鮮鮑魚肉厚新鮮,而其他海產也新鮮,ms. C最愛花甲,多叫了兩份。 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = 其他配料盤就有安格斯肥牛、黑豚肉、豬頸肉、雞肉片等。我們沒有叫太多的重類,只是食了第一輪安排的牛肉。 安格斯肥牛 - 肥瘦均勻,牛肉味濃。 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = 丸類、腸類、餃子的選擇也有很多,這是第一輛由餐廳安排的配料拼盤,大家吃完之後可以再落單其他配料。 其中特別值得推介是墨汁墨魚丸 - 黑色的墨魚丸較為少見,食落幾鮮味,而且食出粒粒墨魚肉。 紫薯水晶包 - 未熟之前是白白的像湯丸,熟了之後就會變成透明的丸子,內裡是香滑紫薯蓉,QQ感重。 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = 同人鍋 || Together Hot Pot 尖沙咀山林道29-31廣利樓1樓及地下4A號舖 …Read More

最近同朋友發現了,原來去油塘三家村,除了食海鮮之外,原來還可以有平正海鮮邊爐 - 蜀府川鍋。蜀府川鍋除了有愛辣人士最愛的四川菜、水煮系列之外,還有冬天少不了的火鍋之選,可能疄近鯉魚門,這裡的海鮮種類非常多,而且是高質素平價之選~先點了原隻大蜆蝦粥底火鍋 - $178,一鍋粥底裡面已有不少大蜆 & 蝦,蜆肉大隻肉厚,蝦肉爽,是新鮮材料。只食光鍋內海鮮,也蠻多。餐前小食價錢不貴,多點幾款也OK泡椒尖筍 - $38 - 顏色白白的,看起來不辣的樣子,不過食完後,辣味慢慢會跑出來,餐前小食開胃挺好另單點了幾款火鍋配料: 海花螺 - $68 - $68 有10多粒,相比之下,較外間其他餐廳多。先用粥底灼熟所有海鮮,簡簡單單,不用點醬,肉厚鮮甜,食花螺的甜味。韓國灰活蜆 - $58 / 份:蜆和粥底真是最好的夥伴,食光粥裡要的蜆,再叫多一盤來熬粥,再追加的蜆都是一樣,煮開了都是肉厚的蜆肉,還有都是沒有沙,贊!新鮮大連活鮑魚 - $28 / 隻:新鮮還活動的鮮鮑魚,不用熟太久,剛灼熟了便可以食,每隻都挺大隻,可以大啖享受鮑魚鮮味食完一晚的海鮮精華上湯,最後加入粥膽,成為一碗綜合美味鮮甜海鮮粥,那個粥味道很濃的海鮮鮮味,多吃幾碗,好滿足!總結:整晚叫的海鮮價格不算太貴,而且份量都多,可以再未試試其他口味的火鍋 / 菜式。…Read More
