雖然我為食帶一點點咀刁,但懶,要我遠行既話除非好好好食,如果唔係請都唔會去~ 而呢間係少數我會放棄'原則'既餐廳😬 唔講大廚幾有經驗,幾有型,煮野幾有heart, 服務員有幾靚女, 幾nice..呢d我都唔會理,對我黎講重點係"好食"!! 因為食過幾次,對佢既食物好信心,就咁決定好友生日飯係到慶祝。 PS.為左唔想一個個朋友咁解釋/介紹,我會一次過咁po出黎,以便唔洗講咁多,叫佢地黎呢到睇就好😬首先,我要講對唔住,因為太餓,無影個餐飽同個湯,米以為係普通野,個飽係大廚自家調配既秘方,出面食唔到,軟熟得黎好有口感,最鐘意芝士味,撕開可以見到有芝士絲連住架。 湯係蘑菇湯,入口陣蘑菇味充滿成個口腔,完全飲到落重料去煲個湯。其實好食既餐廳,唔係得主菜好食就叫好,而係由好多唔起眼處著手,要所提供每樣野都會令客人食晒去,唔剩野先叫好。🤓前菜主菜呢個燴牛尾係我至愛之一,d肉煮到好腍,輕輕一切就開,味濃,墊底既薯肉撈埋d 汁簡單一絕!黑松露大啡菇意大利飯,面頭既黑松露大pat到真係可以拌飯食的,並唔係裝飾咁表面蝦好新鮮,彈牙,仲係三隻大大隻添呀呢到既牛扒係每次黎必點的,質素係出面餐廳賣緊4,5百蚊果d ,只套餐只係兩百!腍得黎夠juicy 同牛味西班牙燒乳豬 (要包場先叫到)呢隻豬不得了,係大廚用左兩日時間黎整!因爲最後先上,大家仲諗住死啦,都飽飽地,隻豬一定食唔晒,點知...我地用行動証明自己錯晒...剩返d骨...😂😂 一d都唔油膩,皮脆,啖啖內,肉質結實,仲好Juicy添😋甜品我地叫左 心太軟,又係清晒,你地知咩事啦,唔洗我多講😆😆😆…Read More
