不愧為米芝蓮一星經典中菜

終於有機會嘗試這一間米芝蓮一星經典中菜!昨天晚上到了大班樓慶祝生日,是他們搬了新地址的第一次!現在就跟大家分享一下昨晚的體驗新裝修當然是比較裝修好了很多!色彩豐富之餘,又不失優雅室內設計師應記一功!菜式方面,第一道菜是荔芋鴨盒。外面酥脆,接着便是有質感的芋泥,鴨是很有鴨香!互相嘅味道很配合!接着就是串燒鮑魚羊卷!這個是一絕!捲在外面的羊肉很有羊的香味!裏面嘅鮑魚烹調得剛剛好!有口感之餘又不會太韌!外邊再加上孜然粉,香味是一絕!接着是一個豬美的菜式!忘記了他的名字!這個又是一絕!保留了豬肉的香味,外面那個酥脆簡直就是一流!再加上那個香梅醬,酸酸甜甜,正好平衡了豬尾的香味!之後就是粉葛鯪魚一口湯。湯的份量是恰到好處,平時如果是一碗碗的,喝完之後便會太飽,沒有空間再吃其他東西了!這個湯很濃郁!很有鯪魚的香味,亦都很順滑!是很傳統健康的中式湯水!我們點了主菜就是花雕陳村粉蒸花蟹!果然是經典菜式!上枱時已經香氣四溢!蟹肉是很嫩滑,剛剛好,一疏疏的!簡直就是大滿足!而陳村粉配上花雕酒做的汁,又是一絕!炸子雞又是一個經典菜式。外皮的趣事不能夠用筆墨來形容的!雞肉嫩滑而我最喜歡的地方是雞肉還粘着一些用來醃雞的醃料,配上香濃的腐乳醬,簡直就是人間美食!而份量亦都是頗大的,我們也吃不完需要打包拿走呢!另外一個主菜就是梅菜扣肉煲仔飯,香甜嘅梅菜配上柔潤的扣肉!又是另外一個滿足之選!另外當服務員幫我們;煲仔飯之後飯焦是會另外上碟的!這個服務是很貼心!接着湯水就是白魚湯瓜絲!濃郁嘅魚湯配上香脆嘅瓜絲及木耳絲!健康之餘又營養豐富!是一個完美的收尾!甜點是甜品三味!經典嘅紅棗糕,綠豆糕及杏仁茶,杏仁茶係我嘅最愛!濃郁的杏仁茶亦都不會太甜!是整個晚餐嘅最好完結!而正如之前提及過,服務是非常貼心。最能體現到之二是上蟹之前,服務員是會預先撕開濕紙巾的包裝!另外便是打包之後,服務員會將紙袋放到客人的隨身袋旁邊。非常之暖心,貼心!唯一美中不足是旁邊有一班扮高級的客人,整晚在大聲叫囂,放聲講粗口,主管應加以勸阻以免影響其他客人之體驗。…查看更多

Went there with a best friend of mine to spend the afternoon with a expected nice tea set but we were quite disappointed on the whole thing. Let's talk about Rosewood Hotel first, the interior design was too much, scent was unpleasant, patterns were everywhere to a point they screams "TOO MUCH" . So unnecessarily over designed. Seats were way to low and deep, it was no so comfy that I had to sit at the edge of the couch. To start, the tea were nice, very fresh and fragrant. Then it came with the finger sandwiches. The salmon one and crab roe one were nice, the other two were pretty forgettable.Foie Gras mini tart was the highlight of them all, texture of Foie Gras was so smooth and the pastry was crunchy, the textures were contradict while complementing each other.The soup was very much like canned pumpkin soup which was supposed to be a truffle soup.  Then came with the Cherry-shape and chocolaty ones, I don't even remember the names or the tastes of them, you can guess how memorable they are. Just remember dry ice everywhere. Then was the four-piece cakes dish. Marshmallow one and Napoleon were great ! Love them, the other two, again, I forgot. Came to the end was the bread basket and assorted chocolate/ snack box, we were too full that we can't eat anymore... took away for later. I would suggest them to focus at the quality or the food instead of the quantity and the gimmicks. Yea, some of them were instagrammable but very disappointing after that instagram post. Also, for the service, as a 6 stars hotel, they failed. They were doing it as the needed to do it, it's not from their DNA and the bottom of their hearts to serv. Say for instant, they presented two desserts at the same time but they gave you only one fork. Am I suppose to use the same fork for two completely different tasted dessert? Then my friends asked for some milk for her tea, but then they gave you the milk without the stirrer... These are the tiny little things that they need to improve. By comparison to some other hotel like Hyatt and Marriotts, they still have a long way to go.  Washroom, you need to pass through the back door looking door to go there, again, design issue. Washroom itself was nice, but the hand cream and hand soap didn't have any tags on them for differentiation... AND! they needed to be hand pumped... come on, it's 2024...   …查看更多

同朋友去咗呢間新開嘅餐廳食中菜,發現呢度係將中式設計和食物嘅當代優雅重新定位!一入門口已經被室內設計吸引,好簡單好低調好優雅嘅設計,反而令我有好舒服嘅感覺!枱同枱中間嘅空間好闊,座位亦都好舒服!四周圍放置咗好多鮮花擺設同埋盆景,再加上實木嘅中式傢俬,係一個好嘅配搭!簡潔嘅主色調,再加上孔雀藍點綴!令人覺得好有品味好高雅!再講食物,小籠包皮薄,裏面嘅湯很鮮甜。而陳醋嘅香氣跟裏面嘅鮮肉係一個絕佳嘅配搭!醉鴿嘅擺盤好精緻!花雕酒嘅香氣基本上係一上枱已經聞到!而鴿本身亦都好有鴿肉嗰種獨有嘅香氣!都係一個唔錯嘅選擇!而酒糟四寶包括咗毛豆,豬肚,蝦同埋鴨舌。每一樣嘢都做得好精緻,味道亦都好到位!唔會話過鹹或者係味道唔夠。同醉鴿一樣,嗰個花雕酒嘅香氣真係一流!跟住就係蘿蔔白鯽魚湯,魚湯極濃!黑椒味好香!好有飲胡椒豬肚湯嘅感覺!而蘿蔔絲同埋白鯽魚佢會幫你喺湯度攞上嚟,作為一個小菜,亦都係鮮甜美味嘅!但係講到佢招牌嘅紮五花肉,就有一啲遜色了!肉質比較嚡,而豬皮上面嘅豬毛佢只係燒乾淨,但係忘記咗皮入邊仲會有毛髮嘅根,所以其實佢應該係用鉗掹乾淨而唔係就咁燒乾淨就算數,不過個汁係好味嘅。講到黃鱔,佢有兩個選擇一個係用韭黃炒,另外一個就係黑椒蒜頭,我哋就選擇咗黑椒蒜頭,因為比較特別!喺出邊冇咁容易食到!果然冇選擇錯!佢個黑椒爆香到一個點係你夾起舊黃鱔肉擺入口嗰一刻即刻會有黑椒嘅香味滲出嚟,然後先至到蒜頭嘅香味,而鱔肉自己本身亦都好有彈性好新鮮!汁醬亦都做得唔錯。唔會太甜或者太鹹,味道亦都唔會太濃!所以呢個係一個好出色嘅菜!到最後講甜品,綠豆糕果然係非常之古早味,外皮嘅綠豆蓉亦都唔會好乾,係微濕潤嘅!食落口之後好順喉唔會成口都係粉咁!另外一個南瓜嘅糕點就比較普通,唔係唔好食,不過就係普通味道!冇乜特別!所以如果講甜品我會推介綠豆糕多啲!食物質素係高嘅!當然亦都有可以再改善嘅地方,但係第一次嘅體驗亦都係滿意嘅!尤其是服務,所有服務員都好親切好貼心!上菜嘅時候會好細心咁同你講解每一道菜嘅食法同埋材料,呢個係值得讚嘅一個地方!…查看更多

六月的時候,本來已經想和家人人在這裏慶祝生日,但是訂座已經滿了,在看接下來的一個月都是爆滿的!所以今次在一個月之前已經訂位才訂到今晚的晚餐!這裏最出名的是北京填鴨及叉燒,所以今晚就試試吧!酒店餐廳一貫的坐得舒適,座位寬敞有空間感!不會太擠迫!天花樓底很高,沒有壓迫感!服務也是很細心很周到的!食物敏感和自拍家庭照他們也會照顧到你的需要!果然是凱悅的細心質素!先講北京填鴨,每一個部份的不同食法,他也會解釋得很清楚!例如胸皮點砂糖吃,胸肉和鴨腿肉都是用海鮮醬包的等等。 皮是入口即化的!而肉卻是有適量的油脂而肉汁很多,鮮嫩不會乾!連那片包填鴨的皮也是很薄,很細心地每一層都用牛油紙分開可以睇到做功和服務的細心!接住落嚟當然係要講佢最出名嘅叉燒啦!我哋今晚點了半肥瘦叉燒!入口即化,有適量的脂肪而不會太油膩!叉燒的豉油汁也是鹹甜適中!微溫嘅叉燒,簡直就係人間極品!再點了一個炒五秀素菜, 材料不是我們常見的蔬菜,很特別又很清新!值回票價的!酒店級小籠包做得好應該是基本吧!小籠包的皮是很薄的,內裏的湯也是有很多!但唯一需要改善的是包與包之間放得太貼了!很容易黐住就會弄穿!但是食味也是非常之好的 !最後叫了一個楊州炒飯。不要看輕那個楊州炒飯!他們說明飯是之前一晚煲落的!懂得炒飯的人,也知道炒飯是要用隔夜飯!這點他們也細心地照顧到!內裏的材料也很豐富!有金華火腿,蝦仁,帶子等!非常出色的一個炒飯!甜品點了蛋白咋喳紫米露和鳳梨山楂酥!兩個都做得非常之好!蛋白咋喳紫米露的蛋白滑得像豆腐花!而鳳梨山楂酥的酸甜味道也是平衡得非常之好!整體而言這個晚餐的質素是非常之高!…查看更多

A Delightful Birthday Dinner

My best friend selected this Italian restaurant for my birthday dinner and it was a delightful and joyful night there. Located on the 3/F or K11 Musea, the restaurant is finely designed and having a chill, relax vibe for us to enjoy our dinner. The set was a semi buffet which the restaurant offered free flow of a selection seafood & appetiser. We loved the oysters as it was not that kind of very meaty, creamy oyster but crunchy and light. It was freshly opened when we ordered that so it was very tasty. For the seafood, Mussels & clams are fresh and were in great quality while the prawn were slightly over cooked. I like the way they cut the Canadian Whelk, seasoned them mayo and other spices and served in a shot glass. This's shown that they thought through the experience as Canadian Whelk are basically tasteless.  Of course, there salad bar was good too! Besides the fresh and crunchy veggie and salad choices, The cold cuts were great  as well especially the Parma ham, it was so smoky and fragrant but without the weird taste of the aged, dried ham. I like the baby octopus salad as well as it was not a usual item for the other restaurants.  Besides the above, there were also unlimited barbecued rib eye steak and lamb shrank. I don't usually eat beef so I had quite a few slices of lamb. Tender, juicy and fresh! It is really hard to achieve this kind of texture while the chef needed to cook through the shrank. Love it!As it was a semi buffet, the set came with a main course for each customer and we ordered Spicy Salami Pizza, Pork Shoulder in apple sauce and lobster spaghetti. Pork Shoulder was so tender and juicy, the apple sauce balance out the taste of the savoury, meaty taste of the pork shoulder while brought out the charred  taste of the slightly barbecued outside of it. The lobster spaghetti was good too, pasta was al dente, tomato sauce was great as it was not very sour and light, but to make it perfect, the lobster should be cooked a few mins less. Surprisingly, the pizza was a problem. Might be the chemical reaction between the black olive and the cheese, it had a very distinct pungent which might not be accepted by everyone, we didn't find that work very well so it was not suggested. Selection of dessert can be improved but there was still enough choices of fresh cut fruit so it was good enough!We have chosen free flow wine package and the white wine was pretty good, refreshing and light. 如題,阿媽話唔想煮,所以老豆提意試新嘢。坐低,一睇就知呢度係做街坊Grade, 所以default咗對服務同食物都唔好咁高要求。但係有驚喜喎,下面就講吓啲嘢食先啦。阿媽話好餓所以叫個八爪魚食先。終於係返八爪魚天然色! 唔係染成橙紅色嗰啲。味無咁濃同無咁甜,幾爽口同幾香麻油味,OK! 係少咗啲,不過是但啦,去爭先買外賣同一個價錢得五隻,呢度算好抵。再講下個人蔘雞湯,足料!有半隻雞,有蔘鬚!用鐵鍋上keep到個溫度,味濃淡適中,琴晚凍凍哋飲好正,係雪耳少咗啲,可能煲溶哂。加十蚊可以有個珍珠米飯添。溫泉蛋石鍋飯,正呀!冬天良伴!足料,一撈完個溫泉蛋同個汁,個石鍋吱吱聲啲煙上哂黎香噴噴!豬腩片好夠咪又多汁,銀魚仔令成件事個質感同層次豐富咗好多,再加埋其他配菜,好正,個溫度仲keep到成餐飯添!野菜炒年糕屬正常發揮,年糕唔錯,幾煙靭,個汁都好出色,用紫洋蔥好惹味!炒炒絲就真係好正常,無乜特別,好食嘅。我仲叫咗杯洋薏米柑桔蜜,爆甜!重手到可以加暖水一杯變兩杯 lol 。抵咗!lol 服務唔講啦,唔差嘅,正常茶記服務囉。咁嘅價錢同免加一,唔好要求人哋當你皇帝咁服侍。價錢,抵到喊!一家三口飽到爆炸先係三百頭!其實叫少個餸二百幾都夠。所以話唔想煮飯落街食都可以係一個唔錯嘅選擇。…查看更多

帶咗幾個外國朋友去我近期至愛邊爐,Happy Lamb 度打邊爐,又抵又好味,地方又乾淨舒服,冷氣充足,唔會成身邊爐味,真係可以個個星期去。之前去開中要怡紅院,係高質好味嘅,但係每次都起碼$700幾落樓,真係只可以一個月一次。 lol 講吓Happy Lamb 啲嘢食, 湯底好重要,我哋叫咗酸辣,茄湯,同清湯。清湯好味,個酸辣唔太辣,唔會辣到你食唔到啲嘢食個味,但係重點係個茄湯,好飲到痴線,我哋係咁飲佢個湯,飲到人哋要勁同我哋加 lol ,強烈推介。我哋全部都係羊肉愛好者所以我哋叫哂羊,好嫩好鮮,唔會粗質難咬,每片都厚薄適中。其中我的至愛係圖中砌成花形嗰個(唔記得係咩部位),嗰個羊味最濃,擺盤好精緻仲有乾冰效果,班外國朋有最開心 lol。手打三滑都好正!墨魚同蝦滑勁彈牙,Mutton ( 年紀大啲嘅羊,唔知中文點叫 )丸超正!!! 其他配菜都新鮮乾淨,decent 嘅! 重點係 : 羊肉串!!! 不得了! 肥瘦適中,有肉汁又有咬口,仲要係熱辣辣新鮮燒,食到停唔到!呢價價呢個質素,我真係諗唔到有咩好彈,真心要去試呀你哋。…查看更多

Fabulous B'day Brunch For One Of My Best Friends

To celebrate my best friend's birthday, I have decided to book Porterhouse for his birthday brunch which I wanted to try for a long time. Interior design of the restaurant was on point elegantly luxury, not over decorated or anything.  Service was amazing, we were well seated and served immediately with champagne ( refilled automatically non stop throughout our meal ). Server were all very nice and cheerful. For the food, let's discuss that dish by dish. There are a lot of selections for the salad bar. Very fresh and clean, and it was a good start of our brunch.  Lobster was ok. Slightly overcooked but totally understand for the hygiene reason.  For the high light, the oysters, it was a little bit small but it was fresh a crunchy, full of the taste of ocean, had half a dozen of them and was very satisfied.   One of my favourite was the crispy pork belly. That was heaven! the skin was super crunch while the meat was still juicy and well seasoned. It's a very good choice for those people who doesn't eat beef like me. Surprisingly, they offered steamed abalone as well. The timing was perfect so that it was tender and not too chewy, seasoned with classic Chinese soya sauce with spring onion, garlic, I'm very happy with that !The carbonara was a little bit let down as the sauce  was very watery and obviously it was not authentic that they put cream in it. Desert was ok. Highlight was the ice cream they made in house, smooth, very vanilla-y, love that!One more thing was that as we seat quite close to the food counters, there was a very strong smell from the seafood counter and hope this can be improved. 新年之後疫情數字一路高企,成兩個月冇出街食飯,因日疫情數字開始回落,就同阿爸阿媽去沙田凱悅酒店嘅Cafe放鬆一下。之前兩老生日已經嚟過一次,佢哋都好鍾意!所以今次都繼續食呢一間!貪佢近,價錢又合理!先講餐廳內嘅室內設計。樓底高,座位亦都唔算密!坐得都好舒服!又有自然光喺落地玻璃度透入嚟!冷氣嘅流通一流!外面仲有一個露天平台,可以出去曬吓太陽吹下自然風,都幾寫意!佢哋嘅防疫措施仲做到好足,喺攞嘢食嘅範圍分咗出口同入口,唔係好似平時咁樣可以四周圍都出出入入,然之後喺個入口嗰度佢哋特登搵咗個staff企響度幫每一個入去攞嘢食嘅客人唧hand sanitizer! 你唔可以唔用!佢會追住你叫你消毒雙手!先講Appetizer!老實講種類選擇都係正正常常,唔算太多嘅!但係好就係好在佢每一樣嘅質素都好好,魚生海鮮都係超新鮮!佢嘅蝦係好甜食落口有咬口嘅!三文魚刺身超肥美!仲有帶子刺身都係五蚊銀咁大個!原粒上唔會同你開半!仲有馬刀貝壽司係驚喜!佢啲翡翠螺好細心咁樣幫你掹咗殼!仲連螺尾嗰啲內臟都幫你清埋!呢一個細心值得讚!真係貴精不貴多!然後再講熱食!有好多都唔會喺出邊啲自助餐見到嘅嘢,好似有鹹菜豬肚湯啦!呢個真係勁好飲,好飲到一個點我要飲咗三碗!仲有蕃茄薯仔湯,個味勁住家!佢個玉豆炒帶子先至係一絕!有新鮮淮山,勁清新!燒鵝同叉燒都好好食!唔怪得呢間凱悅嘅中菜咁出名!仲有酸菜魚同埋同埋蒜蓉蒸龍躉!啱晒我至鍾意食魚嘅老竇!嘩!差啲唔記得講佢個鹹蛋黃炸魚皮!痴線!我都唔知點解會咁好食!利申我係冇收錢做宣傳嘅,但係佢個鹹蛋黃炸魚皮真係堅好食唔係同你講笑!但係佢嘅西式熱食就真係遜色咗少少,選擇唔算多,都幾普通,但係佢個燒羊假真係一絕!我叫六成佢真係做到六成俾我!勁tender! 我仲要講埋佢用嗰個Mustard !佢個Mustard好好食呀!真係好想問佢用邊個牌子!對上一次有燒肉眼扒,我同我媽唔食牛,但係根據我老竇所講係好食嘅!仲有個廚師推出嚟喺你面前切,做到好高級嗰個感覺!佢啲 cold cut都係好食嘅!Parma Ham同埋Salami 都好有水準,連喺出邊食自助餐有八成機會會中伏嘅煙三文魚都好好食呀!最鍾意佢個沙律有柚子大蝦沙律!佢啲柚子真係成楷成楷咁樣放喺度俾你拎!真係食到好開心!好!到講甜品嘅時間喇!佢嘅甜品選擇都算多!有Waffle雪糕Sorbet ,佢啲cake都好精緻!上次有個Mandarin Mousse同白桃Mousse都好好食!但係都唔夠今次個拿破崙好食!佢個酥皮做得好鬆化,然之後中間啲吉士可以啱啱好唔太甜!據我阿媽同埋我老竇嘅報告,佢個芒果蛋糕同埋佢個香橙蛋糕都好好食!個蘋果批就爭少少,個餅皮有啲硬!一個咁有質素嘅自助午餐,佢而家做緊八折,我哋一家三個人去食都只不過係$1200有找!價錢勁合理!仲有要讚下佢哋啲Staffs! 服務細心,又有禮貌,收碟速度理想!果然係高級酒店質素!搵日再去過先!*呢個食評入邊啲相我會放一啲上次去嘅相!因為有啲嘢我想一次過同大家分享!…查看更多

熱情待客有水準的韓國晚餐

今天晚上和三位好友相約晚膳,我們都發現大家很久沒有食過韓國燒烤,便決定到此享負勝銘的韓國菜餐廳。我們一行四人,叫了一個豬腩肉套餐,還另加了一個韓國炒年糕,海鮮煎餅,醬油雞及一份豬排,配以Draft Beer,簡直就是絕配!先說那個豬腩肉套餐,豬腩肉的鮮度滿分!那個上菜方法簡直就是霸氣!一整排的豬腩肉分開不同味道,有韓式辣汁味,咖喱味,黑椒味等等,簡直就是一放上枱面我們也"嘩"了出來!個人比較喜歡咖喱味和黑椒味,但其他味道也相當不錯!如果不想太油膩便可以用他們附送的新鮮蔬菜包着吃,吃起來多了一份清新感,可以平衡一下腩肉的油脂。再說我們另加的一份豬排。和腩肉一樣也是很新鮮,配以洋蔥和南瓜,但是在烹調的過程中也開始香氣撲鼻,這塊豬排是沒有醃的,所以肯定是頂級貨色,果然吃起來非常好吃,配以此店獨有的醬料來吃,簡直就是美味頂級享受!另外醬油雞也是十分出色,雞肉很鮮嫩,醬油和洋蔥醃料的味道也恰到好處,唯一的缺點就是雞肉比較鬆散濺起來的時候很容易散開一小件一小件,比較難控制。再談他們的熱食,海鮮煎餅就比較普通,但是味道也不錯。炒年糕相對相當出色,那個辣味是漸漸滲出來的!相當香口!而辣汁的味道也恰到好處不是太甜也不是大濃!吃起來的時候還吃得到年糕的米香味。順帶提一下他們的前菜是無限refill的,我們也refill了很多次泡菜!因為真的是很好吃!還有他們的新鮮蔬菜也是可以refill的!還有他們很自動自覺的幫我們玩那個鐵板,服務真的是好到不得了!我們四個人吃吃喝喝,很開心的談了一個晚上!食物連啤酒的價錢也不過是三百多元!是一個性價比很高的選擇!值得推薦!…查看更多

After beach day on a public holiday, we came to this little cozy place for dinner in a group of 4.We were arranged to sit at the terrace-like table at the entrance with air con from the inside and a little bit of fresh air from the out side together with this chill and relax mood, combining with sing along throw back tunes as a back ground, we instantly feel like home.We have ordered some traditional dishes recommended by the welcoming staff.First came was the salad of course, rocket salad, as fresh as it looked. The vinegar dressing was the whole point. Aromatic but too over sour to cover the fresh sweet taste of the greens.Second dish was the Calamari, probably the best in town! Crispy batter with lots of seasoning mixed in, tender squid, freshly fried which was really hot together with the truffle ranch !!! Oh my dear lord ! We were that close to double order it ! Then the eggplant penne which is my favourite, the homemade-like tomato sauce and the al dente pasta were the best combination. You can even add a few drops of their self infused  chilli oil to add a kick to the pasta! The third dishes came was the Meat balls spaghetti, which was the boys favourite! The meat balls were perfectly baked and fried, a little crisp on the outside and then super juicy in the inside. The spaghetti was, once again, al dente! Perfect together with the same sauce of the penne! ( yes, we have chosen 2 pasta in tomato sauce as we didn't want something heavy like a white sauce after a tanning 5 hours tanning session on the beach )Here we come the pizza, 14"! Massive pizza with a very reasonable price point! We have picked Italia, which was a classic mixed with salami and cheese. We have added parma ham on top and it was seriously fresh off the oven! Great cheese pull, tomato sauce balanced out the grease of the salami and the cheese, crispy thin crust was everybody's favourite! Perfectly ended with a slide of warm chocolate cake, which was very, very, very chocolaty! 上週趁一連四天公眾假期,天氣不俗便和幾位好朋友到山頂放鬆一下,疫情好了點便去呼吸一下新鮮空氣吧。上到山頂第一件事就是醫肚。Openrice 了這家中高檔的Fusion 中菜金玡居,便來試試。室內裝修精緻,坐得舒服不太迫。我們被安排坐在Outdoor Terrace位置,有陽光加微風十分寫意。我們點了兩個小吃,兩個麵,兩杯飲料 ( 兩個人,因為限聚令,另外兩個朋友限小孩要分枱坐 )。先說第一個小吃。蝦醬炸雞翼。我們起初還怕蝦醬味太濃,但幸好只有淡淡的蝦醬香,很入味。雞翼炸的外脆內嫩,Size適中很易入口。第二個小吃是鹽酥雞。同樣可口出色,雞內很多汁入味,配以伴碟的薄荷葉,更中和了炸物之油膩感。主菜是泰金玡居式豬頸肉拌麵。這個真是不得了,一上枱便聞到一種很香的味道,很熟識但說不出是什麼,拉麵的麵質煙靭有咬口,豬頸肉多汁香口,加上泰式醬料簡直是一流!更附上一隻櫻花溫泉蛋作拌麵之用,令入口更香更滑。和經理傾談之中說起那種香味,原來是牛油!哈哈,想不到通常用於意大利粉的牛油配拉麵的效果出奇地好!我朋友的主菜是牛肉麵,她說還好,但有一點太辣,下次叫微辣吧!我的飲料是薄荷檸檬梳打。不要以為是個四處都有的簡單貨,在這裡當然不會是平時喝慣的那種。他們混入了泰國橘子汁!整件事立即特別起來!朋友則叫了個冬瓜茶,在陽光下特吃消暑清新。有個東西可以再做好一點就是上菜。上各個主菜的時間可以拉近些,我們就不用等太久就可以一起吃了。整體都是美滿的一個午餐。 …查看更多

The restaurant is still running under private condition and only accepts orders for take away pizza. Went there with my best friend to cure Saturday pizza crave. First of all, let’s talk about the decoration. The one thing which stood out for us was the La Camionetta, aka, The Truck. The VW truck facade was cleverly implemented into the bar counter which created an iconic personality for the restaurant. Natural, cozy, warm and friendly decorated space with double ceiling height matched the passionate personality of the Italian/ French couple owners who radiated sunshine all day. We have ordered 2 take away pizzas which were La Fantastica and La Quattro Stagioni. As it’s name, La Fantastica can easily be everyone’s favorite. The generously placed topping ( Parma ham, Rocket Salad, Fior di Latte, etc.) balanced out with the not-so-sour Tomato Sauce and Balsamic Glaze perfectly, nothing is better than a freshly baked pizza for a Netflix and Chill Night with your best friends! Then, the La Quattro Stagioni. Same as the La Fantastica, it’s freshly baked. ( yes, they make and bake every pizza fresh, so you need to wait for your take away ) This was one of the recommended pizzas from the owner it’s totally worth it! I love how the taste of Herbed cooked Ham, Artichoke, Mushroom and Taggiasche Olives blended together. And that was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! Chatted with the owner while waiting she said that they are so picky when it comes to the ingredients. Even the flour for the dough, it has to be the exact type of flour comes from Italy/ France so it can have the perfect texture and chewiness and not too grainy. The owner also gifted us a jar of Tiramisu which was made with her mom’s recipe from Italy. It’s the best Tiramisu I have every had, the moisture and sweetness were not over-done so that it’s firm and not being too mooshy. When you opened the lid of the jar, the scent of coffee just waken you up right away! By the way, you need to order that in advance as they said if you walk in, there will only be a few left or even sold out by 5/6pm. A friend came over to have lunch with me near my office so we picked this little contemporary restaurant. The decoration of it was fresh, contemporary and comfy. Under the coronavirus situation, the precautions of hygiene they took was very detail, every guest will be provided 1:49 bleach for their shoes, and alcohol hand sanitizer for their hands, extra napkins will be provided for the masks while guests were eating. Let’s talk about food. Mushroom soup is very rich and fragrant. A dash of cream was added on top as a decoration and it made the soup even smoother. I have ordered Creamy chicken risotto with assorted mushroom. Risotto was perfectly cooked, cream sauce was light so that you will not be stuffed by the sauce itself. Chunky chicken pieces were added and I loved the crunchiness and chewiness from the mushrooms. Garnished with Chili decor, it have given the dish a little bit of kick. My friend ordered Pan seared ahi tuna spaghetti in Japanese fusion style. It looked amazing! The spaghetti was also very smooth and creamy, but the tuna itself was a little bit too salty, would be great if they can make it less salty. The free drink was Pineapple green tea with chia seeds. 爸爸就快生日,本來訂了自助餐但酒店通知我們因疫情關係取消了,所以就選擇了在家附近吃這家新開的餐廳。因為爸爸媽媽都很喜歡吃海南雞飯,聽說這間餐廳的海南雞飯是聞名的,所以就前來一試。先說店內的裝修及設計,地方寬敞,富現代感和清新的設計,令人坐得舒服之餘也有一點開心的感覺。設計及用料均見心思,明亮整潔,餐具更有可愛的小公雞圖案!先說晚市六點後特價的一個咖喱牛腩飯,咖喱有濃郁的椰香味,微辣幼滑,牛腩很稔及入味,用一個沙煲盛載上枱,配以煙靭的白飯,精緻得來又好吃!已$39的價錢來說,簡直可以說是超值!再說馬拉盞炒通菜。炒得很香,蒜蓉香配以馬拉盞的香味再加上爽脆的通才及微微的辣味,可以算是出色的!再說我很久沒有吃過的泰式酸辣鳳爪。這是我很喜歡的一道泰國菜,酸味、甜味、辣味配合得非常好!在這個潮濕的春天裏面,可以吃一道醒胃的涼菜,真是很幸福!而且份量是很大的!我們三個人都沒有吃完整碟,還可以打包回家!超值!再說招牌海南雞飯。那碗油飯的飯是煮得很好的,軟硬適中煙靭及帶雞油香,還有炸蒜蓉在面!是很有誠意的一碗飯!海南雞做得很嫩滑!連我對食物很有要求的媽媽也讚不絕口!最重要的還有那個美味的酸辣汁和甜豉油!這些微細部份都是很口餐廳大廚的功夫!最後一題的是每個套餐都會跟一碗湯!那碗湯是用海南雞的雞湯煲的!也是可以看得出這家餐廳對食物的要求及配搭很有心思的象徵!順帶一提,現在是外賣自取八折的!不想煮飯的日子定會再來買外賣!…查看更多
