話說今日去Tony Wong攞訂好左嘅蛋糕,不過攞左又要等媽媽揸車過黎接我🚗,由於廢事喺街行下行下Fing到/撞到個蛋糕⚡️,所以就坐低叫左一件cake試下。成個Display櫃嘅蛋糕對於作為甜品控🍩嘅我當然每件都好吸引,不過得一個胃,一間又仲要食飯,只好揀左外表夠哂少女👸🏻,又係最新出嘅Ruby Diamond💎。唔講味道,剩係賣相已經完勝✨,粉紅色💓嘅朱古力外殼,再加上有金箔裝飾💰嘅榛子做點綴,影相呃like一流。朱古力係濃度唔高嘅牛奶朱古力🍼,甜而不膩,裡面係榛子同朱古力慕絲,好似食緊高級版kinder繽紛樂🍫,當然質感會幼滑得多。至於生日蛋糕,今次揀嘅係Mango Napoleon,用芒果砌花當然唔係咩新鮮事,但我特別中意佢用半圓嘅芒果粒喺側邊襯托中間嘅四朵花🌼,成件事grand得啱啱好,唔會太累贅。切蛋糕嘅時候,用隨盒嘅膠刀會比較難切,建議用金屬刀🍴就唔會切到散收收。切嘅時候感覺餅身好硬,但係食落竟然非常鬆脆🎉,果然我嘅擔心係多餘嘅。屋企人每食一啖,就講一句好好味😋,連本身唔食拿破崙嘅我,都對呢樣甜品改觀。Tony Wong果然係名不虛傳嘅甜品大師!🎂…Read More
