接近兩點去完朋友屋企準備打道回府,心血來潮想食壽司,去番之前食過嘅立鮨,直入餐廳唔駛等位,眼見「我推的壽司」大排長龍。坐低望師父嘅bar台位,QR code落單,點咗六件壽司,火炙三文魚、火炙帆立貝、火炙左口魚、鰻魚、海膽蟹肉、劍魚腩,上菜速度合理,味道一流。食完唔夠滿足點多三件,包括兩件火炙鯛魚同鰻魚,咁就真係大滿足啦,滿口火炙後嘅魚油,價錢就唔可以同連鎖果啲比,不過食材用料分別都食得出,個人同時偏好醋米同好討厭排隊,一定好評。…Read More

午飯時間,路過觀塘又想食雞飯,決定到中海日升行一轉,中心前面街舖紅茶依然條人龍都係咁長,不過目標今次唔係佢,而係地下要推門行入少少嘅粉紅水門雞。已經唔係第一次食呢間水門雞,不過今次一個人嚟終於唔駛面壁食飯。要用手機落單,但係信號依然超差,唔知係我個台問題定個個台一樣,不過佢有另一個選擇就係先響收銀order後搵位。照舊order水門雞飯,不過今次收銀靚姐問我要配雞軟骨定配湯,原來餐牌改咗水門雞飯變咗套餐。我對冬瓜湯嘅愛不及雞軟骨,所以選擇雞軟骨再配泰式奶茶。雞軟骨嚟到食完都唔記得影相,簡單描述下,有六粒,大小不一,有一層炸漿包住,有少少椒鹽調味,入口唔知食緊炸漿定軟骨,突然間我覺得我還是愛冬瓜湯多啲。水門雞飯每次都有驚喜,驚嘅係油飯嘅質感,試過硬嘅又有軟嘅又試過軟到黏埋一舊嘅,咁同一個飯煲煮出嚟嘅飯處於唔同位置都有分別,我都明嘅。今次嚟到嘅係我鍾情果隻中性嘅口感,飯嘅調味始終保持到水準,油飯油味唔重似香茅飯多少少香口美味。水門雞依然都係果隻硬度同乾爽程度,唔好拎佢同皮同肉中間有層啫喱果隻海南雞比較,肉質都唔係水嫩果隻,泰國地道水門雞都唔係賣呢兩點架啦。喜嘅又係我嚟呢度個原因-雞醬,佢配雞,令到雞昇華,佢配飯,可以食多碗飯果隻,酸蒜辣調配洽到好處。用膠袋裝嘅泰色奶茶相對仿間賣緊嘅冇咁甜,可以一試,茶香奶濃,不過下一次我都係選擇其他飲品試下,唔好飲嚟飲去都係泰奶先得。…Read More

葵芳難得一間拉麵店,冇睇Menu就入店,坐低後見到Menu果刻,我睇到一個位,思考咗好耐都唔係好明,真叉燒?點分真叉燒同叉燒,基於好奇點了丸京拉麵$100配小蝦干醬油清湯另加$12。拉麵到咗果時我第一眼完全分唔出真叉燒同叉燒外觀上有咩分別,唔講咁多肚餓,試試個湯底,湯底有蝦味,起初以為就咁蝦油去帶出蝦味,點知原來湯底下有大量櫻花蝦,咁有誠意加分。麵冇得選擇硬度,食落似平時「普通」口感,對於偏好「硬」嘅我都可以接受。真叉燒與叉燒係有分別嘅,真叉燒屬於慢煮叉燒,唔似叉燒有火炙過嘅黑色邊,食落味道分別唔算好大,不過肉嘅份量就好大,menu寫每樣有三塊,但上碗時見到又唔止呢個數,定係佢計重量?唔理啦,總知啱晒食肉獸嘅我,叉燒因為薄切關係,口感唔會話有肉汁鎖住嘅感覺,肉面都偏乾身,浸湯再食會好味啲。賽後檢討:如果唔係太大食,叫一個豚骨拉麵就夠,份量都偏大碗,性價比就見人見智。食緊同食完我都飲咗唔少水,可能個湯底都有少少濃要沖番淡,響葵芳呢個地方有間拉麵店算唔錯,個價錢就進取咗少少,如果唔一定要食拉麵的話,我都會過番隔離葵廣掃街。…Read More

夜晚一家入三聖邨楊合利買海鮮再搵嘉彩代工慶生。海鮮類:- 清蒸大海斑蒸嘅火喉控制得啱啱好,魚肉唔會話太鞋,可能魚本身邊大條,近魚骨中心位置有少少未完全熟,不過可以接受。- 陳皮蒸澳洲鮑魚鮑魚本身厚身偏大隻,酒樓代工時已經將內臟除掉,值得一讚,鮑魚肉厚爽,少少陳皮配豉油味,主要食材料本身味道。- 台灣蠔兩食炸蠔,粉漿應該只加少鹽同胡椒粉做調味,炸完都唔覺得好鹹,炸完蠔身唔會好乾身,蠔入面仲有少少海水味道,桶蠔嚟計算唔錯。薑蔥蠔,配煲仔上,保持蠔嘅溫度,調味適中,因為人數上關係,放棄咗蠔嘅大小,不過廚房處理得唔錯,冇影響到整體感覺。- 蒜蓉蒸扇貝/蒜蓉開邊蒸蝦廚房簡單處理,材料新鮮,所以味道一流,值得留意開邊蒸蝦係見唔到蝦腸,即刻Like。- 豉椒炒聖子蘇格蘭聖子響海鮮檔時已經非常生猛,煮出嚟都冇縮水,都有番咁上下Size,質感爽口彈牙,煎米粉底先係重點。- 焗蟹遲來的焗蟹,開邊果時發現都非常多膏,有一隻更有流心效果,打開蟹嘅一刻更發現四隻都係重皮蟹,實屬靚嘅品質。- 龍蝦湯飯南澳龍蝦一隻煮一個湯飯,配以脆米,湯鮮甜,冇再額外調味都夠味,更有多種口感。海鮮湯- 海鮮大雜燴配,有驚喜,湯底係有多種魚配瀨尿蝦嘅味道,瀨尿蝦肉記得唔好浪費,煲完湯都仲係好夠味。酒樓提供:燒鵝半隻、南瓜炆芋頭、清炒白菜、炸芝麻包、壽包酒樓環境尚算唔錯,就算十三人一圍都尚有空間,服務員態度不錯,一直有跟進換碟。十三人埋單不用五千,絕對有機會要再嚟。…Read More

平日嘅夜晚,經過長沙灣,搵下有咩抵食嘅地方叫小菜食,發現呢間冰室小菜館,招牌光猛,非常吸睛。- 冰室白灼蝦(半斤)$48大約有十六隻,體型屬中等偏細,肉質尚算飽滿彈牙,味道新鮮,配上辣椒豉油更惹味。- 清蒸盲鰽$56 跟餐有白飯餐飲蒸嘅時間剛剛好,肉質新鮮可口,口感一流,配薑蔥蒸腩部位置都唔太腥,骨都唔算多,同埋骨肉分明,唔識食魚/唔識lun骨嘅朋友都可以一試。- 紅燒火腩豆腐煲$96上菜時熱辣辣,個煲發出滋滋聲響,聽聲都知有幾熱,除咗字面嘅材料外,都會有蔥條蒜子同埋菇,增加味道層次同口感,醬汁調味適中,唔會太鹹。- XO醬楊洲炒飯$42 跟餐飲菜如其名楊洲炒飯配XO醬,有三隻蝦落鑊一齊炒,份量相當大碟,飯粒都分明唔會一舊舊,細食嘅朋友記得少飯,咪做大晒鬼。- 冰室咕嚕肉$42平時咕嚕肉係用肉排,呢度似係用豬柳做嘅,點解?因為真係啖啖肉無骨,有三色椒同洋蔥做點綴,份量都相當大份,失色嘅可能係佢上菜嘅溫度,真心唔夠鑊氣唔夠熱。賽後檢討:服務都冇咩特別,記得用手機下單可享$2優惠。飯同小菜份量相當大碟,味道屬於中等,但睇埋價錢絕對係糧尾恩物,細食少少嘅呢度一個飯絕對可以分兩餐,想食海鮮而又唔想花大錢呢度係好選擇,餐牌上都好多種類選擇例如炒蜆、蒸扇貝、炒青口等等,都係每樣唔過百,真係抵食,附近有老有嫩,佢哋都有共通點就係都會點一兩款平價海鮮過口癮。睇餐牌果時比我發現到下午茶都吸引,有機會再嚟呢度或其他分店試下。埋單唔好唔Check單,因為佢有Coupon留番下次用,咁就更優惠,今次我收到嘅係九點後入座可以$25享用蒸魚餐,你冇睇錯係$25,有時放工收晏咗,$25好過去食牛肉飯。…Read More

睇咗某YouTuber介紹呢間位於大角咀大型商場Food Court入面嘅沾麵店,抱住一試無妨的心態去試,行到店前果段路一直觀察其他食客有冇享用呢間店嘅出品,沿途不乏支持者,有拉麵有沾麵,估唔到仲有丼飯選擇,平日下午時間都有咁多人幫襯,質素應該有保證,我都放下心頭大石。到店前睇吓餐牌,價錢相對其他拉麵店相宜,六十零至八十零蚊已經有個沾麵,由於唔肚餓關係,隨便點咗個豚肉魚介沾麵試下,店員落單果時都冇其他師兄所講咁差,都有問有答,咁唔好要求佢可以選擇咩麵條,咩湯底濃厚度果啲,呢度係一一欠奉,對拉麵或沾麵有要求嘅都係去番其他店啦。落完order比左個取餐器我,搵一搵位,坐低櫈都未坐暖,取餐器話都冇咁快響,心諗有冇咁快呀,見個餐正正常常,沾麵湯底用石頭窩裝滾住上菜,湯底上面有大量魚介粉,麵嘅份量都唔少,配三塊叉燒、兩條筍、半隻流心蛋、蔥花同紫菜,望落賣相唔錯。石頭窩上可以保持湯嘅溫度,不高有冇諗過會減低咗湯底水份,再加上大量魚介粉,另到湯底更濃同時更鹹,湯底撈起果時入面有角豚粒,算係有驚喜,不過冇驚喜嘅係都係好鹹,補充一句我食完飲咗成支蒸餾水。配菜流心蛋、筍果啲問題都不大,問題在於主菜叉燒,調味同口感出咗事,薄切,調味偏甜,帶有火炙過嘅焦香味,有種似層相識嘅感覺,冇錯,係啦,就係日本杯麵附上嘅叉燒感覺。麵就屬於偏粗,要夾起都有難度(利申:本人非正宗揸筷子),未落湯前試一試,溫度係凍嘅可能過咗冷河關係,食落都有咬口感覺,不過拉麵落湯再拎上嚟唔會係熱嘅感覺,掛唔掛湯都係其次,掛咗又真係好鹹。賽後檢討:環境冇問題,廚房店面乾淨,服務員態度Food Court我冇要求,只求效率,快真係好快,落order到出餐應該冇五分鐘,呢間店真係行過心血來潮想平食拉麵/沾麵而又唔想排隊的選擇,始終附近有更好選擇,專登去食就唔會啦。…Read More
