又到Dining city舉辦既Restaurant week,可以用超抵價就餐於米芝蓮🌟同不同餐廳。平時去LKF Tower飲野就多,今次同朋友就決定去試Cassio為Restaurant Week特別推出既$298任食pinchos menu — Pinch Me!。Menu都好有誠意,總共有14種pincho(西班牙既餐前小食),冷熱各7種,包含咗平時A la carte入面既招牌菜式。本身我地兩個女仔都好含蓄咁落咗四件,點知過咗陣個waitress主動過黎提我地咁樣可能會試唔切成個menu,直接建議幫我地點曬14款每樣兩件,之後再encore自己鍾意既。😝(我都建議大家咁做👍🏻,一黎pincho本身細細件,一啖食完,二黎影相靚好多)今次嗌曬所有pinchos,不一一作介紹喇,主要揀自己鍾意同有特色既推薦。🔸Beef TartareBlonde d’Aquitaine, Dijon Mustard, Brioche法國阿基塔牛 配 法式芥末醬,布里歐麵包這個真係要大讚!法國Blonde d’Aquitaine牛肉纖維幼細肉質鮮嫩,香港餐廳多用美國澳洲或者日本牛烹飪,今次食到法國牛認真驚喜!用黎製成塔塔生牛,配返法式芥末醬同法包,好食到不斷encore。Brioche連同Baguette&Croissant都係法國主要嘅麵包,但係喺香港就好少見。如果你鍾意食lobster roll就一定唔會對Brioche陌生,呢種麵包出名高牛油量同多雞蛋製成,外層鬆香鬆化,內裏軟熟彈口,夾上嫩滑生牛肉同清新酸甜芥末醬,相得益彰,味道口感都極為豐富。真係講完都流曬口水。🔸Beef Cheek & Rosemary16 hours slow cooked beef cheek, Sweet potato puree & Rosemary Sauce16小時慢煮牛面頰,蕃薯泥 配 迷迭香醬經過16個小時既慢煮,牛面頰肉質軟滑,入口即化,搭配上味道稍甜既蕃薯泥,能平衡牛面頰醬本身既鹹味,下面佐以香脆麵包,層次更為豐富。🔸Octopus with Smoked Paprika (相片中間)Spanish octopus, Creamy portobello mushroom Béchamel sphere & chill sauce西班牙八爪魚,香滑大啡菇意式白汁 配 辣汁八爪魚口感軟糯,富有彈性,搭配的辣椒汁中和了意式白汁的膩感,充分融合咗八爪魚的鮮味,呈現出來恰到好處。🔸Ham Croqueta (相片左上)Crispy Iberico Bechamel Sphere酥脆西班牙風乾火腿可樂餅Croquetas係最常見既西班牙tapas之一,同我地認識既可樂餅名異同源,將濃稠的義式白醬加上餡料,最常見為風乾火腿,最後油炸烹調。咬落既有油炸完的酥脆又有火腿既鹹香。朋友好鍾意,不過個人覺得腬得濟,各人口味不同。🔸Iberico Ham (相片中間)40 months cured Iberico Ham, tomato & EVOO40個月黑毛豬風乾火腿 配 番茄,初榨橄欖油西班牙餐廳點可以冇風乾火腿,40個月既黑毛豬,滿口既堅果香氣,油光鋥亮。麵包上擦咗一層薄薄既蕃茄蓉, 清爽解膩,恰到好處。🔸Garlic Prawns (相片左下)Sauteed prawns with garlic and Espelette sauce拌炒蒜蓉大蝦 配 愛沛雷辣椒醬🔸Mushroom & Egg (相片從下到上第一)Mixed mushroom scramble egg & chive香蔥雜菇炒蛋🔸Chistorra (相片從下到上第二)Fresh Chorizo with white wine & confit onion西班牙紅椒腸 配 白酒,油封洋蔥油封過既洋蔥入口即化搭配上香鹹微辣既西班牙香腸。🔸Mushroom Croqueta (相片從上到下左二)Crispy portobello mushroom béchamel sphere & chili sauce 酥脆大啡菇可樂餅 配 辣醬相片從下到上依序:🔸Spanish Omelette Organic Egg, confit onion & Confit potato with Alioli sauce西班牙蛋餅,油封洋蔥馬鈴薯 配 蒜泥蛋黃醬🔸Eggplant Pesto Roasted eggplant, rocket salad & pesto sauce 烤茄子, 火箭菜沙律 配 羅勒青醬🔸Smoked Salmon & CheeseSmoked salmon with cream cheese, herbs & lime煙三文魚 配 奶油芝士,香草,青檸🔸Avocado potato saladAvocado, roasted potato & carrot, spicy Mayo & micro greens牛油果,烤薯仔甘筍,辣蛋黃醬,微菜苗🔸Manchego & Idiazabal6 months cured Manchego, Idiazabal Cheese & EVOO發酵6個月Machego芝士,Idiazabal 芝士,初榨橄欖油 🍽Overall整體來講以呢個價錢有得兩小時任食,喺蘭桂坊算係幾抵。放工時間餐廳唔算多人,我哋兩個女仔食到八點連晚飯都skip埋。平日可以過嚟同朋友吹吓水飲吓嘢,推薦!唯一缺點係Cassio既檯燈距離令人坐得好唔舒服,尤其如果女仔著裙,要坐得斯文,全程要側著個身,都幾唔方便,可能Cassio始終係酒吧為主。食物:4/5環境:4/5性價比4/5…Read More

嚐鮮一星⭐️粵菜,驚喜欠奉

係朗豪坊做完Gym,打算近近地係隔離Cordis同朋友食個飯,見到呢間米芝蓮一星既粵菜,我地都好少食有🌟既中菜,決定行去試下。星期五晚即興walkin任何一間稍有名氣既餐廳都唔係甘易,好好彩有一張近門口既吉檯,我地坐低之後即刻full house。餐廳整體環境唔錯,座位寬敞,主要用仿製文物做裝飾擺設,頗有特色。🔸自家製XO醬,豆乾豆豉醬,琥珀合桃Homemade XO Sauce, Black bean sauce, Honey roasted walnut一坐低,侍應就送上一套醬料/小食,當中既XO醬真係一試愛上,追問下得知係用咗瑤柱,蝦米,蝦籽同金華火腿製成,食落香濃惹味,餘韻仲有一絲絲辣味縈繞,直情忍唔住問餐廳有無出售。(特別一提,可能自己比較少食中菜,一開始見到呢碟“醬料+小食”既時候真係𢲷晒頭,又唔似開胃冷盤,但又無侍應解釋過個用途食法,介紹佢既特別之處,呢點需要改進)🔸拍青瓜花雕凍鮑魚 $328Chilled Abalone in Chinese guardian rice wine (twelve head), pickled cucumber Menu寫花雕,食落更似清酒,酒味過重,略掩蓋鮑魚本身既味道。 普通罐頭鮑魚,整體不過不失。🔸酥炸釀鮮蟹蓋 $218Deep fried stuffed crab shell fresh crab meat, breaded 明閣招牌菜式,賣相的確吸引,用料十足,切開可以見到滿滿既蟹肉。但表面炸得唔夠酥脆,再配上芝士洋蔥白汁,覆蓋咗蟹肉本身既味道,完全食唔出蟹肉既鮮甜,個人唔識得欣賞。🔸金耳榆耳扒菠菜苗 $248Braised Baby spinach, Elm fungus, Yellow fungus 菠菜本身帶草酸,一般都會用川燙降低澀味,但係食落菠菜苗依然略帶苦澀。金耳 (既係黃耳 )同榆耳,本身亦帶有菌類既酸腥味,食落比較黏稠,無期待中既爽中帶滑,甚至沾到菠菜苗既澀味,整體十分一般,個人認為可能用豆苗代替效果更好。🔸遠年陳皮和牛面頰 $488Braised Wagyu beef cheek, 15 year aged dried tangerine peel in a clay pot牛面頰炆煮得十分軟腍入味,配上乾陳皮絲解膩,口感有層次,咬落第一啖係牛面頰既肉香,之後陳皮既香味慢慢係口中散發出來,帶有一絲絲甘味,食完之後齒頰留香!🔸楊枝甘露 $58Mango, Pomelo, Coconut, Sago cream用了兩種唔同既西米,一是平日吃的較為軟腍,另一款是脆口的,令口感更加豐富。🔸燕窩葛仙燉雪梨 $108Birds nest, Pogostemon, Whole pear,Double-boiled等咗好耐既養生糖水,後來追單先知原來即叫即燉。食到雪梨本身既清甜,用料方面亦唔吝嗇,燕窩份量相當多。加埋葛仙米,一種高蛋白質既藻類植物,食落幾爽口,整體成個糖水好refreshing。🍽Overall侍應態度親切有禮,但係專業一般,上菜速度既掌控有待加強,另外建議每次上菜後對菜餚稍作介紹,例如係用料,煮法,食法,其實對客人整體用餐體驗都會有畫龍點睛之效。食物同服務都不過不失,不過配上甘樣既價錢,顯得性價比低,出面有太多更好既選擇。如果餐廳各處都不斷強調自己榮獲米芝蓮一星,不免會令人有高期望,然而上至食物整體水準,下至服務細節都有待改進,略有名不副實,“德不配位”之感。食物:3.5/5環境:3.5/5性價比:3/5…Read More

▪️Black Sheep▪️系列彷如置身中東既黎巴嫩餐廳🇱🇧約咗朋友食飯,佢帶我黎咗呢間Black Sheep旗下既黎巴嫩餐廳,我地去得比較早,所以仲有得坐Rooftop,環境超級Chill,由於唔記得影相,呢到放張網上搵既圖俾大家感受下,夜晚更加有feel,猶如置身中東!唯一係7月既氣溫,要坐係戶外食飯,可能唔係個個都頂得住,唔鍾意就最好揀坐返樓下。🔸Roasted CauliflowerHarissa-roasted cauliflower, Zhoug, tahini, sumac, dried lime哈里薩辣醬烤椰菜花 配 中東香菜醬,芝麻醬,Sumac香料,乾青檸中東香菜醬係一種主要由辣椒+香菜+香蒜製成嘅醬料,配埋辣椒醬烤製既椰菜花味道一流,本身自己唔太鍾意食椰菜花,但係呢種烹飪方法完全遮蓋咗椰菜花本身嘅嗰種草青味,但係保留咗爽脆嘅口感,食到停唔到口。🔸Shish Taouk Chargrilled chicken skewers, sumac-grilled tomato, toum炭烤雞肉串,Sumac蕃茄,大蒜蘸醬Toum係黎巴嫩一種大蒜製成既蘸醬,個人好鍾意食蒜,所以呢個醬有將道菜畫龍點睛,不過略嫌雞肉串既肉質乾身咗少少,朋友話上次嫩滑好多,唔知係唔係一時失準。🔸Pan-fried Halloumi Honey-glazed halloumi, figs, Byzantine dressing蜜汁Halloumi 芝士,無花果,拜占庭醬哈羅咪芝士個味道同口感都好似煎香咗嘅雞肉,對於冇食過嘅人來講,可以想像下個口感似好有彈性嘅豆腐乾。個人覺得道菜幾新奇,芝士配上蜜糖汁,符合一貫西方人食芝士嘅鹹甜配搭,不過本人比較好重味嘅芝士,所以略嫌呢道菜嘅芝士味唔夠濃厚。但係都推薦未食過嘅人點嚟試吓。(至於個拜占庭醬料,我估主要係由橄欖油同埋鹽調製而成)🔸Arak值得一提嘅係當晚我哋試咗一款叫Arak既烈酒,我同朋友都未聽過,個服務員好有心機咁樣解釋俾我哋聽點樣飲,話係黎巴嫩嘅國酒。Arak本身係透明無色,酒精濃度有成50%咁高,要加冰同埋水黎飲,加完就會變成奶白色。叫完我試咗一啖,好大浸八角味,差啲想嘔,如果鍾意八角味既人絕對值得一試。🍽 Overall整體來講貫徹Black Sheep既風格同水準,環境又舒服,無論係想情侶撐枱腳定係一班朋友聚會,都值得嚟Maison Libanaise感受下中東風情。食物:4/5環境:4/5性價比4/5…Read More
