某天,看到蘋果新聞介紹,讀到這間食店的創業故事,決定要找機會一試。中秋追月夜,八時左右來到,發現全店滿座,要等位呢。女店員跟我們說要等大概三十分鐘,並且記下我的電話,說我們可以先走走,有位的時候再聯絡我們。不過,附近也沒有什麼好逛的,所以我跟男友就坐在店外的長椅等候。等了二十多分鐘,女店員過來,先跟我們落單,好讓我們一會有位的時候,不用再等食物店鋪簡潔,豬仔和羊咩咩圖案為餐廳增添了一份可愛點了叁嚐卷、明太子蟹肉忌廉意粉以及炒大蝦炒大蝦微微帶辣,很惹味開胃明太子蟹肉忌廉意粉– 忌廉汁香滑不膩,明太子把意粉提鮮了。(男朋友大讚呢)叁嚐卷是fusion卷物,造型美麗,炸蝦炸得酥脆!!還有一杯解暑的檸檬薏米水另外,值得一提的是,店員很有禮貌,笑容親切,令人感覺舒服。絕對會再到訪的食店,下次要試試其他食品呢…Read More

一個人,星期日在外覓食,想靜靜的吃東西,找到這家在小巷內的食店。食店很小,只放了3、4張槢枱,晚上8時多到達,最初只有我一個客人。肚子餓得很,貪吃的我,點了2餸米線和1個牛肉餡餅。店內有一個叔叔負責落單,然後有2位嬸嬸負責在廚房烹調。叔叔送上一杯豆漿,很香豆味,而且又不太甜,可惜不夠熱,只是微暖,這種溫度的豆漿有點暖昧。麻辣豬腩肉蘿蔔米粉雖然湯的顏色比較淺,但麻辣味也很夠,不會把你的嘴唇麻到變「孖膶腸」那種。我選的是中辣,辣味也足。豬腩肉薄薄的,蘿蔔大大舊,正正常常,不算太大驚喜,整體味道不俗,如果配菜(芽菜、韭菜、腐竹)多少少就更好了。牛肉餡餅這個牛肉餡餅很好吃!差不多吃完米粉,叔叔才上這個牛肉餡餅,新鮮煎好,熱辣辣!一咬開,很多肉汁流出來,餅身煎得很脆,若果要排剔的話,就是牛肉不夠香。下次會試試韭菜豬肉餡餅,相信會更出色。還有還有,下次也要試試餃子,到底這家店是叫餃子館,要嚐嚐餃子才行。當我一邊吃著吃著,漸漸有其他食客,後來把食店都坐滿了。p.s.負責落單的叔叔,記性不算好,落單時記緊帶點耐心喔。…Read More

星期日跟朋友苦惱午餐吃什麼之際,看到「哈豆」的易拉架,寫著「真的是台灣人開的餐廳喲」,我們也就一試龍與鳳吧。上到餐廳,可能是星期日的關係吧,只有一兩枱人客。侍應(當時全場只有一名女侍應)看到我和朋友們到來,只輕輕指了一指某一張枱,的說了一句:裡面坐,完全沒有帶位的意思。店內的裝潢也是用心的,牆上畫上台灣的風景畫。跟朋友定好吃什麼,然後在點餐紙上寫上,再給女侍應。女侍應完全沒有笑容,只是「哦」了一聲,便拿走了點餐紙。等了一會,我們的午餐陸陸續續登場了,這裡只介紹我點的鮮梅佐炸豬扒飯。這個碟很特別,也很漂亮,讓人眼前一亮的感覺。豬扒炸得外脆內嫩,沾上梅汁,更是開胃。也十分欣賞配菜醃青瓜和豆干,它們的出現令這個豬扒飯不會太單調,豐富了口感。反而肉燥飯讓人稍稍失望,白飯不夠熱之餘,飯身太稔,加上肉燥吃起來,有點像BB初吃飯仔的感覺呢。另外,點了一杯美式咖啡,它登場時我和我的朋友嚇呆了。因為女侍應手震震咁攞住杯咖啡,把半隻手指公浸到咖啡去,而且,她gel甲了(粉紫色的gel甲,好美麗)成個畫面令我由一間台式餐應,以為自己置身於一間地痞港式茶記.....真係扣哂分....唔知會唔會再幫襯,但也希望服務可以改善,無謂因為服務嚇走客人啦。…Read More

上星期五晚,做完運動,一起覓食談天去。選了錦麗,打算吃碗湯粉,感覺不太heavy (減輕做完運動,即刻吃東西的罪疚感)這裡的湯粉,只有牛牛配料可選,不吃牛的朋友,就可能不太合適喇。枱面上貼了貼紙,介紹牛肉湯粉的食法。 似乎,湯是用心烹調的喔,帶有點點期待呢。每人點了一碗生牛肉粉,另點了一份蒜蓉牛油雞翼,各人也要了飲品。生牛肉粉來了!學著貼紙教的,先嚐一口湯,味道香濃,真的不錯呀牛肉也有牛香,不是那種梳打粉牛肉味。河粉份量不算多,男生可能會嫌少呢。這個蒜蓉牛油雞翼,上枱仍熱辣辣。咬落皮脆肉嫩,蒜蓉味香而不嗆口,配上淡淡的牛油香,令人不禁大讚,而且多吃也不怕蒜蓉味太濃而口臭。強推!!我的青檸鹹檸檬水,餐廳沒有吝嗇鹹檸檬,很好很好。…Read More

跟朋友相約吃午飯,本打算到紫蘭花吃泰菜,但去到竟然見到紫蘭花關門大吉!!唯有轉到隔離的C.C. Cafe,午飯時間,無可避免要等位,大約15分鐘左右,侍應哥哥就招呼我們入內了。每天都有5款午餐供食客選擇,今次我選了西班牙黑毛豬配香飯。跟朋友聊聊,過了一會,朋友點的卡邦尼先上,再聊多一會,才輪到我的飯上場。味道不錯,白飯撒上芝麻,感到這小店的用心蔬菜不是hea hea 的雜菜,而是有煎過的翠玉瓜和青椒汁料是黑醋,不膩之餘,反而挺開胃。豬肉煎得很香,而家沒有豬羶味,可惜只有兩片,這也太少了吧?加了$5配了熱mocha,朱古力味不太突出,不過不失。總結,這份午餐要$78加$5,性價比不算高,偶而一次就好了…Read More

昨天往深水埗買手作材料,也計劃在那裡吃午飯。一心諗住試試「第一郡」,不過佢竟然無開!!!由於十萬個想吃越南粉,唔理三七二十一,先到隔離的「39越南屋」吃碗粉吧。是因為假期嗎? 雖然是午飯時間,食客不算多哦。這樣也好,可以靜靜的、慢慢的吃個悠閒午餐。餐廳職員不多,似是家庭式經營。侍應姐姐手腳快,態度也很好的。點了一碗順化湯河和一杯越式酸子順化湯河有豬手3舊、豬紅2粒和扎肉1片,以及河粉和香菜等等餐牌上說這個湯河是微辣的,可惜我完全吃不到辣味,最後還是要靠是拉差,這點稍稍失望喔!豬手十分稔,不費吹灰之力,便可以把它們骨肉分離,而且沒有豬羶味,十分讚!!扎肉也很好吃,不同於其他餐廳,內藏豬皮,很香口,可惜只有一片.....太吝嗇了越南酸子即羅望子,酸酸微微的很醒胃。嘻嘻,一邊吃一邊偷聽到隔離枱話鮮茄蟹檬好好味,下次要試下!!…Read More

話說除夕晚,我和朋友一行十六人,打算吃海鮮餐作為2007年的最後晚餐。經朋友的介紹,我們去了這裡吃飯。七時半,我們某些人先去攞 位,人不算太多,我們佔了張大檯,迫迫地都夠坐。一心想叫馳名的蟶子王,但老細話今日無貨返所以無得食。噢,大家都有d失望。但唔緊要啦,叫第二d海鮮同小菜,我們要了套餐,其中包括兩份龍蝦,一份上湯,一份芝士。而且另外再要了十六隻貴妃蚌。太概八點叫好菜。大家傾傾講講,過了二十分鐘才來第一道菜。上菜的速道其慢,每廿分鐘才來一道菜。大概九點,伙計才告訴我們沒有龍蝦,叫我們轉食其他海鮮。有無搞錯!成個鐘之後先知無龍蝦? 問老闆,他的回應非常hea,毫無誠意。不過,我們沒有再遭去。只是希望其他餸 快d到。九點幾我地先食到第四個餸 ....(我們總共叫了十一二道菜)。眼見其他檯的食客,遲過我們來,卻已成檯餸 ,我們張檯只係得少少野,真可憐。我們已經不斷催d侍應,但一d改善都無,我地睇返d單,其實好多都係小炒,例如西蘭花鮮魷,唔明白點解成個幾兩鐘都無得食。後來,侍應仲要問我地攞 單入去追,好明顯就係廚房亂放單。我們後來嘈話要走,先至有碟豆苗出俾我地。但食完點豆苗,等一陣,又無野出,我地決定走。十二道菜,我們只食了六道....但卻在這間爛鬼餐廳磨了兩個多小時。下次都係入布袋澳食好過。最後,我們還要到m記食埋下半餐.....…Read More
