豬扒撈粗小店用厚身豬扒有咬口得嚟又夠淋，（聽聞師傅每晚人手揼豬扒揼到零晨兩㸃至收工，真係揼到手軟！）個撈麵冇鹼水味，（因個人特別怕鹼水味）😫，欣賞撈麵用嘅蠔油，因食得出師傅係特別調味過，平時自己食開果D蠔油係好咸！👍🏻八寶豬雜湯湯底清甜，豬雜真係好新鮮而且洗得好乾淨👍🏻好似自己呀媽☺️煮先至會肯洗得咁乾淨～加埋小店自家制辣油正呀～（辣油要試呀😈）（因食過太多其他店的豬雜總係有㸃腥味！）
