第一次食丸龜係I-SQUARE店新開張，從此喜歡了，不時行過I-SQUARE 亦會幫駗。聽到屯門開左分店，滿心期待。特意坐15分鐘車一試。可惜……排隊買烏冬時，見到店員煮烏冬，雖然煮完會先量一量份量，以保證面量。可惜，量完之后求其放上tray，攪到同之前ge 烏冬撈埋一齊，令最終落碗的份量不再隠定，量面process 變成浪費時間……一如其他日式面店，放面落碗前會先用水温熱隻碗，以免面條變凍。可是，店員哥哥快快手用熱水温碗時，隻碗只係轉左180度就停手，放面。攪到隻碗半邊熱半邊凍…… 當時唔算多人排隊，見到做到咁hea 真係當堂打左個突……配菜我pick 左明太子飯團同雞柳。兩樣都係凍GE!!!!! 係個心都係凍GE!!!!!!I-Square 店我見過幾次係會check 住飯團温度，只要凍左就會扔棄，好難想像會係呢度食到凍冰冰GE野食。我舊飯團label indicate 1230整，我1300 買就凍到入心……而且我坐到1330 都唔見有refill/ 有人 check 飯團status……飯團D飯係硬的，同我係I-SQUARE食GE 好唔同。令我不禁係到諗D飯係唔係未煮熟/焗唔夠時間……SO FAR 唯一優點係屯門店外墻係glass wall ，而且店面間格四正，可以係排隊前就睇到有無位坐，呢樣係比I-SQUARE 好最后attach 是次光顧收據以資證明非打手…Read More

otato skins, chicken wings, 2 salad, steaks, carbonara, parma ham.food is reli nice, say, carbonara is reli creamy, parma ham is quite balanced, not too salty nor sweet. Steaks came with pineapple which makes it amazingly good!!waiter and waitress are nice as well.But one things isthey just serve food too quickly!salad, potato skins, chicken wings, carbonara etc all come at the same time.........god, everyone knows that things like carbonara needa eat while fresh or the cream would cold down and become some sticky solid.........similar things happen to potato skins.......things things is, 4 of us, ordered 2 salad, 2 starters, 3 main courses but still, finished the dinner @ 2120, just 30 mins......reli cant say it is a good service in this aspect...
