101大廈係台北著名地標 , 餐廳名一睇就知後食台灣菜。呢一間101養生麵有得打邊爐, 一人一小鍋,似足台灣夜市。肉燥飯,肉燥飯味道濃郁,肉嘅份量都唔少,幾乎係全瘦肉嘅比例,感覺份外健康。美國穀飼肥牛,穀飼肥牛薄薄一片,落水拖一拖就食得,牛味令人滿意。炸響鈴,後加響鈴一客四件都只係加12蚊,十分抵食。台灣藥膳醉雞小火鍋,火鍋滾起之後先試一啖藥膳湯底,入口清甜而帶有淡淡嘅藥膳味道;醉雞肥大肉厚,一共有成五六件,大部份都係髀位,啖啖肉令人非常滿足。麻辣三杯雞小火鍋,食完清甜嘅藥膳湯鍋之後再嚟個火辣辣嘅刺激,麻辣三杯雞鍋辣得非常過癮,湯底裏面嘅配菜索盡麻辣嘅精華,為今晚畫上一個圓滿嘅句號。…Read More

今日去咗老友介紹嘅一間位於饒宗頤文化館嘅餐廳,餐廳門外係好有風味嘅紅磚屋,內在環境以藍白色為主調, 隻藍色個用色非常大膽,令人有耳目一新嘅感覺。蕃茄麵包,呢個麵包雖然係一個前菜,但係廚師都花盡心思,番茄同埋香草嘅味道悉數融入麵包入面,牛油亦都唔係嘢少,係唔係咁容易食到嘅黑水欖牛油,配合埋麵包上枱時嘅微熱溫度,為今晚嘅晚餐揭開一個好好嘅序幕。美國牛腹肉他他配蒜蓉包,牛腹肉他他賣相精美,最啜核嘅係圍繞住佢身邊嘅調味料,有鵪鶉蛋、芥末籽醬、法國蔥、鹽、黑椒、他他醬、酸青瓜、水瓜鈕同檸檬汁,侍應小姐示意我哋將佢哋撈勻一齊食,味道果然不同凡響, 整個食味充滿層次,加上 juicy 嫩口嘅美國牛腹肉,至執筆時仍然叫人相當難忘。香煎鵝肝配鵝肝批無花果芒果莎莎,鵝肝表面煎得金黃香脆,廚師用上左近期大熱嘅 superfood 無花果加上芒果,調配成酸酸甜甜、極之開胃嘅芒果莎莎。由於鵝肝始終比較膩,配以酸甜嘅醬汁嚟一解油膩感就最適合不過。而粉紅色嗰個係鵝肝批,個感覺有啲似鵝肝醬,用佢嚟搽麵包味道一流,回甘十足,香味喺味蕾之間徘徊,久久不散。蘋果木煙燻美國野雞,主菜伴隨著 side dish 同步送上, side dish 係栗子同燒過嘅椰菜仔,主菜美國野雞就放喺呢個藍色嘅器皿入面,器皿嘅底部係點著咗嘅蘋果木,雞就放喺個燒烤網上面,雞肉嫩滑,盡索蘋果木嘅香味, 面頭有紅色嘅墨西哥汁,佢個味道好複雜,但係複雜得嚟又好好味,以番茄汁做嘅base,裏面除咗香草之外仲有荳蔻同花椒等等,花椒同蕃茄呢個組合都係第一次試,係估佢唔到咁夾。期待下次試吓隔離枱香到爆炸嘅牛扒系列。…Read More

今日收工突然好掛住啊老表嗰陣羶味,仲記得之前嚟食嗰陣一行入門口都已經聞到嗰陣撲鼻嘅羶香,實屬愛羊人仕嘅心靈慰藉。凍檸茶,有水吧嘅餐廳永遠都係加分嘅,唔洗吓吓都飲罐裝嘢,啊老表無論檸茶奶茶汽水跟餐都一律平五蚊,凍飲仲同熱飲同價添,少有少有。口水雞率先送上,係我最鐘意嘅雞胸部位,口水雞汁嘅味道甜甜地,唔會話好辣,非常惹味。水餃,呢度嘅水餃最正嘅地方係可以兩隻兩隻咁嗌,我地嗌咗白菜餃同韮菜餃,餡料脹爆,韮味濃郁,加埋跟住水餃一齊嚟嘅黑醋同枱枱都有嘅菜脯一齊食,好味到暈。避風塘辣雞翼,4隻雞翼都係賣22蚊,真係抵到忍唔住追加,嚟到見到仲要係大大隻嘅雞翼即刻心心眼,味道香辣,外皮仲有少少脆身,屬水準之作。羊肉酸辣大碗米線,咁耐無嚟梗係要嗌番個"大洋"嚟頂吓癮,先呷一啖湯底,濃濃嘅羊味即刻充斥住口腔,感覺羶好,部份連皮嘅羊肉羶味更加 double up,分上嘅酸辣味道亦豐有層次,令人大感滿足。除咗靚羊之外,啊老表仲有牛腩、牛肋、雞肉、豬大腸、豬手同豬頸肉等等嘅非羶味菜式,唔鐘意食羊嘅伴侶都可以陪我一同品嚐,二人同行,一人食羊。…Read More

之前幫襯過西菁街嗰間校長,猶記得質素都唔錯,搬咗過嚟新舖呢邊之後咁耐都未試過,今日就過嚟試下。新舖呢邊比舊舖大好多,估計都可以坐多兩倍嘅人客,間舖頭大咗,食物嘅區域又大咗,連款式都多過以前。 坐低之後首先就梗係猛攻一輪刺身壽司先啦,刺身有三文魚、吞拿魚、帶子、螺肉、蟹棒同埋甜蝦, 每次每款限取三片,走多幾轉,保持新鮮。 壽司同卷物方面都有成十個八個選擇,特別鍾意火炙三文魚腩同埋鰻魚壽司,前者夠肥美,後者有我至愛嘅鰻魚汁,無得輸。燒肉方面都有十幾廿個選擇,每款試一塊都飽到食唔哂,其中個美國特級牛扒真係令人喜出望外, 雪花均勻,口感豐腴,絕對唔似放題會食得到嘅貨色。 雞翼都醃得相當出色,蒜香咖哩孜然麻辣,總有一款啱你口味。 滿足完一輪"肉"望之後,甜品除咗放題唔少得嘅西餅泡芙啫喱燉蛋之外,仲有比較少見嘅冰菠蘿同冰西瓜,為今晚畫上一個圓滿嘅句號。新舖比起舊舖有過之而無不及,可以番兜。…Read More

值得繞路前往嘅天水圍日式餐廳

食出尖沙咀嘅味道

今晚嚟到朋友介紹嘅呢一間位於天水圍嘅日式餐廳,朋友話喺度只係付出天水圍嘅價錢,但係就食出尖沙咀嘅味道,咁真係要嚟試下。餐廳嘅裝潢充滿日式嘅風味,深淺木色配搭嘅枱櫈,就連餐枱同餐枱之間嘅 partition 上面都放滿各色日本酒樽,形成好一幅美麗嘅風情畫。火炙左口魚背壽司,有汁燒同岩鹽燒兩種口味,我揀咗岩鹽口味,正好帶出左口嘅鮮甜味道,再加上火炙過後爆發嘅魚油,口感豐腴,係一個好好嘅開始。 大甜蝦壽司,大甜蝦肉身飽滿,入口鮮甜而彈牙,脹卜卜的兩枚,令人有夠滿足。火炙三文魚壽司(美奶滋),火炙三文魚壽司一共有三款口味,分別係汁燒、岩鹽燒同美奶滋,繼汁燒之後,個人覺得三文魚同美奶滋最夾,係一個肥美加肥美嘅組合。 牛油果軟殼蟹反卷,呢一個卷物係餐廳嘅招牌菜,牛油果嘅軟滑同軟殼蟹嘅香脆口感果然一絶,加上頂頭點點嘅蟹子提鮮,值得一試。 串燒免治雞肉,千葉鳥嘅免治雞肉串特別之處在於佢喺免治雞肉入面夾雜咗雞軟骨,令到口感更加爽脆,佢嘅醬汁亦係功不可沒,濃郁嘅燒汁令味道更上一層樓。 鹽燒厚切牛舌心,厚切牛舌心散發住強烈嘅牛嘅酥香,只係簡單以鹽同埋黑椒調味,已經相當好食。 鱆魚小丸子,特別鍾意千葉鳥嘅小丸子比起出面嗰啲無咁大粒,啱啱好可以一啖一粒,雖然佢細粒咗, 但係入面嘅章魚有成四五粒,比起出面嗰啲大粒粉仲更加多,讚。呢間千葉鳥將會成為我嘅飯堂。…Read More

同事介紹諾士佛臺有一間西印fushion嘅餐廳,有啲菜式以係帶點印度風嘅西餐,有啲係帶點西餐風嘅印度菜,餐廳位於諾士佛臺1號,上完斜路頂,第一棟大廈就係。一入門口已經見到餐廳新束束嘅裝修,天花嘅吊燈,牆身嘅裝飾,都充滿住印度嘅風情,特別鍾意佢嗰個u型嘅卡位,靚得嚟又有私隱度。凱撒沙律,新鮮嘅羅馬生菜心,再配襯炸麵包粒,巴馬臣芝士碎同埋經典嘅凱撒沙律醬本身經已無敵,廚師特意選用咗羅馬生菜心,份外鮮嫩清甜。水牛城雞翼,水牛城雞翼個醬汁無兜亂到分開上,個人嚟講覺得要扣少少分,不過亦都因為個雞翼分開咗上,無俾啲醬汁沾濕,外皮份外香脆,又挽回分數不少。鐵板烤牛肉,烤牛肉底下嘅係炒香咗嘅洋蔥同埋甜椒,廚師仲細心將牛肉切開一塊塊,啱哂我哋share,牛肉上枱依然見到令人垂涎嘅格格燒烤網紋,另外仲跟咗一個玉米餅,有齊我最鍾意嘅三款經典nachos醬 - guacamole,sour cream同埋tomato salsa,一次過滿足哂三個願望。牛肉千層麵,由細到大都鍾意食肉醬意粉,呢個牛肉千層麵簡直就係肉醬意嘅豪華版,每一層千層麵都沐浴喺香噴噴嘅肉醬當中,加上面頭半溶化嘅芝士,yummy。紐約芝士蛋糕,經典嘅紐約芝士蛋糕配以雪糕,香濃嘅芝士味同雪糕好夾,為今餐畫上一個完美嘅句號。…Read More

猶記得前年去銅鑼灣金朝陽嗰間101,對於食物嘅高質素同埋嗰個美景露台嘅驚歎,有聞佢喺天水圍開咗間新分店,近近地就即刻過嚟試下。天水圍分店嘅風格明顯走唔同路線,六十幾蚊一個一人份嘅火鍋,仲抵打過大家樂同吉野家, 價格親民之餘環境又好好多。餐飲揀咗盆栽朱古力珍珠,大大杯啱哂打邊爐長期抗戰,朱古力味道嘅濃厚程度,直逼城中出名嘅上樓cafe,喺打邊爐嘅地方有啲咁高質嘅飲品,實屬難得。番茄濃湯牛肉小火鍋,由於席中有朋友唔食辣嘅關係,今次我放棄咗麻辣邊爐,估唔到蕃茄火鍋都無令到我失望,香濃嘅蕃茄味同牛肉係最佳嘅配搭,另外仲有魚腐,玉子豆腐,包心菜,粟米,金菇同埋我最鐘意嘅紫洋葱,Yummy。經典鐵板餐,呢間分店除咗火鍋之外,估唔到仲有經典嘅港式鐵板餐,塊雞扒煎得香脆唔在講,最重要係佢塊鐵板夠熱,啲黑椒汁倒落去嘅時候吱吱喳喳,香氣四溢。天水圍101分店價錢平民,但質素依然偏高,絕對值得一試。…Read More

今日行開嚟白布街,正正係晚飯時間,諗起好耐之前食過嘅新安東奶奶雞,都有少少掛住,就過嚟重溫一下,見餐牌比起我上次嚟多咗好多新菜式,令人躍躍欲試。韓式泡菜小籠包,睇餐牌一見到呢個咁fushion嘅菜式,即刻忍唔住要嗌番一籠,餡料除咗泡菜仲有新鮮嘅豬肉,一啖咬開裏面未見有太多湯汁,正好讓泡菜嘅味道更加濃郁。陸軍牛肉拌飯, 牛肉用咗燒牛肉,個邊度有少少黑椒,非常香口,中間有隻溫泉蛋,中爛佢用啲蛋汁嚟撈飯就最好不過,飯面嘅配料另外仲有生菜絲,紫菜,泡菜,香蔥同埋沙律醬,撈勻佢個味道超級夾。辛安東元祖奶奶雞,終於嚟到餐廳嘅招牌菜,奶奶雞個辣度揀咗中辣,對於鍾意食辣嘅我嚟講有微微嘅辣度同帶少少甜,雞肉口感嫩滑,配菜另外仲有炆得好腍嘅薯仔,青瓜,洋蔥同埋紅蘿蔔,加埋上面嘅香蔥同埋底部嗰個索盡湯汁嘅薯粉,難怪成為餐廳嘅鎮店之寶。元祖奶奶雞辣中帶甜嘅口味確實係會令人懷念嘅,下次過開嚟可以再encore試吓個大辣。…Read More

蟹籽沙律,蟹籽沙律有好多醬汁,口感鮮嫩爽脆,啱哂重口味嘅朋友。牛油果軟殼蟹反卷,軟殼蟹上到枱都仲係熱辣辣脆卜卜,加埋牛油果豐腴嘅口感,真係一啲都唔會覺得油膩。九件壽司盛合(配手打烏冬),呢個壽司盛盒有九件壽司,另外仲有一碗手打烏冬,手打烏冬湯底清甜,壽司用料上乘,比較出色嘅有三文魚腩壽司,火炙帆立貝同埋八爪魚軍艦,十分抵食。串燒多春魚,多春魚賣相完整,魚肚裏面飽滿嘅魚春,係唔食生嘢嘅daddy喺蟹籽以外一個唔錯嘅選擇。鹽燒開邊雞中翼,雞中翼嘅外皮燒到脆卜卜,連減緊肥嘅妹豬都忍唔住食埋雞皮。串燒免治雞肉,免治雞肉個味道好好,好想知道用乜嘢配料醃製。三色丼(火炙醬油漬三文魚腩左口魚背脆脆飯),驟耳聽以為係一個魚生飯,細看之下原來係火炙過嘅三文魚腩同埋左口魚蓋飯,三文魚腩選料肥美,被火炙過後魚油四溢,魚油再滲番落個飯入面,滋味就係咁簡單。…Read More
