其實成日話飲食業難做，我終於都明白點解。唔用心做，求其將你叫的食物放咗上個碟撈埋一齊就出得。食物名稱採用*脆*蝦片沙律，我哋大家一齊睇吓幅相有幾*脆*？其實做飲食真係唔容易，外賣的質素可能會有偏差，但係點樣盡量保持食物水準係不容忽視。點樣逆境中度過，我相信是有一定的難度，但將”脆”蝦片墊底變成又淋又一*pat pat*嘅唔知乜嘢出比客人絕對係很難順利渡過。做廚師的你唔知你見到咁你會唔會收貨呢？明白到大家要在現今的環境下為客人做食物一點都不容易，但希望大家唔好放棄自己用心去做！…Read More

太過份！所謂的臘味只是一條很細的臘腸而價錢為$138！味道真是不知所謂！我一直很想去試石記不過無時間唯有外賣不過這個外賣真係大開眼戒。唔明是如何可以收$138？我巳立刻致電查詢對方亦確定這個臘味排骨煲仔飯只有一條臘腸同幾片排骨。說老實話我實在有覺被騙的感覺。無論如何都不可能賣$138？真係唔明點解可以米芝蓮南2019出現而賣出這一種貨不對名的食物！是因為外賣一個煲仔飯而不用心？還是不是熟客可以敷衍了事？我對石記評價劣質食品！…Read More

無法相信這是從日本開過來的餐廳，日本人對食物及服務上的執着和嚴謹態度都沒有傳授到這所餐廳，我晚上九點到達餐廳已經沒有服務生在接待處，雖然魚生師父站在距離餐廳門口不到一米的魚生counter內，可是對客人站在門口沒有服務生理會沒有任何反應，只有讓我們站着在門口，因沒有服務生我只好向那個沒有反應的師傅查詢營業時間，他回答了一句last order九點半，然後依然讓我們站在門外沒有找服務生過來給我們帶進餐廳內，既然餐廳last order係九點半難道我要在門外站到九點半。我老公在無可奈何的情況下只好自己走進餐廳內找服務生。好不容易終於找到了服務生但她的態度非常惡劣，她一臉不願的指示我們去其中一張枱然後就把整個茶壺及杯碟飛到枱上。我真係冇上過一間日本嘅連鎖店竟然提供如此的服務。茶餐廳嘅招呼俾佢還要好。服務如此惡劣，大家又估吓食物品質如何？牛肉不新鮮（請參考相片），串燒雞翼無放鹽，魚鮫太鹹。衛生又如何（請參考相片）！忙了說當時餐廳只剩一枱客。真的希望management team 可以正視一下問題。當然周圍都係餐廳我不應堅持去試。…Read More

來龍門樓食晚飯一定要book位，我在到達龍門樓前半小時曾致電訂位，可是他們告訴我已經訂座已滿只能walk-in。我只好過來等等,因為爸爸媽媽從澳洲來香港又適逢初一，其實等下亦無防。當然我已最快的行動在距離我致電訂位不到半小時已到達，當我告訴接待員我沒有訂坐只是walk in，她告訴我沒有位了walk in 都無位了。因為巳沒有tickets,😰其實有點失望⋯⋯沒想到walk in 的意思是這樣！…Read More
