As the weather quite warm (almost 30 degree) and a bit of travel (>45 mins) before I can reach the fridge, I requested for an additional ice pack (one small provided and stick on the left side of the box) so as to keep the cake cool on both side. For a $1200 cake, requested for additional small ice pack in order to make sure the cake not collapse (as I have experienced that before), I don’t think it’s an unreasonable ask, the shopper said I need to pay $30 additional.
