呢個舖位轉咗好多手,依然未有一間可以impress到我……坦白啲講,意料之外係我以為佢唔好食點知都味道算係合理嘅一代。叫咗個千層麪同脆皮豬手。千層麪嘅肉同醬好合理。麪質唔算al Dente但唔會未熟或者一pat嘢咁。淨係嚟講算係幾唔錯。個嘴豬手上到枱,唔夠熱,但係個脆皮都然係脆嘅。肉嘅味道方面唔會過鹹,亦唔係鞋颯颯又唔會柴。整體嚟講算係做得唔錯。服務方面就爭少少。兩個一明明已經企咗喺出面,望到都唔會同你打個招呼或者問下你幾多位。企咗你個counter度望住你哋梗係等你帶位啦,就算你唔知我係咪等你帶位定係想望下,你望到兩個客人係咪都畀少少反應。明明唔係好忙,入面客都係得幾枱。呢個舖位地理位置已經輸畀人,平時唔係入境處啲人會經過都唔會行到咁偏僻。嚟緊對面仲要開間日式燒肉,無返啲服務同味道晚市都唔使旨意同人哋爭。叫啲小妹妹攞隻羹嚟,叫咗三四次,一要出菜就乜都唔記。食過一次唔想妄下判斷,畀個OK佢。但係老實講,如果食晏嘅話我就唔會揀呢度,始終呢度一個午餐都唔係平,以快餐嚟講同區都有其他性價比更高嘅選擇。我咁講唔代表其他好食,只係佢哋嘅食物質素同個價錢嚟講係叫合理。…Read More

食過兩次。我就用第二次做一個小結。試過佢嘅蒸肉餅同燒肉餅,兩款都各有千秋。第一次食咗個椒香咖哩燒肉餅。豬肉都係新鮮唔似大部份餐廳會有一陣豬肉腥酸宿嘅味。肥瘦肉比例係偏健康但我鍾意咬到啲肥肉粒粒多啲。味道係濃但唔算係太咸,送飯就真係幾好食嘅。搵唔返影咗嘅相。第二次去叫咗鴛鴦腸蒸肉餅。豬肉調味幾好又食得出係叫新鮮啲嘅豬肉,不過有啲唔滿意係佢個肉餅蒸完出嚟黐住隻碟。一次過講晒食過啲咩。佢個老醬油走地雞幾好食,肉剛好熟透,又滑又夠味。豉油雞油撈飯好食。好食係好食但未至於識飛,幾個人食叫個例牌嘅話係幾好送飯。花雕蒸馬友就無乜魚味,酒有酒香,魚有魚食,但無乜魚味,但條魚係新鮮嘅。係蒸得幾好但衰在條魚無味。咁我又唔會咁判佢死刑,始終海河鮮都好一條條。佢每個送都可以跟餐有碗餐湯、麪/飯、餐茶。個人覺得16穀飯好食過日本飯同炒麪(利申:唔鍾意食飯)。餐茶好似得熱普洱同凍烏龍。因為都未試晒唔同煮法嘅菜式我就唔想一硾定音。所以暫時畀個OK佢先。話就話呢間餐廳主打肉餅,但係香港生活咁多年都知一間餐廳唔夠多元化同CP價低就死得好快。呢間嘢價格上唔係平,接近$90-$100一個肉餅有湯有飯有茶嚟因為佢嘅味道我又覺得畀得過。本身打咗好多字,個app有問題食咗我幾次之後唔想再打。…Read More

當然就唔係指佢整咗啲生嘢出嚟啦!其入19:00入到去都得一枱客都心知不妙。不過可能今曰太大雨啦……個龍蝦湯係正常啲,個人猜想係買返嚟……唔想食佢啲餐……樣樣都加錢先有……但我個fd有叫咗餐所以有加龍蝦湯同一杯mocktail。自己就加咗杯old fashion,陣間講。大家都叫咗澳洲M5和牛肉眼。我同另一個fd叫medium rare, 一個fd叫medium。出到嚟係兩份medium well同一份well done。相片中係我切出嚟嗰份。已經係切塊扒嘅中間。佢做到medium rare 嗰塊係塊扒則邊塊矮瓜。然後個蒜頭又熟唔透,每粒個心都生生辣辣。講返杯old fashion。我飲咗咁多年飲都真係係第一次見一杯old fashion係會放半片橙落去仲要甜到令我無疑佢加成羹糖漿,而我相信一粒方糖唔會甜到咁,可能係我才疏學淺又或者我以前學調酒啲嘢我唔記得晒啦。如果menu無又材料有限做唔到我其實接受,因為呢度話係bar但我點睇都似係有bar枱有酒賣嘅餐廳。如果你話畀我聽做到嘅話唔該做返正確基礎先……唔好又同講埋啲「本店嘅old fashion係咁」嘅説話……服務其實無乜嘢,得兩位侍應都係好禮貌。做咗幾廿年人聽過餐湯餐包餐飲都聽過,都真係第一次聽餐甜,第一次聽佢講真係聽到耳都側。唔緊要啦~係我才疏學淺可能而家一路都係咁叫啦,不過可以嘅都係收返埋啲匪語先。最老土就係我無用openrice book位就無咗個折。…Read More

都係嗰句,望過下我食評都知我本身真係甚少會畀Like。我本身亦都唔係特別要去支持啲乜嘢小店,呢間小店唔係嗰啲米芝蓮級嘅服務,但係食物方面絕對係我真心推介。呢間小店唔近地鐵站,都行咗十分鐘左右先去到。好想寫得佢好好但又擔心佢出咗名之後就會好難book位,心情好矛盾。今日有同事生日,所以就同咗佢嚟呢一間小店。生日快樂!三個人打開個餐牌好多嘢想食但係眼闊肚窄。最後只係叫咗圖片嘅四味海鮮。本身佢個象拔蚌刺身都話好似冇貨,問完店完之後就叫咗老細去攞個象拔蚌返嚟解剖。問佢今日有冇蟶子又好似未有貨,結果老細又係去咗攞啲貨返嚟。話想食扇貝又話好似要去糴返嚟先有,結果老細又係去咗拎三隻扇貝畀我哋。下次唔止食咁少。蒜蓉粉絲蒸開邊虎蝦。扣佢一粒星星係因為我食到其中一隻有少少梅,但係其他全部都係好實淨同好新鮮好鮮甜。想知啲蝦身唔新鮮,望一望佢條尾,撐開曬嘅就係新鮮蝦,夾埋曬嘅就係唔夠新鮮。啲粉絲放咗喺底,索曬所有精華,重點係佢調味係啱啱好,唔會過鹹,但好惹味。平時我去酒樓食親蒜蓉粉絲蒸都唔係好夠膽食曬佢哋啲粉絲,因為多數都好咸,食完一定口乾舌燥,仲要試過啲粉絲唔熟,一係就熟到碎嬸嬸。今日清曬。蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,雖然個面有少少蒸爆咗,但係依然係好鮮甜,同埋個心係啱啱熟晒。影出嚟好似細細隻冇乜嘢,但係一夾起手好厚肉,不得了。同樣,蒜蓉粉絲清曬。佢個豉油熟油調味啱啱好。加拿大野生象拔蚌刺身。三條友費事食咁多叫咗斤半,都係$400幾左右。不得了,好先甜,好爽口,好有海鮮味。有啲人未必鍾意類似赤貝嘅海鮮味道,呢隻象拔蚌有但係無赤貝嗰隻血腥味。同嗰啲養殖蚌食落好削無乜味嘅冇得比。雖然佢個豉油唔係刺身醬油,但係點少少已經好提鮮,亦減咗貝殼類海鮮嘅嗰陣所謂腥味。老細仲專登拎咗象拔蚌個膽去幫我哋炒個豉椒炒蜆。一食真係不得了,直過咁多間小炒都未試過有一間舖頭會專登幫我哋攞埋個象拔蚌膽去炒。旨味豐富,濃厚而不咸,嗰種濃厚嘅感覺係日文所講嗰種コク嘅感覺,係一種你感受到有層次、豐富、濃郁、沉穩嘅嗰種。而唔係一味嘅死鹹。講完佢嘅執底又可以講下佢啲蟶子,蟶子好大隻好先甜,冇沙,肉質爽,同埋佢炒埋個象拔蚌膽,個膽都好好食!因為都仲有少少象拔蚌肉喺入面撈埋,炒完都仲係爽口。早前都仲有食家問開我應該去邊度食海鮮。因為我以前去開嘅幾間都係守唔到業,做做下不敵租金同成本上將問題而質素慢慢下降。所以我一時之間都諗唔到有咩邊間好推介。不過,我諗目前為止我會推介呢一間。…Read More

所以大家都係唔好將啲小店講到天上有地下無咁……因為早咗半個鐘去排隊所以有位。企第一個,但唔到5分鐘已經排緊隊。第一次食就即管乜都唔追加咁。兩個人食叫左一個刀削麪一個拉麪。刀削麪叫咗硬身,有返啲咬口。拉麪正常軟硬,就正正常常。個湯起泡,咸淡適中,但唔夠濃。每碗麪都有三隻蝦,凍的辣的。蔥幾爽脆。p.s. 咸同濃係兩回事。以前試過去有啲拉麪店,我叫佢畀濃湯佢,但佢只係整咸咗個湯,咁只係叫咸唔係叫濃。濃味可以係佢嘅旨味而不是咸味。服務好好,好願意幫忙同解釋又有禮貌。座位唔算迫,都坐得叫自在。其實真係無乜嘢關於個麪想講…因為都中規中矩……可能有人會話佢地特色係海鮮。但,做拉麪就做好個湯底先。不過始終我未試過總店,我都應該試埋總店先評論會好啲。所以點解我只能講係中規中矩。試埋總店先再講多啲會中肯啲。其實有時小店做得好值得欣賞係可以畀讚,但唔好過份吹奏…最後令人過份期望只會換嚟失望。特別係嗰啲:「絕了絕了」「試過這一家以後都不吃其他了」「怎麽能沒有試過這家」「簡值是拉麪界的愛X仕」讚還讚,收斂下。…Read More

好少去香港啲居酒屋,雖然自己係酒匠但諷刺嘅係我酒精敏感連飲一杯500ml啤酒就已經成身痕…所以平時買清酒燒酎都係serve人居多…呢間餐廳只能講係正正常常,不過應該因爲太多新人所以所有嘢都問個事頭婆…以入黎飲酒傾偈食飯嚟講話唔錯嘅不過佢有限時食有啲難頂。我都明市道唔好總想返枱,但如果居酒屋都限住我時間就麻麻地,我雖然唔飲得咁多但如果因爲佢食物份量都唔算多所以即使食咗個半鐘我已經再想食嘢叫酒都好,我就係因爲佢要我last order我就唔叫。明明可以賺多啲。叫左一打蒸生蠔,個人嚟講唔太歡喜,主要因爲比較鍾意食法國蠔多啲。望過下佢個wine list。最衰我唔記得影。唔……個人覺得銷售目的多於pairing。咁佢有支今代司食蠔專用嘅清酒就實無錯嘅…但個人覺得富久長海風土Seafood純米更配:高酸度如檸檬汁而清爽薄身嘅風味,不論係海鮮、海鮮沙律定鹽燒串燒都一流。特別係呢間餐廳主打都唔係味道濃厚嘅醫汁料理,再加埋啲日洋fusion菜式就更適合。加上呢支酒本身來貨都唔係貴,如果食飯配酒賣到零售價+75-100%我都相信有人叫。一黎呢支酒好爽,二黎呢支酒好配生熟蠔海鮮同沙律串燒而完全乎合店鋪定位,三黎呢支酒係原酒個13%酒精度同酒體偏薄相對負擔同紅白酒差唔多又易入口。只係有唔好處係因為佢一回火入同瓶貯蔵所以要銷得快少少(雖則香港好多居都唔理保質期)。其次店員店長好識唔識sale酒又呢一回事,呢支酒係好易入口又清爽,但sale嗰個要做客人嘅期望管理帶到客人呢支酒同飲果汁好似而要同食物一齊品嚐先會發揮到食物同清酒嘅鮮同爽。富久長 海風土 純米 仲有位兄弟係富久長 海風土 純米 Sparkling。因為多咗份氣泡感就更感刺激,就好似一邊飲緊檸檬梳打一邊食海鮮咁。咁點解唔飲檸檬梳打水呀?因為呢支清酒除咗會有原材料香同其他香草、果實香之外仲有旨味呢種鮮味而檸檬梳打水係無嘅。突然字海…sor但其實我都唔記得佢係咪已經入咗 富久長 海風土 純米 呢支酒🤣🤣🤣我望完個wine list 見無乜我想飲想試嘅酒我就揈埋一邊🤣🤣🤣…Read More

第一次嚟呢間度食。一行四人食得好開心。一個唔留神叫多咗少少已經捧住個肚走。美食之前見到佢有花膠雞湯已經覺得好吸引。幾好飲,不過啲花膠真係烚耐少少。個湯係成餐邊爐嘅靈魂。個花膠雞湯個人覺得一般。可試其他。比較想講嘅係佢個紙豆腐、響鈴、花雕雞潤、牛頸脊。真係好少地方有得食紙豆腐。薄薄一片喺水面飄一下已就食得,口感有啲似食厠紙但係好有趣。(不用懷疑我細個真係食個廁紙)係好食㗎!我話啲紙豆腐。響鈴好脆,新鮮炸起。佢個炸午餐肉就咁食都好好食,新鮮炸起。佢個炸墨魚餅都好好食,新鮮炸起。川椒皮蛋個醬汁撈得好好,酸辣甜咸鮮五味雜陳。鵝腸好爽脆,桂花蚌好爽脆。牛頸脊到嘅時候個哥哥仔話畀我哋聽:「牛頸脊水滾車落去淥6-8秒就得㗎」試過聽佢話,係好食嘅,但我未接受到太粉嫩。所以自己淥到12秒,好彩都仲係又腍又鬆軟。今日喺特登唔食佢啲丸,但如果有蝦滑魚滑墨魚滑嗰啲係好食嘅下次可以試下。有個金頭短髮嘅哥哥仔好風趣好玩得。有個金金頭髮好高嘅哥哥仔好nice好helpful。成間舖頭嘅同事都好好人,服務又好,又好肯幫忙。鋪頭入面一直播住啲懷舊金曲,一路食一路傾,一邊聽住啲懷舊金曲氣氛幾好。其實鋪頭入面嘅食客全部都食得好開心咁,又唔會因爲太大聲影響其他人。基本上呢間舖頭應該有嘅食材都有。因為我其中一位朋友完全唔食菜又唔好海鮮嘅關係我今日冇咩機會食菜同少叫海鮮。我見佢成個水缸養住啲海鮮,下次一定要試!以港邊同咁親密嘅服務模式嚟講,依家舖頭嘅維生算係好乾淨。佢唔係嗰啲米芝蓮西餐廳嗰隻表面睇起上嚟嘅乾淨,係員工嘅行為同鋪面嘅整潔程度都係整潔。未正式開飯之前我見到有其中一個員工逐個碗喺度check緊有冇洗乾淨曬。佢見有啲食物殘渣黐住喺個碗度佢親手刮乾淨。佢嘅行為令我覺得佢好細心。果不然,啲位高大嘅金塊哥哥真係一位好細心嘅男士。當然我見到其他同事都係非常之細心同埋熱心幫助食客。最後一行四人食咗$2000,都唔係平。希望佢服務可以一路保持。…Read More

太鍾意食海鮮咁多人推介又見佢可以自己撈海鮮就諗住試下啦唔想講到真係咁唔掂嘅……但真係試過一次就算。有得撈鮑魚、藍蟹、草蝦、基圍蝦、大頭蝦、美國蜆、沙白蜆咁我自己落手樓梗係識揀啦見隻隻鮑魚都靚咁,烚熟嚟食嘅時候又好削……啲美國蜆唔係真係咁靚揀咗幾隻新埋條脷出嚟噴水嘅嚟食都唔算好好揀沙白蜆會揀啲會郁會噴水同伸脷出嚟嗰啲啦,烚熟嘅嚟食之後係幾先嘅但係唔算係甜揀蝦嘅就記得要揀啲個尾唦開曬,仲專登揀啲郁緊嗰啲啦,啲大頭蝦肉都幾實淨,基圍蝦都有少許鮮甜。除咗食海鮮之外仲食埋佢啲丸呀~菜呀~肉呀~仲有熱食咁幾surprised嘅係佢有得食鵝肝同橡木肉腸啲菜其實都ok好食,粟米都仲做甜的,同埋因為有羽衣甘藍同蟲草花,我一個人都剷咗佢兩盤羽衣甘藍。啲肉一般,當然大家都唔好預佢係好似某日本火鍋咁出色啦,與港邊嚟講都算係ok。全日都係唔講咁多,因為佢係飯糰集團…所以除咗水產之外基本上佢有嘅貨係其他飯糰旗下嘅放題類餐廳都會食得到,所以呢間如果係做得水產要講其他嘢好食嘅話係冇意義。你最後我都係選擇畀咗喊喊都只係因為佢啲水產唔係想像中好食,甚至乎有部分海產我覺得唔好食。服務上嚟講,雖然有其他乘客曾經講過佢哋啲服務唔好,但係嗰陣我今次嘅經驗其實唔錯,總有害群之馬嘅。環境離港其實呢間舖唔錯,但因為實在太多人幫襯嘅關係搞到啲路好似好窄同埋大家都膊頭撞膊頭。在家上職員又會不斷喺路上推住㗎收碗車嚟收曬檯面上啲蝦蟹蜆殼同收碟。搞到好似好窄咁。但係整體嚟講其實幾乾淨。我見職員如果見到地下污糟咗或者食物殘骸都會拿拿聲幫手執咗佢。問佢哋攞幾張濕紙巾同紙巾都會冇托手踭。過口癮嚟呢間食嘅話真係食過就算。啲海鮮款式又唔算多。…Read More

gerald_mok1027 尋覓中。不過講真可以畀你任食嘅都唔會好食得去邊,但可怕在就算唔係任食又食到啲龍精虎猛嘅海鮮都唔見得特好。十幾年前試過去三聖食海鮮,近碼頭啲冬菇亭入面曾經食過一間係好食嘅,嗰隻瀨*蝦同蟶子成隻手臂咁大。不過已經係15年前嘅事。

喺香港食餓媽卡些其實都唔止望有咩驚喜。就算係飛機貨都好,只要唔係活嘅就睇師傅處理解凍嘅工架同佢本人刀功。今次第一次係呢間酯孝度食就先試咗佢9件壽司嘅「櫻」。如圖所示就係啲咁多款刺身。其實師傅都有講到係乜嘢魚嚟,但佢細聲到好似同自己講嘢咁。咁我只能以我自己嘅認知去理解。金目鯛?,縞縿,油甘魚,?,帆立貝,赤貝,中拖羅呑拿魚,鯖魚,池魚?金目鯛…幾鮮甜,當然唔係落糖嗰隻甜,而係佢本身魚嘅鮮甜味,亦都比較淡身。縞縿…魚味比較濃,同埋攤咗之後都依然有魚嘅香味係口度留一陣,其實佢本身魚嘅香味已經夠,唔係好明點解仲要加柚子皮係面,搞到啲香味有啲撈亂。油甘魚…正正常常咁…當然係同其他餓媽卡些比帆立貝…應該係活帆立貝黎,有嗰種爽脆感係度但係帆立貝本身嘅鮮甜就爭緊啲赤貝…幾好,應該都係活赤貝嚟。要我一個怕腥唔食赤貝嘅人黎講可以食到冇乜腥味兒爽口嘅赤貝已經做得好好。中拖羅…有筋…鯖魚…一般鯖魚都係味濃同埋好容易會腥,仲有我唔係講緊醋鯖魚。咁當然腥咗就好明顯係唔新鮮啦。今次食呢一隻鯖魚刺身鮮甜味濃,食起上嚟都幾新鮮咁,有趣嘅係師傅用咗飯素就調起魚肉嘅鮮甜。有啲我冇講唔係唔好味,而係我唔知佢係咩魚費事講錯…未叻到望啲肉同皮就知……但其實老實講,如果用omakase 嘅標準去秤,呢個價唔係貴,但我並不認為達標。我亦唔係同日本嘅店鋪做比較。如果一間omakase食材嘅水準同味道可以係另一同樣係太古城範圍內嘅連鎖店度食到,咁剩下可以超越連鎖店嘅就只有刀工。總有人會話我:今時今日可以食到呢個水準嘅米算好囉呢度香港嚟㗎你估日本咩~而,我欣賞師傅嘅刀藝係的確係連鎖店之上。不過佢手上嘅食材唔係omakase水準。今次又當我要求太高啦~~個蛋初初我以為係甜品嚟,好甜。我唔好甜食更唔鍾意食加甜/味淋嘅蛋,唔多評論,我只可以評論係食落去呢個蛋嘅質地係幾有趣但無驚喜。個烏冬…真X牌急凍烏冬咁……可能真係🙄員工同師父都好好禮貌。師父有個細心位係佢收到我唔食得蝦就會問埋食唔食得帶子同赤貝。定係因為係香港長大食慣港式服務連獲得正常服務都已經係恩典……初初師傅都會望住我哋食嘅速度去睇下幾時整下一點壽司,但係都客人多少少嘅時候我地未得閒食就已經放咗下一件上碟。其實做omakase師傅咪就係要就返住客人食嘢嘅速度去預備食物……好啦好啦~~~又係我要求高啦~~…Read More

同事幫小弟慶生,專登帶咗我嚟呢一間小店。雖然佢係叫粉麵店,但佢內藏正宗潮州小菜。叫咗好多倒菜,螄蚶、鱷魚炒菜心、炸雞翼、藕餅、蘿蔔餅、胡椒豬肚湯、咖哩牛腩、煎蠔餅、雲耳蓮藕炒肉片四個人食,食到要拎走。螄蚶佢連埋醃咗嘅生蒜。我平時唔會食螄蚶,一打開就全部血好腥…但係佢呢度嘅螄蚶一啲都唔腥仲好好味,可恨一嚟見到個生蒜就想食咗先,結果辣親個胃……炸雞翼鬆脆又入味。方魚炒菜心,菜心炒到有啲淋,配方魚去炒都係第一次見,方魚脆卜卜,同菜心嘅淋相映成趣。煎蠔餅好足料隻隻大大隻脹卜卜。胡椒豬肚湯好多芫茜,豬肚處理得好好,湯嘅味道啱啱好,鍾意食茜嘅話一定好開心。煎藕餅同煎蘿蔔餅好好食,個人比較鍾意先藕餅,爽脆啲。咖哩牛腩唔會太鹹,有啲辣但好好味。最後見太少菜補多咗個雲耳蓮藕炒肉片,係媽媽嘅味道。食過好多所謂嘅高級食材所煮嘅美食,香港有個普遍嘅現象,就好鍾意將啲新鮮食材擺到咁上緊先肯去煮,只係為咗清咗之前入咗貨又完未用曬嘅食材。結果,每次煮出嚟嘅嘢都係唔新鮮。做餐廳,有時真係好難住究竟要入幾多貨。想賺多啲,又想蝕少啲。如果入埋入埋一堆隔夜菜肉。幾多高級食材,送到廚師手上。結果大家都係食緊隔夜餸。你真係信嗰啲幾餸飯真係新鮮日日即製。開到咁濃味畀你咪就係想冚咗唔新鮮嘅味道。食過好多所謂嘅高級食材所煮嘅美食,比不上廚師花心機親自去揀新鮮食材,然後花心機去煮畀客人食。寧缺勿濫,早啲賣曬賺少咗好過為咗賺多啲入多咗貨。…Read More

唔好次次都話我畀like喇今次畀一畀啦。見佢個團隊都轉咗一水,之前畀串同事:「唔好樣樣都問我啦…」嗰個仔仔都仲係度(其實佢幾好睇),但之前嗰堆古靈精怪都唔見人,希望唔好只係未返工…今次再叫咗個海膽軍艦,冇再包到咩黎咩稱但有啲潺…帆立貝正正常常但冇一種鮮甜味,鮮帆立貝處理得幾好唔會腥,其他嘢都無乜叫做好驚艷。可能因為我唔係夜晚幫襯,冇乜人,唔似得社交平台講嘅咁好氣氛,見到社交平台介紹佢哋好氣氛都希望佢哋可以保持到。要有後生嘅師傅幫手搞氣氛好困難。而家請人真係好難,有手有腳已經想請,請到個肯做肯學有腦有幹勁可以話mutually exclusive…希望呢間舖頭可以肯定員工能力之餘畀到遠景同路向佢地睇到。講經咩…係度打份工咋㗎咋……有遠景都係自己去追夢。畀著我去咁有心嘅壽司師傅,我做到咁上下跳去日本做學下仲好啦,日文又開返working visa,學完返嚟自己開舖做老細。但香港有咩益處呢?曾經我都想過開私房菜…但香港紙水太高,想要新鮮食材成本又太高…請人又難留人更難幾番思量之下最尾就放棄咗。只希望其他各位有心有力嘅人可以加油為自己夢想而努力……Read More

有望過下我啲食評嘅都知,我極其量都係畀OK。我得個level 3,從來冇接受過乜嘢優惠、招待或者款待但就係呢間車仔麪我會畀Like。一嚟係呢間車仔麪由中學食到大已經廿幾年,以嚟係不論佢嘅辣汁、蘿蔔、豬紅、米線、米粉,都係我最鍾意嘅質地同味道。望過有人會覺得佢部份食材唔啱口味。講真車仔麪真係好個人口味,本身唔鍾意食油麵幼麵粗麵所以直接跳過,但米線我落親單叫爽身都係彈牙爽口,仲要係食咁耐浸咗咁耐湯都唔會浸到淋曬。呢間舖嘅白蘿蔔,我唔夠膽講佢係最好食,始終有未食過,佢嘅蘿蔔浸到透紅個心都甜嘅我真係好少食到。佢嘅辣汁亦係佢嘅招牌嚟。炸魚皮來貨至上碟亦不斷改進,由我讀中學時鋪喺面,仲要有骨到到我出嚟社會見佢分開上,今時今日仲會入埋袋另上。唔算得上係啲咩,係一份情懷。呢間車仔麵嘅餸,廿年如一日。佢嘅炸豬扒炸蝦條炸腐皮卷炸龍蝦丸,全部都係落單再另外炸,所以次次出真嚟都係啱啱炸起。而家仲有幾多間車仔麪肯咁樣同你玩。畀呢間車仔麪like就一定係有童年回憶加成,但至少我搬咗去唔同地方,睇咗咁多片推介唔同嘅車仔麪舖,試過咁多間車仔麪,我仲未食得返呢間車仔麪嘅味道。有時好期待呢一間車仔麪可以加多啲唔同嘅餸,但做多一樣就煩一樣,唔係下下有新嘢就叫做好。中學時代,因為附近幾間學校差唔多時間一齊放lunch,每日呢間車仔麪都會喺路中間開枱,幾間學校會堆埋一齊食,有啲學生為咗唔想熱辣辣坐喺度,又或者唔想等位就情願買返學校。由廿幾年前食個三餸麵都只係廿蚊,見證住今時今日百物騰貴要$10一個餸。細個食親都要食五餸要$30到而家出嚟做嘢人貪心少少食到$80。以一個車仔麵嚟講絕對唔係抵食類,但以味道同埋情埋嚟講至少我覺得值。相比其他求其塞落肚嘅車仔麪,我情願畀貴少少。…Read More
