工作日中午没啥人，看见内地开过来的店想着可以试试。首先价格就比麦当劳肯德基都贵，做不到大连锁那么低的价格起码应该做好食物质素和速度吧。毕竟是个快餐。然而速度比kfc还慢的多，点完单等了二十分钟等不到手枪腿…等十几分钟时候告诉我手枪腿还有半分钟，结果出来以后发现是另一个单的，我还要继续等六分钟…前后台配合好差，做单的效率很低。想吃个雪糕，结果机器没准备好，店员都不会操作。都不培训就上岗么？身为一个没什么顾客的快餐店还能让人等二十分钟，这个效率在香港分分钟倒闭的节奏吧。东西比m记和kfc都贵，速度又慢，不会推荐给朋友…查看更多

No service at all since the moment I stepped into this restaurant.My girlfriend and I were the first customers for lunch, standing indoor waiting for a waitress to take us to a table, but only got an order from a waitress - there - with pointing to a table.We sat down, no water, asked for menu, but got a barcode for us to help ourselves - why would we pay the extra 10% if we serve ourselves? Then I ordered a fried rice, waited for 30 mins to get although as said we were the first customers  and finished it within 10mins. …查看更多

First time to experience such a ridiculous thing in a restaurant! WILL NEVER COME AGAINIt was my birthday and we ordered a cake with my name written on the plate. A waiter brought my cake to a wrong table which was just next to mine. I thought what the odd they were also having a birthday dinner. But actually no one's birthday on that table. they found they dont know the name on the cake plate and return it to the waiter After They TOUCHED THE CAKE! Here is RIDICULOUS thing, I saw them poked the cakebwith a fork and returned to the waiter. the waiter enven didnt take it back to the kitchen but took it directly to me! and started singing birthday song! to a secondhand cake!!! really dont know they think clients are stupid or actually they are....If the wrong table was not next to mine I would have eaten a second hand forked by someone I dont know! …查看更多
